Good morning, my friend! Happy Friday! Before we dive into today's podcast episode, I have an important date for your calendar. Block off Thursday, September 21, from 1 PM to 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. Wondering why? Stick around, and I'll tell you in just a moment.
In this episode, we take a behind-the-scenes look at how I'm applying my own proven process to elevate my business and help you do the same. The journey starts with setting a goal, crafting a strategy, and executing it. But the magic happens when we evaluate, adjust, and repeat until we consistently achieve the results we desire.
I share my personal experience of struggling with mindset issues during my network marketing days. You know the drill: repeating affirmations that your brain just won't buy into. That's when I discovered the power of the model, a tool that can transform your mindset and actions.
The model consists of a circumstance, a thought, a feeling, an action, and a result. It's not about mindlessly repeating affirmations but about embracing thoughts that inspire confidence, empower you, and drive action. These are the real mindset shifts that lead to success.
So, what's the deal with the upcoming webinar? It's all about unveiling these three mindset shifts that can propel your business forward. I'm ditching the old webinar name and rebranding it because I want you to know that this isn't just another affirmation exercise. These mindset shifts are tools you can use to feel motivated, empowered, and confident in your actions.

Today we're talking about a hot topic that seems to be all over social media... A certain popular course that is being sold in the industry.
Chances are, if you are on social media you've probably seen something about it and maybe have even seen some people you're connected to sharing about the high amount of income they're making from selling it.
However, I think it's important to share a different perspective on it and my opinion on what can be done differently. On today's episode, I really dive into the specific issues I have with this course and the way people are going about selling it. More times than not the people that jump on board are the ones that are not feeling fullfiled in their current business.
I get it. It can be hard to not jump at this new, shiny opportunity. But let me ask you, what will it cost you? The hype will eventually slow down and you don't want to be left with poor relationships with your audience.
As a coach, I do believe that creating a funnel is crucial, nurturing relationships is needed, and building long-term wealth is key! Let me show you how in a way that you can continue with even after the buzz of a new course wears off.

Today we have Ali Brodeur on the podcast! Ali is a private stylist and she's been a client of mine that transitioned from Network Marketing to running her successful styling business. Ali takes us through the mindset changes she had to make in order to show up as the woman that was already where she wanted to be!
A few questions to ask yourself about that future version of you are:
By envisioning and embodying this best version of yourself, you are more likely to take better, more strategic actions toward your goals.
When you fully embrace and embody the best version of yourself, you are able to overcome mental clutter, release what no longer serves you, and create space for growth and success. We like the analogy of cleaning out a closet - just like we need to remove clothes that no longer fit us or make us feel good, we also need to let go of things in our lives that are holding us back. This can include physical clutter in our homes and offices, as well as mental clutter such as negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, and unresolved emotions.
I've absolutely loved working with Ali and I would be honored to work with you to take your business to the next level, or pivot and step into the woman you are meant to be. Book your free discovery call here and be sure to get on my email list for more helpful tips!

00:23:22 Clear clutter to step into your best self.

I'm a big fan of the Today Show! Something I find so interesting is when there are celebrity guests like Julia Roberts and George Clooney and they sell whatever it is they are working on. There is so much money that goes into promoting their movies and yet they still show up and share about them.
How does this relate to you? You might be thinking that putting up one or two posts will get the job done but I'm here to tell you that it's going to take you consistently showing up and talking about your offer if you want people to buy. People need it at the forefront of their minds if they are going to purchase/join you.
And here's the thing, it'll likely be uncomfortable at times. I'm here to encourage you to embrace that and show up anyways. The key is to differentiate between relationship building and selling and serving. You sell and you serve on your feed through your posts/content, and you build relationships in DMs and on their feeds. Are you currently doing this and do you have a strategy that supports this?
My goal for all of my clients is to eventually get to a point where you're hitting your sales goals with just a posting strategy, not necessarily all the DMs. You get to a point where your audience is sharing your posts and you're getting new followers without having to go find them every single month - you're cultivating those relationships!
