OutLAW is an utility used by members of the Open Access team at the Office of Scholarly Communication to produce letters of support for APC waiver applications. It is part of the OATs (Open Access Tools) package, available at https://github.com/osc-cam/OATs
Advanced usage of OASIS, the flagship program of the OATs (https://github.com/osc-cam/OATs) suite of Open Source tools. This video demonstrate the processing of an invoice containing both Open Access and other publication charges charges. It also demonstrates how the digital stamp generated by OASIS can be moved vertically by editing the value of the parameter \yshift
