There's so much judgement on social media when it comes to beauty that I just had to record an episode on this topic because you deserve to do what makes you happy. There's a lot that I do that would fall into the "self-care" bucket that I do so I feel my best and show up with confidence whether that is wearing makeup to the gym, doing my hair, or anything else I choose to do. If you have any questions or enjoyed this type of episode, please DM me and let me know!
