People who persevere show steadfastness in doing something despite how hard it is or how long it takes to reach the goal.

Healthy vs Toxic Relationships In life we experience relationships in our families, jobs, our relationship with God and so forth. How do we recognize one from the other and how do we change for the better. Tap in for my discussion with Dr. Cortez Sims to hear him dissect this topic. Healthy vs Toxic: A healthy relationship is a safe relationship, a relationship where we can be ourselves without fear, a place where we feel comfortable and secure. A toxic relationship, on the other hand, is not a safe place. A toxic relationship is characterized by insecurity, self-centeredness, dominance, and control.

Overwhelmed: Brain research shows that performance on complex cognitive tasks decays with diffused attention. Interestingly, social media is one of the main reasons people report feeling overwhelmed.
