Are you asking enough questions?

Think about it? How are you gaining your knowledge. Probably by reading, seeing, and mimicking. Another way to grow smarter is to ask questions. Think about it, when we are little, we ask all kind of questions. A toddler asks 'why?' way more than Simon Sinek. As we grow old we get used to asking less questions. Because we have faced a lot of situations already and we assume that we probably will know the answer, we stop asking questions.

In this episode I will challenge you to ask more questions and why that is a good thing!

Assumptions

We all face them, and that's mostly a good thing; assumptions. As humans we learn by doing so we have probably learned that different situations give us different results. BUT in doing so we sometimes forget that we can't predict the future. We behave in a certain way and it gives us some kind of result. If we really want to become a more effective version of our selves, it's important to recognize when one makes assumptions and how we can grow smarter NOT making assumptions.

This episode will tell you how to do exactly that.

Have you ever heard about authenticity?

Authenticity is what makes you you!

In our professional relations we tend to hold back a little because we believe that some of our behavior does not belong in the workplace. In that process we tend to lose the core of ourself which make us the most effective.

In this episode I challenge you to think about what makes you you and how you can show that a little more to become more effective.
