Feelings Feeling Feelings is a place for feelings to feel all the feelings. Taking in what you truly feel and figuring out how to come out better than ever. We all go through good and bad times, but the real thing that matters is what we take from it. I want Feelings Feeling Feelings to be a place where you can find inspiration to be your dream self. You are everything you could ever need. All the magic in inside of you, you just have to figure out how to share it with the world.

Have you ever dated a narcissist? We all have been there at some point. Some are more intense than others. In today's episode, I chat with my girl, Jill-Annette, about our experience dating narcissists. This is the first time I have ever opened up about it and it was a lot. I want to thank Jill for sharing her experience and holding a safe space for me to open up about mine. I do not take this experience lightly and there was a lot more behind it, but I am hoping by sharing my journey can help someone who is in it now.
If you need support in leaving an abusive relationship, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-SAFE (7233). If you feel physically threatened, call 911 immediately.

Do you take yourself out on solo dates? For me, it is a MUST. Solo dates clear my head and bring me confidence. There is something magical about spending time with yourself and treating yourself like a best friend. I have found much healing from solo dates. I hope this episode helps you step outside your comfort zone and start getting out there :)

Hi friend! Jessie and I discuss the book Whole Again by Jackson Mckenzie. We go over what we took away from the book and how it applied to our own personal experiences with toxic relationships. We still got a while ago, but this is a great start to anyone's journey to healing and feeling whole again.

I sit and chat with my best buddy, Paul Brisske. We talk about the most random stuff like meditation, our dream day, and hot surfers. We also get a little taste of Paul's relationship and how he made one of his biggest dreams come true. Enjoy.

My 31st birthday is right around the corner, so I wanted to share some big moments that happened in my year as a 30-year-old. My 30th year was honestly such a huge year for me. It was the year I moved out alone, the year I really got into spirituality, the year I started my podcast. It was a very personal year for me and I will never forget it.
In this episode, Zac and I talk about intuitive healers, how I am going to start vlogging again and what my insides look like. Come hang with us!
Let this episode inspire you to return to yourself and start loving yourself again. You are worthy of your own love.
Do you have a big dream that is so scary it is almost crippling? You are so afraid to start because of the fear of failure or judgement? For me, there have been two words that have helped me get over my fears. Those two words are: Seek Discomfort. Peter and I dive in deep on what seeking discomfort looks like to us and how we have tackled our own dreams. We talk about how the YouTube channel, Yes Theory has inspired us and lowkey fan girl for most of the episode.

One huge thing that has helped my healing journey be impactful is that I had a friend by my side. Jessie and I started digging deeper into ourselves at the same time, in the same house, and during a global pandemic. We would be in our rooms all day reading and listening to self-development podcasts, then come out at 7 pm and discuss what we learned every night. In this episode, we give an overview of what we learned and what assets have helped us along the way. We talk about our favorite books, podcasts, and other magical tools. Enjoy
Did you know it is estimated that 200-500 million people meditate in the world? And I am one of them! If you ever thought about getting into meditation, now is the time to start. The past few years have been wildly stressful and active. Whether it was from hustling till the point of burnout or just living in 2020. Meditation is something that has truly helped me stay sane. In this episode, I rant about the benefits of meditation and why I love it so much. I also give some tips on where to start. :)

Do you have imposter syndrome? What about a dash of self-doubt? Well, same. I am joined today by my girl, Sara Noe aka Woochies World! Us creative bitches know all about imposter syndrome. You know that feeling of when you are trying to succeed and something inside is telling you you're a fake and fraud. Yeah, that feeling. We get into it and try to figure out how to push through to make our dreams come true.
Hello, episode 2! We made it! Today I hang out with one of my BFFs, Zachary Edward. We talk about everything from abandonment issues to surviving childhood trauma, SO FUN! My feelings and emotions are all over the place posting this first episode. I have wanted to do a podcast for so long. I let silly emotional things like imposter syndrome, fear of failure and just all around not believing I am good enough stop me before. Now I am pushing through those emotions and taking the leap toward my dreams. That is what I want to work with you on this podcast. Feelings Feeling Feelings is all about dissecting your insides to live a more happy life on the outside. We all go through it, but why don't we do it together! If you are into it, subscribe to my podcast and join me every Magic Sunday for new episodes. Follow @feelingsfeelingfeelings and join the community of people who got your back.
