Confidence. It’s a sneaky thing. Struggles with confidence have been a part of our lives since… almost as long as we can remember! And we have a feeling that we’re not alone.

In this episode we’ll share our own personal experiences and struggles with confidence, decision-making, and how we’ve built confidence in specific areas over time. Because when you put focus and effort towards improving something like confidence, anything is possible.

  • How our confidence levels in different areas have shifted over time

  • We each share our biggest tips for building confidence
  • We chat about whether confidence is different for men and women - and why

Mentioned in this episode:

The film Nicole created during her studies in New York City

John Fowles - The Magus -1965

“Men love war because it allows them to look serious. Because they imagine it is the only thing that stops women laughing at them. In it they can reduce women to the status of objects. That is the great distinction between the sexes. Men see objects, women see relationships between objects. Whether the objects need each other, love each other, match each other. It is an extra dimension of feeling we men are without and one that makes war abhorrent to all real women - and absurd. I will tell you what war is. War is a psychosis caused by an inability to see relationships.”
