Back from a very extended hiatus due to COVID 19, the Troglopod returns with the first of a new weekly bonus episode: The Sunday Prepper. In addition to regular primitive parenting discussion, these Sunday specials will revolve around Prepping, Popfiction, Faith and Firearms.
For the First installment, the Troglopod asks the question: "Are you a Sunday Prepper?" That is, are you sort of prepping after the lessons learned in 2020?
There's also discussion on the movie Tremors, Shotguns, Soup and Zombies.

It's time for another Corona-centric episode as the Troglodads talk about how to avoid cabin fever while locked inside with your family, from boardgames to movies, to getting outside, even if it's just to grill. It's also a test run of a new recording set up as the primitive podcasters go full digital in pursuit of better sound.
As the troglodads enter week 2 of the stay-at-home quarantine, they sit down to discuss an important topic: how to protect your home and family. Inspired by his own recent, first-tim handgun purchase, Troglo-Chad asks Troglo-Chuck all about firearms for defending your person and family. For those not yet ready to bite the bullet and make a gun purchase, there's also a discussion on other means of home defense, from security devices to dogs to heavy-duty doors.
After a hiatus, the troglodads are back, talking about what else, but the Corona Virus! From firsthand accounts of the virus' effect on the Midwest to griping about panic buyers and way too many people not being prepared for any disaster, the dads knuckle down and talk briefly about disaster preparation and keeping your cool for the sake of your wife and kids.

From Guns to Grilling, the discussion this week turns to cooking as the troglodads discuss charcoal grilling, kydex holster making, butane and propane, and the tool of the week: the headlamp.
Nothing is more manly then being fearless--at least in the eyes of our kids. But sometimes, when things go bump in the night, it might prove a lot more difficult to not show fear. Wisconsin musician, podcaster, and paranormal professional Mike Huberty shares his thoughts on being a dad and a ghost hunter.

If you've ever wished that more fathers acted like men instead of a second mom, or if you're about to raise your own little neanderkid and want to follow in the primitive, manly footsteps of your knuckle-dragging ancestors, this is the podcast for you. Tune in each week as two grumpy old men lament the girlification of far too many dads and ramble on and on about what it means to be a real man and a Troglo-Dad.