Once you acknowledge you have to do the hard work and this work can be fun, I want you to start asking yourself:
Start asking those questions and see your business grow! This is not supposed to be easy. I am doing the same exact work with you. And even though I've already made my first six figures and beyond, my brain still goes "Shouldn't this be easier now?" But I know whether I want it to be easier or not, I'm not there yet so I have to keep doing the work, and so do you.
If you're ready to take your business to the next level it's time to book a consult call with me so we can create the strategies for success!

Curiosity and storytelling have been a go-to in network marketing. While I think this method can work, it can also lead to misconceptions when people fill in the gaps with their own thoughts and ideas.
It's important to be specific and detailed in our storytelling to ensure that the intended message is effectively conveyed. By providing ample details, we can create a stronger connection with our audience and prevent any misunderstandings or misconceptions.
Establishing trust with your audience extends beyond merely sharing personal details about our lives. It is equally important to demonstrate that we have overcome the same problems or situations that our audience is currently struggling with.
This is exactly why network marketers and social sellers can achieve success, even without a background in sales. They have personally experienced the same challenges, tried the product, and achieved tangible results. By incorporating our personal journey into our marketing efforts, we can create trust with our audience and ultimately succeed in growing a successful business.

Are you acknowledging and allowing negative emotions rather than suppressing or avoiding them? There is a benefit to sitting with these emotions and examining them, rather than spiraling into negativity and overwhelm. When you do this you can gain a better understanding of your frustrations and discover different questions you can ask yourself to find solutions.
Speaking from experience, I've felt frustrated and overwhelmed and initially asked myself negative and unhelpful questions that only intensified my negative emotions. However, when I took the time to sit with my feelings and explore different questions, I was able to generate a variety of ideas to address my frustration.
This practice is not limited to personal experiences but can also be applied to help children manage their emotions. My daughter is dealing with anxiety and we've been guiding her through the process of allowing and describing her feelings. By doing so, she was able to calm herself down and realize that feeling the emotion was not the worst thing that could happen to her.
I encourage you to reframe your thoughts and ask yourself different questions when faced with negative emotions. While taking action can be helpful, reframing thoughts is key to eliminating overwhelm, frustration, and stress. By considering how you would feel if you had already achieved the desired results, you can shift your perspective and approach your challenges with a more positive mindset.
One exercise I recommend is to identify and describe the feeling. Sometimes anxiety and excitement can feel the same in the body, and by recognizing this, we can reframe our experience. For example, if we are feeling anxious about a big business goal or a life event, we can choose to see it as excitement instead. This shift in perspective can help us embrace the challenge and step into our true potential.
00:06:34 Overcome overwhelm with focused action. 00:09:48 Sit with and describe your feelings. 00:14:36 Be intentional with your time. 00:20:18 Reframe thoughts to overcome overwhelm.
It's the end of June and we're halfway through the year - with that comes the big conventions that a lot of you are probably attending or have already attended.
Today I want to chat about the importance of being aware of your thoughts and feelings during AND after an event and using them to create a strategy for achieving your goals.
Start by writing down all the thoughts and feelings you have during the event and commit to practicing them every day. By doing this, you can recreate those positive feelings and beliefs once you are no longer in that convention center, surrounded by thousands of other people. Events are just circumstances and it is up to you to create your own excitement and motivation through your thoughts and beliefs.
Take time today to visualize yourself achieving your goals and get into a "done energy" where the goal is already achieved. From this mindset, you can create a strategy to achieve your goal and commit to executing it every single day, even when faced with challenges or setbacks.
Be sure to book a call with me to discuss your business goals and strategy. You'll receive personalized guidance and support that can help you determine if you are ready to tackle your goals on your own or if you need additional support. You can also follow along on IG @leannemeiser where I share more helpful tips!
00:00:50 Maintain excitement and commitment always. 00:11:37 Recreate event feelings and thoughts. 00:14:18 Visualize, commit, execute. 00:22:02 Get a coach to succeed.
There seems to be a common belief among women that they can only be successful in either their personal or professional life. Today I want to share my own experience of being a business owner and a mom and emphasize that this is not a problem but an opportunity to decide who we want to be and how to show up as that person.
