Sean Lau

Martial arts is an expression of life. It doesn't bring violence, it brings peace. It is not mindless, but mindful. It shouldn't put strain in our lives, but rather bring flow. I will express who I am outside being an MMA Coach, the brother, the business, Professional wrestling fan and human. There are many things I don't know but that's why I'm here to figure it out.
