The idea for this episode came while watching one of my favorite shows on Apple TV called Ted Lasso. During the episode there is a scene with a quote by Walt Whitman that really made me think and reflect on different times in my life. The quote is the name of this episode - "Be Curious, Not Judgmental".
This episode is for anyone who has gone through anything or currently is and is afraid of being judged. I hope my thoughts help you along on your journey.
