The Exeter Law Review Podcast is the University of Exeter Law Review's flagship platform for the exploration of current academic legal research and socio-legal issues. Each episode aims to strike a balance between conceptual legal understanding and its practical implications in ‘real world’ scenarios.
This podcast is the ELR's first collaboration with the London School of Economics Law Review. Join Fizaa Ahmed and Selin Uyguç, who interview Julius Ma on his models of costs and wrongs with regards to duty of care — further discussing his paper, "Unintentional Transmission of Disease revisited", which provides a tort law perspective on COVID-19.