It's so important to prioritize your own fulfillment and to achieve both personal and professional goals, but it requires resourcefulness, discipline, and a plan to balance them. It may be challenging and require sacrifice, but ultimately it is worth it to have both personal and professional fulfillment.
Taking care of yourself and being fulfilled can positively impact all relationships - commit to figuring out how to do both. It is possible to have both a fulfilling personal life and a successful professional life, but it takes work and practice. By setting an example for your children and creating a plan to balance personal and professional goals, you can achieve both and experience a positive shift in your family dynamic.
Hiring a coach can be a helpful tool in achieving business goals while also prioritizing your personal life. A coach can provide support and guidance in achieving your goals and help you figure out how to balance your personal and professional lives. I would love to work with you! Click this link and schedule your free call today! Also, be sure to follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser for more helpful tips.
00:06:43 You can do it all. 00:08:44 Write down your ideal day. 00:13:33 Don't sacrifice dreams for children. 00:18:50 Prioritize self-care for fulfilling relationships.
Have you mastered the critical skills required for sales and success in business?
The first step is to set a specific goal and commit to figuring out what it will take to achieve it. The second step is to learn how to create demand for your product by understanding your audience and studying sales techniques. The third step is to manage your mind throughout the process! There will be days where you produce great content but results are not yet seen. Trusting that people will come is essential in managing your mind. Mastery of these skills can be achieved through time, study, and application. It is important to sell yourself on the product and business, even without tangible results, and to approach every post as a sales opportunity.
The focus of selling should be on helping your customer get what they want. The famous Zig Ziglar quote, "Help enough other people get what they want and you'll get what you want." remains true. Many people in network marketing start their business with the goal of achieving their own financial goals, but they also want to help others achieve their goals. However, when it comes to marketing and selling, they often default to only thinking about their own goals and give little attention to their customers or potential team members. This can make the selling process feel "icky" and salesy.
To overcome this problem you need to focus on both personal and customer goals. Mastering the skill of selling is critical to success in network marketing because without sales, there is no business. By helping customers get what they want, you can also achieve your own goals. Additionally, when you know how to sell the product, it becomes easier to sell the business opportunity and recruit team members.
Mastering the skill of selling is something I work with my clients on and can help you too! Schedule a free call with me today by using this link and follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser for more helpful tips!

Today we are chatting about the importance of creating sustainable processes and sticking to a plan to scale your business!
Some strategies may yield short-term success but they may not be viable in the long run. As a coach, I challenge you to manage your mind and stay committed to your goals, even when results are not immediate. Constantly lowering goals or changing processes, hinders the necessary tweaking and mastering required for scaling a business. By committing to a plan and consistently working towards it, you can unlock your potential for creating a six-figure business.
A crucial part of your plan is believing that what you are putting out on social media is valuable. Consider the desired outcome of your ideal customer and create content from that perspective. It is essential to silence any doubts or negative self-talk that may arise and focus on the energy and value that you bring to your content. By focusing on the result that your ideal customer wants, you can create content that is useful and solves their pain points. Ultimately, the goal is to provide content that helps convert your audience into customers or team members.
Take time each day to sell yourself on your value as a business owner or leader, your product, and your company. Doubts and insecurities can seep into your content and prevent you from making sales so you need to be convinced that what you have to offer is valuable and useful. By bringing feelings of excitement, generosity, compassion, and curiosity to your actions, you can create more value for your audience and help them get closer to the results they want!
I would love to help you with this - schedule your free call today and let's chat about your strategies and the value you can provide! Be sure to follow along over on Instagram @leannemeiser and snag my free Posting Guide here.
00:02:20 The sale is ultimate value. 00:07:38 Your audience determines value. 00:15:00 Sell yourself on the value. 00:21:22 Value is in results achieved.
Today we are chatting all about hard work and how it can lead to personal growth, as well as its impact on others!
Hard work is not just about putting in more time or energy, but it's about thinking at a higher level and solving problems in a more efficient way. I encourage you to approach hard work as an opportunity to up-level your thinking and get better results in less time. When facing a problem, you should ask yourself how you can simplify, streamline, and accelerate the process for your ideal audience to achieve better results.
