Welcome back to this week's episode on creative ruts, the last bit of Southern California content before the NYC episodes. Welcome to the halfway point of season 1. We discuss everything from different ways to climb out of the pit of a creative rut, how we differ on our processes and even how each of us really define this concept. We are both probably wrong in terms of a truly objective creative rut, but bear with us, we were really feeling this one out and our cameras failed three times, there was a dog, it was crazy. We got the basics, this is our view on the subject as of 2022 from two creative individuals.
What are you known for?
At work, at home, with your friends, with your family, what are you known for? How are you portraying yourself to the world around you? Is that what you want to be known for or is there room to improve what's becoming the "you" standard. It takes a lot to be willing to accept that maybe we aren't known for what we'd like to be known for. Respecting yourself enough to change your commitments or reestablish the normal for yourself is tough.
