Let’s begin our series of Mark as we kick off this new season! In this episode, we discuss John the Baptists message & the statistical evaluation of Jesus fulfilling the Old Testament prophecies :)
All throughout the Gospel, we see Jesus asking people to do the impossible and to trust that he will MAKE it possible.
God is light, he reveals to us what is casting shadows in our day to day lives, and lights the path He has laid before us
The world offers us so many poisonous things to consume, but if we fill ourselves with these things, there will be no space for wisdom.
The way you live life shows what you are filling your heart with. Are you going to live like Jesus, or are you going to live like the world tells you to?
As imperfect humans, our eyes crave destruction. But as followers of Christ, we must train ourselves not to rely on sight.
God does incredible things, and He sometimes chooses to do them with a flourish or flare which makes us laugh and admire as we appreciate his perfect sense of humor :)