However, this kind of work can be challenging because it requires resisting distractions and interruptions that can pop up in your head, such as notifications, household chores, etc. To overcome this, try scheduling uninterrupted time in your calendar to focus solely on thinking and being uncomfortable with the process. This means setting aside time to think without any distractions or interruptions and being disciplined about it.
The hard work of thinking at a higher level is what makes it challenging, as the brain is wired to conserve energy and keep us safe by sticking to familiar patterns of behavior. Therefore, doing up-level thought work requires intentional effort and discipline to overcome the brain's autopilot mode and achieve better results.
Overall, I hope this episode highlights the importance of approaching hard work with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to think creatively to achieve better results. By improving different aspects of your business and creating differentiation, you can make your business more exciting and achieve greater success.
I'd love to work with you on this! Click this link and schedule your call today and let's get your plan laid out. Also, follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser where I share more helpful tips!

Today is an exciting day as we celebrate 1 year of this podcast! I can't believe it's been a full year already. With that, I'm reflecting on so many things...
How I got into life and business coaching, reflecting on turning 40, setting goals, and challenging myself. I have a strong desire to live every day like I'm on vacation (a goal I set for myself when I turned 40) and I want to encourage you to think about what you can do for fun in your work and daily life so that you want to keep showing up.I hope this episode is your reminder to really look at your goal and the process that lights you up to get there. Today I am sharing a personal story about worthiness. Coming from my experiences with The Life Coach School and my coach Stacey Bayman, I want to use this episode to emphasize the importance of recognizing one's inherent worth and how it relates to success in business.
By taking you through my own struggles with self-doubt and how I overcame them by affirming my own worth and skills, I hope to encourage you to do the same and to believe in your own abilities!
Today you'll hear how I transitioned from, what I thought was my dream job, in accounting and finance to something totally different. After receiving the news that my mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer I really had to step back and evaluate what mattered most. I decided that a consistent schedule without travel was needed so that I could support her. I had no idea how much this would impact my future business decisions.
I hope today's episode is the reminder that you are already worthy and great! Today's podcast gets a little personal but I think it's such an important topic to discuss - our businesses are not optional, even when life throws a lot at us.
Currently, we are working through some debilitating anxiety that my daughter is suffering with and I'm really in the trenches with trying to get her the help she needs. One of the things we did was hire a life coach for her because (as a coach myself) I know our thoughts create our feelings, our feeling generate our actions, and our actions create our results.
So how does this relate to our business? We're in a place where we as women might be expecting more for our business but at the same time, we have other priorities (family, etc.) that need our attention - we're being pulled in a lot of directions and this can lead to us thinking we can't build our business or that we aren't meant for this. But every time I think about letting my business take the back burner, I feel frustrated and discouraged because that is not an option.
Something I've adopted is the thought that my job is to live in breakthrough and figure out which actions I need to take to get me to the results I want. A key to doing this is to plan out your time on your calendar - personal time, work time, etc. and include the results you want when you sit down to work. Don't forget a backup plan because we all know, life will happen.
When you create your own breakthrough you can help others do the same. Too often women in NWM are selling the gift of being able to work when you want and still make a great income but they aren't sharing what they do to overcome the obstacles when they arise. You might be walking through that obstacle right now so you can share with her how to overcome it when she goes through it.
Remember, when life is throwing you a bunch of lemons, instead of using that as proof that you have to take a step back in your business, take those lemons and start juggling them because your business is not optional.
I'd love to connect with you on Instagram @leannemeiser where I share other helpful tips! Happy first Friday of May! A lot of you might be evaluating your end-of-year goals and thinking you need to change them because you're not on track to hit them. Let me challenge you to shift that thinking and evaluate your process rather than changing your goal.
As a business owner, you create your plan and you are in control, but often times we don't know the steps to execute to carry out the plan. You might also be facing some doubt that is sneaking in and holding you back. Your job is to:
Commit to the goal
Create the process to get to the goal - when you don't hit your goal, something happened in the process that didn't support it (and that's when you reevaluate)
I use the example of potty training your kid. You know without a shadow of a doubt that your child will eventually be potty trained, even if it takes time and there are accidents along the way. If they have an accident you don't start to doubt that they will be potty trained, you change the process to support the end goal.
