Tricia and Jay talk about student behaviors and the four functions of behavior. Student behavior is a topic that all educators can relate to in any position you manage. Listen to some great tips and stories from their experience and what educators can do to manage weird, new, and strange behaviors.
Let's talk about that teacher! We all have worked with or had educators that behaved under stereotypes. Tricia and Jay will chat about the several different kinds of teachers with hilarious stories to tie it all together!
Jay and Tricia are back with another episode talking about what to look for or expect when teachers are out in the community. It's not all horror and fear They'll speak on some touching topics too.
Many of us might imagine education in an ideal world as an oasis. Somewhere that is fun and safe. However, somehow education gets blurred in some way. Tricia and Jay will express their thoughts on educational murkiness and ideas on how to clear it up.
