It is important that the mask comes off and to make a strong komeback. I want to help others not only through my knowledge and professional expertise, but also through my personal experience. I just want to encourage you to keep pushing. Change negative thoughts to positive thoughts. God is with you. Ask yourself if your thoughts are T-is it true? H- is it helpful? I- is it inspiring? N-is it necessary? K- is it kind? Cast down the negative thoughts and think on positive things. Think on Christ- like things.