Let's work through a way you can implement this in your business:
Fold a piece of paper longwise
Write your goal at the top - this is your "Circumstance"
Next, write out all the actions it's going to take in order to reach your goal - this is a hypothesis
Give it a few days and flip the paper over and write your goal at the top again - write out your thoughts about it and how each thought makes you feel
Show up for 31 days of the month and follow through on the actions from the feeling of excitement
Remember, you need to show up for the whole month. The purpose of the goal is to create the process that works to get you there. You might need to tweak it along the way but eventually, you'll have a fail-proof process and you'll be looking for ways to increase your goal rather than decrease it.
Be sure to follow along on IG where I share helpful tips @leannemeiser! I am also opening up 10 spots for my next group where I will take you through the steps to creating your six figure business - use this link to fill out an application (due May 15th). Or you can schedule a free call with me to see if working together is the right fit.
I am so excited to have Maryse on the podcast to share her thoughts and ideas for balancing your time and priorities over the summer! Maryse is a busy hockey mom living in Canada and went through the Life Coach School with me.
Maryse explains why she doesn't like the term "work, life balance" because our lives are rarely balanced. We are usually more focused on one area at different times and it's essential to be aware of this. When we bring awareness to it we stop judging ourselves so much. We also need to stop and ask ourselves, "How can we make this more fun?" The process can be rewarding and fun if we make an effort to choose fun!
Next, we dive into the concept of value priority vs. time priority - we all have values/priorities (family, business, dreams, etc.), but we all also have the same amount of time. Time is never wasted and it can't be saved. An example Maryse gives is: If your family is 80% of your priority and your business is 20%, you'll actually spend about 80% of your time on your business because it's providing the resources to spend 20% of QUALITY time with your family.
The key is to spend focused time doing what you are doing - if you're with your family, focus on them and if you're working, focus on work. As we enter into summer let's focus on doing it intentionally. We do this by planning ahead of time AND planning for it to not go perfectly. When the plan isn't working the first step is to evaluate why it's not working. It might require a few tweaks along the way but that doesn't mean you are failing.
Summer will be here before we know it so creating that plan, deciding your value priorities and time priorities, and knowing you will not be fully balanced is the perfect way to alleviate some of the stress and bring the fun back into your summer AND your work!

Nine years ago I gave my notice at my corporate accounting job and that was one of the best decisions I could have made. It's one of the reasons I am here today to chat with you about why I chose 6 figures when it comes to what I named my mastermind.
I find that the "hidden barriers" that Gay Hendricks describes in his book tend to hold true when we find we're holding ourselves back:
The thought that we are fundamentally flawed
Disloyalty or abandonment to where you came from
More success means bigger burden
The crime of outshining someone else
You need to be intentional in all areas of your life - as a mom, a wife, a business owner, etc. if you truly want to get to the next level. It's OK to have big goals but constant hustle will not work and you CAN reach your goals without the hustle.
When we work together I'm not saying in 6 months you'll automatically make 6 figures, although you can, it's more about creating the mindset and systems so that WHEN you get there, you're ready and your business is set up for success. Book your call here and let's chat so we can get you headed in the right direction to reach your goals!

Today we're chatting about the concept of B- work and the struggle that type A, overachievers often have with this concept.
When someone suggests this to them they tend to doubt that what they are putting out will resonate with their audience because it's less than perfect. But let's shift this perspective a bit. For example, writing social media posts - B- just means that it'll never be perfect but it doesn't matter if it's perfect for YOU. It matters if it's perfect for THEM. Writing from a place of helping HER is where it's going to stick.
When I write content I start with these 3 things:
Managing my mind - believing that you want to work with me.
What does my audience (you) want? And what's preventing you from having that now?
How do I get you the result you're desiring?
