Hi mamas & papos,

I am back and it feels oh SO good. In this episode, I reintroduce myself, since you know I've been gone for a minute (over a year!), talk about why I was MIA for that time, what I've been up to, and share what I have learned in this last year, that has completely changed my mindset and has taken me to the next level in many aspects of my life.

Some of the topics I touch on are:

  • How to live in flow
  • How doing less helps you accomplish more
  • How to trust and let the universe co-create with you
  • How no situation lasts forever, good or bad

We are magic Mamas and Papos, and we can accomplish everything and anything we want in this life, we just need to stop getting in our own way.

Welcome back my beautiful mamas and papos. As usual I'm eXxcited to have you here so I can share my stories on how we can improve our lives one step at a time, together.

We hear it from others and ourselves ALL the time "I want/need a change in my life" but then you see them/yourself doing the same things over and over again. I know this is not the first time you hear this, but it needs to continue to be said, until it finally clicks, IF YOU WANT TO SEE CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE THEN YOU MUST DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY.

So, fill up that cup of coffee, glass of wine or just good ol' water and join me on this super important episode. Enjoy!

Hello mamas & papos! It's been a minuteeee <3

If you are in a point in your life where you are not happy and you just don't know why, this is the episode for you!

Most times we are walking through life without any direction and with this feeling of emptiness inside. I'm here to tell you it does not need to be that way. You don't have to have it all figured out, but that's why it is so important to make space in your life for the things that bring you so much joy,  so that you can start trusting your intuition again.

If your current situation doesn't allow you to make that space, then put you foot down and take control of your life, walk into the unknown and see where it takes you. You will surprise yourself more than you could imagine. <3

Welcome back everyone!

Join us in our 1st episode with GUESTS! Yes, we had a little virtual party and a bit of a serious conversion, so fun!

We had the pleasure to host Jackie and Richie from “Zero Attention Span Podcast”. They are hilarious, we had a blast and so will you. Most importantly, we got a male perspective on the subject which was really nice. YES! 3 women and lucky Richie was able to put a few words in (YES, he did! I promise!).

On this episode we will talk about our experiences approaching people we like, and look we know it could be terrifying, but like Richie says “sometimes you just got to shoot your shot and hope for the best”. It is all about being yourself 100% of the time but also just having fun with the process. Enjoy!

You can listen to “Zero Attention Span” on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and SoundCloud.

In this episode we talk about some life defining moments that have been a turning point in our lives. These moments (whether good or bad) have shaped us into the women we are today, but also surprised us with an amazing journey to a life we never even thought could be possible.

If you’re going through something tough at this time, or just need a sign to reconfirm you are in the right path, then this episode is for you. Enjoy!

Quote of this episode:
“There is a club in this world that you do not join knowingly.

One day you are just a member.

It is “The life changing events club.”

The fee to join the club is hurt beyond belief, payable in full, up front for a lifetime membership.

The benefit of the club is a new found perspective on life, and a deep understanding that you may not be happy about your current situation, but you can be happy in your current situation.

The only rule to the club is that you cannot tell anyone that you are a member.

The club does not provide a directory of its members, but when you look into a member’s eye, you can tell that they too are part of the club. Members are allowed to exchange that brief eye contact that says: “I didn’t know.”

Being a member of this club is the last thing that anyone initially wants in their life.

Being a member of this club is the best thing that ever happens to a person in their life, and there is not a person in the club that would ever give up their membership.

If you really look and know what you are looking for you can spot the clubs members; they are the ones that provide a random act of kindness and do something for someone who can never repay them for what they have done. They are the people spreading joy and optimism and lifting people’s spirits even when their own heart has been broken.

I have paid my dues; my lifetime membership arrived today, not by mail, but by a deep inner feeling that I cannot describe.

It is the best club that I never wanted to be part of.

But I am glad that I am a member.”

Hola mamas & papos - it's been quite the few weeks in our precious,  yet, unrecognizable country. With Fourth of July coming up, we want you to know that we gave our episode a lot of thought as we know how sensitive the topic on celebrating America these days can be.

Although we are enraged, sad, and all the feelings in-between with everything that is happening in our country, we wanted to try and make this episode a bit lighter and use it as a reminder to all of us as to why it is important to fight for this country.

So in this episode we are sharing our favorite things about living in this country and how it's different than where we come from (Venezuela & Brazil). We want you to remember that even in the midst of everything that is happening there are so many beautiful things about America.

Hope this positive energy helps make your day a little better. Enjoy!

Holaaa! Welcome back to another episode of Mama RelaXx!

In this episode we discuss all things comparison. Is it good, is it bad?

We find ourselves comparing each other to people that we think are much “better” than us or to those people we think are "less" than us.

Why can’t we just be, be ourselves without having to compare ourselves to other people. The reality is comparing ourselves to others is a very human thing, the only different between whether it will serve for you or against you is how to handle the way you compare to yourself to other and to yourself.

Milena and I touch on these topics in more detail and also give our opinion on who we should really be comparing ourselves to and why.

Hope you loveeee it and enjoy.

Hello hellooo! Welcome back.

With everything happening in the world and in addition to our own personal situations, we find ourselves more and more stressed as a society. It's no secret that stress causes all types of diseases and we think we can all agree that it's just not fun to live stressed out all the time.

