She Speaks To Inspire” is an empowering public speaking podcast for women with public speaking fear. Unlike other podcasts on public speaking, She Speaks To Inspire not only gives you tips to be a confident communicator under pressure but also… helps you regulate your nervous system for less anxiety, learn lifestyle practices to reduce burnout and overwhelm and reconnect with your feminine leadership presence for more authenticity and comfort in your skin.
Many people avoid disagreement because they're afraid it will damage the relationship. They worry about being misunderstood, creating tension, or saying the wrong thing. So they stay quiet, soften their opinions, or spend their energy trying to convince the other person to see things their way.
But healthy communication isn't about avoiding disagreement—it's about learning how to stay connected even when you don't agree.
In this episode, you'll learn how to navigate difficult conversations with more confidence, curiosity, and emotional steadiness. Discover why letting people have their own opinions is one of the most freeing communication skills you can develop, how asking better questions creates understanding instead of defensiveness, and why healthy detachment from the outcome leads to stronger relationships—not weaker ones.
In this episode, you'll learn:
Whether you're navigating conversations at work, with your partner, or with family and friends, this episode will help you communicate with more confidence while staying true to yourself.
Executive presence is often misunderstood as something you "perform"—how you dress, how you speak, how polished you appear, or how closely you match a preconceived idea of what a leader should look like.
So when people receive feedback like "you need more executive presence," it can feel vague, frustrating, or even personal. Because it's rarely about appearance or personality—it's about something much more subtle.
In this episode, we're breaking down why that feedback is often unclear, and what's actually going on underneath it. Executive presence isn't about performing leadership—it's about what your communication signals underneath the surface. It's the subtext, not the script.
And at the core of it all is one quality: certainty. Not perfection. Not dominance. Not performance. But a grounded sense of certainty that shapes how you speak, listen, and hold space.
I'll also walk you through 3 practical ways to begin embodying that quality so your presence becomes something people feel, not something you try to act out.
In this episode, you'll learn:
If you've ever been told you need more executive presence—but weren't sure what to actually change—this episode will reframe everything.

Most people think communication is about having the right answers.
But great leaders, facilitators, coaches, and communicators know that better conversations start with better questions.
In this episode, we're diving into The Art of Asking Better Questions—why the quality of your questions shapes the quality of your conversations, relationships, leadership, and influence.
Because the truth is, many people unknowingly ask questions in ways that create defensiveness, confusion, pressure, or surface-level responses. And when that happens, conversations become less productive, less connected, and less meaningful.
In this episode, I'll break down the 4 most common ways people ask questions ineffectively, along with 4 practical shifts that will instantly improve the way you lead meetings, facilitate conversations, coach others, and connect more deeply.
In this episode, you'll learn:
If you want to become a stronger communicator, facilitator, or leader—this episode will change the way you approach conversations.

You finish speaking… and then it starts.
Replaying what you said.
Second-guessing your words.
Wondering how it landed.
In this episode, we're talking about the habit of overthinking after you speak—and how it slowly chips away at your confidence. Because the more you analyze the past, the more you hesitate and hold back the next time.
This pattern often comes from a desire to avoid saying the wrong thing or being judged. But trying to control the past only keeps you stuck.
So what's the shift?
Learning to let it go.
In this episode, I'll walk you through a simple way to move out of the post-speaking spiral—so you can stop overthinking, come back to the present, and build more trust in your voice.
In this episode, you'll learn:

You're good at your job. You deliver results, meet deadlines, and even wow your team—but somehow, promotions keep going to someone else.
What gives?
In this episode, we're uncovering The Invisible Promotion Skill No One Taught You. Spoiler: it's not working harder, networking more, or even speaking up in meetings. It's a subtle, often overlooked set of communication and presence skills that separate women who get noticed from those who stay stuck.
We'll explore how high-performing women often unintentionally under-sell themselves, defer to others, or miss micro-moments to demonstrate their impact—and how small shifts in how you speak, how you frame ideas, and how you show presence can make a huge difference in your career trajectory.
In this episode, you'll learn:
If you've ever felt overlooked, underestimated, or like your work speaks for itself but no one is noticing—this episode is for you.

You learned early on how to be "good." Say the right thing. Don't mess up. Be prepared. Be polished. Be… impressive.
But what happens when that constant pressure to be good follows you every time you speak?
In this episode, we're unpacking The Cost of Being the "Good Girl"—not in how you're perceived, but in how you relate to yourself. Because for many women, public speaking isn't just about nerves… it's about an internal voice that's constantly evaluating, correcting, and criticizing in real time.
"Don't say it like that." "That didn't land." "You should've explained that better."
And the result? You hesitate. You overthink. You lose your train of thought. You disconnect from your natural voice.
In this episode, we'll explore how this internal pressure to be "good" creates tension in your body, fragmentation in your thinking, and a lack of presence when you speak—and what it actually takes to shift out of that pattern.
Because powerful speaking isn't about getting it perfect. It's about being present enough to trust what's coming through.
In this episode, you'll learn:
If you've ever felt like you're in your head while speaking, second-guessing yourself, or trying to get it "just right"… this episode will give you a new way to understand—and shift—that pattern.

You're excellent at your job. You deliver. You execute. You solve problems.
But somehow… you're still seen as the "doer" — not the leader.
In this episode, we unpack the invisible shift required to move from being valued for your output to being promoted for your impact. Because promotions don't go to the most competent person in the room. They go to the person perceived as strategic, steady, and capable of leading others.
That shift isn't about working harder. It's about building strategic presence.
We'll explore how leadership visibility actually works, why high performers often stay stuck in execution mode, and how to communicate in a way that signals scope, ownership, and long-term thinking.
If you've ever thought, "Why am I doing leadership-level work but not getting leadership-level recognition?" — this episode is for you.

Why does watching yourself on video feel unbearable? Why does hearing your own voice make you cringe?
In this episode, we unpack the deeply human experience of self-consciousness when you see and hear yourself speak. That visceral "ugh" reaction isn't proof that you're bad at speaking—it's a nervous system response to perceived social threat.
When your brain registers, "I am being evaluated," it shifts out of safety and into protection mode.
In this conversation, we'll explore how to move from self-criticism to self-awareness, how to watch yourself without spiraling, and how to use video review as a powerful tool for growth instead of shame.
If you've ever avoided posting a video, delayed watching a recording, or spiraled after hearing your own voice—this episode will help you build a steadier, kinder relationship with being seen and heard.

What's the formula to achieve confident communication?? It's not a secret. And, it's not only for the lucky few.
You can achieve confident communication as well as anyone else even if you are introverted, shy or have some social anxiety.
In this episode, I illuminate the 3 simple steps to confident communication:
1️⃣ Clarify your intention for the communication moment.
2️⃣ Prep your state of being so that you are at your best physically, mentally and emotionally.
3️⃣ When it's time, be fully present and focus on connecting with your audience. It will NEVER go exactly the way you imagined it or planned it.
Rinse, and repeat!