That is the first draft of my social media content. Then a few days later I reread and tweak and then I post! I use my content to learn from and continue to tweak until that B- work becomes A+ content, but I post it before it gets there. We don't have to always produce new content, we can use what we've already put out and modify it, and put it out there again! It will land differently with your audience each time and it'll continue to get better.
I'd love to chat with you more about this! I'm over on Instagram @leannemeiser and you can book a free discovery call where we can determine if I'm the right coach for you and how we can take your business to the next level. Book your call here!
Today we are chatting about reviewing your Q1 results because as the CEO of your business, this is a key step!
Full transparency, I did not achieve my personal business goals in Q1, and while several factors went into that, one of the main things was an intentional decision to shift what I was selling. In 2022 I was focused on selling consults, however, in January 2023 I shifted to an application process where I focused on selling my coaching process. This led to me trying to do too many things at once without a clear vision.
How does this relate to your business? Let's say you're in NWM and you're talking about the product three times a week and the business opportunity two times a week, but you feel salsey (that's what I hear from people all the time). Rather than giving up on your goal, you might just need to change your process. Try focusing on only selling one thing at a time and mastering that before introducing the other.
I realized that I wanted to shift back to selling consults in mid March - but all my content was already produced and ready to go so rather than killing myself trying to change everything at that time, I used it as a learning opportunity and will start shifting my strategy going forward.
Something else Q1 taught me was how important it is to look for the benefits of what you are learning and how you are getting more clear on your vision, even when you don't reach the end goal. How did the work you put in serve you? Use your Q1 to help you plan for the rest of the year!
I hope this behind-the-scenes look helped remind you that Q1 doesn't dictate the rest of your year (if you make the changes needed). You should have a better understanding of why Q1 went the way it did, the benefits you got from Q1, and how you can plan for the rest of the year.
Please take the time to look back and analyze what tweaks you need to make! As always, I'd love to connect on Instagram @leannemeiser and let's chat on a free consult call so you can determine if I am the right coach for you to help you implement those tweaks and get you to your goals - use this link to book!
Book Recommendation: The 12 Week Year
What if you didn't have to follow up??
When you think about why we follow up it's because they haven't purchased or joined yet. Now ask yourself, "why haven't they?" Our brains will offer lots of different reasons. A big one that comes up is that she forgot, and now you're sitting at the last day of the month and need to hit your goals so your brain tells you to follow up.
But let's take a step back - think about a time you wanted something SO bad... For me, it was my car! No one needed to follow up with me because I was 100% sure that I was going to get my Range Roverr. And her name is now Beauty!
The point here - is the person you are talking to so compelled that she knows your product will solve the problem she has? You have to show her that and paint her the picture of the result she will get so that she is obsessed. But, are YOU obsessed with your product? Because if you aren't, you won't be able to show up on your posts and stories and share why she needs it.
Following up is level 1 business. I'm here to help you get to level 2 where you are so good at painting the picture for her that she is coming to you and her only question is how fast can she get it.
Take this into April and plan out your content so you are speaking to HER. And if you need help you can get my free Posting Guide here!
As always, I am here to help - book your free 1:1 consult call today and follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser for more helpful info.
Today I'm going to get a little personal because I think it can help to show you what's possible and give you a look inside my mind.
I've always been the person who believes I can have the best of both worlds - be a stay-at-home mom AND have a thriving career, be present with my kiddo AND have financial abundance, etc. This mentality has served me well, but sometimes it comes back to bite me...
Another peek inside my brain, I don't do well with an abundance of downtime. In November 2022 I started to get the urge to look into a new dog - we had previously lost our dog in July and it was a huge loss for us. After going to see this dog (Jack) that I'd been eyeing we brought him home right before Thanksgiving and, to be honest, it was a lot to handle all the things.
My brain started to offer that the one thing I could let go of was my business. This wasn't an intentional thought but our brains are tricky like that. After struggling for a few weeks I had to make the decision that I am the woman that figures it out because any alternative wasn't acceptable to me. I want to be a good mom AND I want my business to thrive. I also wasn't willing to give up our newest family member, Jack.
