Mike Mew has brought the world the famous mewing movement. The son of Prof. John Mew, Mike is known to have changed tens, or potentially even hundreds of thousands of lives.

You wouldn't think that something as simple as good tongue posture, standing up straight and taping the mouth shut when sleeping at night would affect your life to any great degree. The truth is though, that these tiny habits can change the course of your health. Everything from sleep apnea to IQ is dictated by facial structure, which is in turn determined by these seemingly inconsequential habits.

He's an expert at analyzing facial aesthetics, and can pull off some cool party tricks, like telling whether someone is a chronic mouthbreather (check out the chapters beginning at, 41:39 if you want to watch him talk about various celebrities' facial structure.

Mike is in hot water with the British Orthodontic society, who are refusing to even have a conversation with him about whether or not mewing has scientific merit. What can you do to help your face? Long story short- practice mewing. Learning how to mew is especially useful to people under the age of 25, but can help anyone who does it. Mewing is not an easy process- it can take years of commitment to see real change. At the end though, you'll have better posture, better teeth, and better sleep.

Mewing will promote better health, beauty, prevent braces and improve your quality of life.

In this episode, I had the pleasure of talking to Rhys Paddick.

Rhys is an Australian Indigenous educator, artist and (in my humble opinion) a man who has travelled quite a distance on the path to enlightenment.

Rhys has taught Aboriginal art at high schools, and conducts both welcoming ceremonies and acknowledgement of elder ceremonies. Rhys adds a deeper layer to these ceremonies than I've ever seen done before, infusing them with vitality and spirit. He really has the gift of transmitting mindfulness to the audience.

If you're anything like me, you'll finish this conversation with a deep connection to your land, your ancestry and the present moment.    Rhys is available to inspire students all over the country!

Anything shared on this episode does not take into account your personal circumstances and must not be treated as personal financial advice.

^ I cannot believe I have to add something like that. XD

I talk with financial planner and coach Harry Goldberg about the mentality many of us carry around finance.   We talk about ETFs and goal setting, then I get into some more depth by asking whether we're headed for another recession (money printers, I'm looking at you).  I personally take a lot of my more conservative financial advice from the likes of Dave Ramsey, Graham Stephan, Warren Buffet. They're the ones that have helped me learn to budget, save and value invest.  I've got a wild side too, though. I'm really into cryptocurrencies (especially small cap alt coins), and I attempt to take a Peter Thiel type approach of value analysis.   No matter what my risk profile is, I do a LOT of research. I believe this is key if you're hoping to make more than the 6% PA.   Or you could just yolo on Wallstreetbets. Whatever work for you.
