This was definitely one of our most moving and intriguing podcasts when it comes to the topic matter (could be a trigger warning for some; but we all know, the whole point of this podcast is to get uncomfortable) yet it was actually one of the most fun. Dan and I dive into the world of amateur/competitive gymnastics along with the mental health and pressures that come along with it. Also, we explore the concept of finding your identity when you have been forced out of your Comfort Zone and everything you have come to know.