So, have you stopped and asked yourself the question "what am I doing to remain calm throughout my days, and reduce my stress levels? Am I doing anything at all?".  We know that doing things for ourselves once in a while is important such as going to a spa, getting a facial, etc. but we also know this can add up ($$ wise) and not all of us have the luxury of getting a message on a weekly basis. So what else can you do that will work?

In this episode we talk about some ways that you can Strat applying relaxation to your life on a daily basis and for FREE. So, tune in, RelaXx, and enjoy.

Hello Hello! We are so exXcited you are back for another episode of Mama RelaXx.

Too many of us are familiar with the saying "it's down hill once you hit 30 (or 40, or 50, you get the point)". Nat & Milena are here to tell you that it doesn't always have to feel this way, mainly because it is not always true!

In this episode, we share our experience on what's it's been like being in our 30's. Andddd of course it will be to no one's surprise that our experiences have been VERY different. Join us to feel better about this human experience that we all go through and hopefully, we can learn to be a lot more gratful for it. Enjoy!

Hola, hola! Are you still friends with your ex? Do you find yourself questioning whether this is a good or bad idea?

Look, we know breakups are hard, and we totally get that you're not saying goodbye only to the romantic side of things but uiltimately you're losing  one of your best friends. It's scary to imagine a world without them in it.

Don't let your fear of being alone and/or not having this person in your life hold you back from becoming your best self, and/or opening up space for new things to show up in your life. Remember, we don't have control over many things in our life and this is one of those thing. If it's a true friendship you will be friends down the line, and if not they we're just a part of your story, and that chapter has come to an end, and that is OK.

Freindly reminder, that no matter how hard an experience may be at the end it is always worth it. :)

Hello mamas & papos! Happy Monday.

In today's day and age it's not uncommon to pick up your things and move to another city to start a brand new life. If that is not your case, I can guarantee that you at least have one good friend who has done so. Have you stopped and think how did you handle it? Are you still friends? Or have you grown apart and you think it's just because of the distance?

Milena and Nat have been great friends even though they have been living in different cities for over 8 years, and trust us when we say this friendship is not going anywhere! Friendnships are hard work and it takes effort to make it work in the long run, but most of all it takes love, mucho mucho love.

We hope you enjoy this episode.

One thing that has allowed us to take so many risks in the last year, as well as think more clearly has been organizing our finances.

Just like exercising, meal prepping or any other rituals you may have, it is crucial to include your finances in that bucket. In this episode, Milena and I share a bit about how we financially plan for the near and not so near future. This looks different for the both of us, as we're sure it will look different for you, but it’s always good to hear what others are doing so that you can take what works and what doesn't work for you or your relationship when it comes to finances. Enjoy!

Many of you know what it feels to be in an unhappy relationship, but what are you doing to change your situation? Unfortunetely it's not as easy as turning a light switch off.

But how do you know you are in a toxic relationship and not an abusive one? Did you even know there was a difference. The answer is YES there is.

Being in a toxic relationship doesn't necessarily mean that everything is doomed and that you can't find help and ultimately fix your realtionship. You just have to know what your toxic behavious are so that you can start taking responsibility for them, and start understanding your partner from a kind and loving place, instead of a blaming and frsutration. Keep in mind this can apply for all relationships, such as friendships, family, work, etc.

In this episode Milena and Nat talk through what the difference is between being toxic and being abusive, and how you can start identifying what some of your toxic behaviors are so that you can start taking action today and fix (or leave) your current situation.

Have you stopped and wondered what being spiritual really means?  If you do consider yourself to be spiritual what does that mean to you?

Many people confuse being spiritual with being religious, and we think it is important to understand that they are not one and the same. Being spiritual also doesn't mean you have to do yoga, meditate and/or be a buddhist. In this episode Milena and Nat talk about what spirituality means for each of them, how it has helped them with their journeys and struggles, as well as help shape the women they are today.

Enjoy!

Quotes mentioned in this episode:
- Zen Thought - "Enlightment is when a wave realizes it is the ocean"
- Eventually, you stop avoiding difficulties and start welcoming them. You become clealy aware that the more difficulties you overcome, the faster you move along the path of your spiritual development. And this awareness is a clear indication of your spiritual growth.

There is so much information out there about work-life balance, and how to manage it. However, we're starting to realize that it's just like any other excessive behavior, we know i's bad for us but we still give in to the bad habits over and over again. Similar to alcoholism, not having a work-life balance can affect us in a negative way in all areas of our lives, such as in our health, our relationships, even work-life! Which brings up the question, if we know this has a negative impact on our lives, why do we keep falling back into the same unhealthy patterns over and over again?

Milena & Nat might not have all the right answers or the magic potion to solve the work-life balance crisis our generation is facing but we do hope you find some comfort in knowing that you are not alone and that maybe if we continue to discuss it in an open manner eventually we will figure out, together, how we can truly accomplish the work-life balance we desperately need.

Enjoy!

In this episode Nathaly & Milena touch upon a very sensitve topic, annoying parents!

Let's be real, no one likes to hurt their parents feelings, but the reality is that most of us are annoyed or hurt by our parents more than we are willing to admit.

Nathaly & Milena share some of their most personal experiences in this area and how they have been able to heal some of the traumas created in their childhood by their own parents.

This is also a reminder to be kind and forgiving not only with your parents, but with ourselves. We all have traumas, yes, including our parents and once we are able to sympathize and understand the root of the "annoying" behaviors our lives are able to change FOREVER.

We hope this episode resignates with you and that you are able to gain positive takeaways to help your healing process, if even just a tiny bit. Enjoy!
