The listener can expect a variety of key guests who have a passion for what they do. Guests will span across three core components; Leadership, Sales and Motivation. From entrepreneurs, to motivators, to industry leaders and influencers… guests will share their mindset, experiences, crossroads and successes (big or small) starting from the bottom to the top.
The PreShow. Chris Vion and Matt Kelly return for a second season providing a support platform for young professionals to chase and find their career passion with a keep pushing forward mindset. They’ll discuss briefly the challenges they faced in creating the new season, constructive listener feedback off of the first season and a key takeaway they both observed throughout the process in completing Season 2.

Denise Panza. Sr. Mortgage Banker and Social Media influencer. Her story began nearly 25 years ago when she entered the real estate business. Denise’s career really took off when she entered the world of social media, as most of the hundreds of thousands of connections she has on all platforms know “Hey, it’s your girl Panza” videos can be seen daily online where she gives tremendous mortgage tips to the masses. She will help the younger professional’s thinking about a career in real estate and sales in how to break in the business, stay consistent with your commissions and most importantly inspire others with a passionate, upbeat, energetic attitude to always go One More Round.
Robert Smithline. Filmmaker based in New York City who wrote and directed all five episodes of the first season of The Hunter’s Anthology now available on Amazon Prime and Tubi TV. Rob is also an award winning editor, touching upon 20 years of experience in all phases of filmmaking as a writer, director and editor. He directed short films such as Escape From The Night and Get The Hell Out Of Heaven along with a short film version of his award winning play Trust Us which has been adapted into a full-length script now in development to become a feature film. His love for movies, his passion to write and aspirations to become a director, Rob walks us through the trials and tribulations of his young career, the obstacles, the successes, determined to go One More Round each and everyday hoping his big break would come. John Messina. New York actor, writer and filmmaker gained worldwide attention in May 2022 for Fight Story. The documentary, which can be seen today on Amazon Prime and Tubi, highlights individuals that have overcome adversity because they were inspired by Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky films. Fight Story features cancer survivors, children with autism, victims of brutal abuse and those who have suffered tremendous loss in their lives only to muster the strength and courage to go One More Round despite facing insurmountable odds. John’s journey began before Fight Story was even a thought where he suffered significant personal loses in his life. An extremely dark time for John, culminated into one magical night on the Rocky steps in Philadelphia. He’s here to share his own Fight Story with us where he hopes his story can inspire listeners to never give up no matter what life throws at you.

ABCVIP is changing the game with their consistent client and customer driven focus, while being led by Jackie’s palpable energy and passion that will continue to make her company prosper in the future. Miriam is a successful entrepreneur who inspires individuals to dream big with her.