So often, especially as women we think we have to make a choice, but in reality, we just have to figure out a different way. This has looked like asking for help and giving up some control. I remember having my very first cleaning person come and while I was embarrassed by the state of my house, she looked at me and said how thankful she was that she could do what she loves (cleaning) and make a career out of it. How cool is it that I get to build my dream while supporting others as they build theirs?!
I had to take a step back and identify who I wanted to be in each area - mom, wife, business owner and I made that my reason for intentionally showing up and choosing the hard.
When I look back on my life I don't want any regrets and I truly believe that women that are working toward building their 6 figure business want something they are proud of and something that is their own. But too many people think that because it's hard, they can't figure it out. I encourage you to identify the woman you want to be and how you want to show up in each area. After that, you need to determine what you need to do to make that happen.
This episode was important for me to share because you CAN have it all! Feel free to reach out and we can chat 1:1 and I can help you determine how YOU can have it all as well.

Today we are chatting about the roller coaster that is business...
When you think something has gone wrong in your business you often work from a place of frustration, which pushes away your ideal audience. But what if we just acknowledge that business can be a roller coaster? It doesn't mean something has gone wrong and if we can welcome and plan for the challenges, they can help us grow.
One of my favorite parts of business coaching is hearing what is challenging you and helping you come up with ways to solve for those challenges. It's completely normal to have slower periods in the industry (not just your business). This is not the time to work from a place of frustration.
These are 4 things to look at when you're evaluating your business:
Set an annual goal - This should be a 12-month period (not just January to December)
Evaluate each month with - What went well? What didn't go well? What are 3 small tweaks I can make to improve?
Coach your mind - You need to believe your annual goal is achieved and determine how to get there.
Have more fun! Business should be fun, challenges and all!
This month I introduced a group coaching session because I saw a need for you to work towards becoming the CEO of your business and move towards that 6 figure self-concept. If you are ready to unlock your 6 figure business and want to work together, book your free 1:1 call today and follow along on IG @leannemeiser!
Today we are covering practical steps and things we can do to plan so that we are working towards our 6 figure business AND being the mom, friend, wife, etc. that we want to be! I am a firm believer that we can have both.
So let's walk through a plan:
Ask yourself what results you want during this period (let's use summer break as an example)?
How many team members do you want to add?
How many customers will you add monthly?
How much volume will you do in repeat customer sales?
How many hours do you want to work during the summer and how many are you willing to work now to prepare for your summer?
The work still needs to get done so plan ahead on what you will do now so that you don't have to do it during your time off.
Create a plan to get the extra work done.
This might look like doubling up now and that means changes to your schedule and sticking to the plan.
You should also have a backup plan because regardless of how much you prep, some things will still come up this summer that require your attention. But remember, you can have both a successful business and an aligned personal life!
As always, you can find me over on IG @leannemeiser and if you're determined to make this summer different, let's get started now - you can schedule a call with me here!

Today we're chatting about knowing the numbers in your business - and before you skip this episode, this is such an important topic!
How many times have you gotten to the end of the month and you're frustrated because you worked really hard all month only to come up short reaching your financial goals? This happens a lot and from my experience with working with Network Marketers, it's almost always because they don't know the actual work it will take to reach their goals. AKA they don't know the numbers.
The best place to start is by deciding how much money you want to make in the month - your process can vary but it's important to know the end goal so you can work backwards.
The three key areas I focus on with my clients are:
These are the categories their income will come from so we can break it down as to how much they need in each category. I love this approach because it's simple math -> 1+1 always equals 2. By setting numbers to these categories we eliminate some of the doubt that can hold us back.
When you know the numbers, you can start to nail down your process! Personally I believe having a solid customer goal is key because that is something you can control. It's also allows the person to become a fan of the product and potentially become a team member.
So why would someone not know their numbers? Because it's safe for your brain - if you put a number to it your brain might try to protect you and try to play it safe. But this leads to frustration... Tell your brain that you are safe and it's OK to know the numbers and set a process to get there. You might also say you aren't a numbers person, but is that thought serving you?
As a 6 figure business owner it's your job to know the numbers! I am here to help you - book your free 1:1 call today. Also, follow along on IG @leannemeiser for more helpful info!
I'm starting out today's podcast with a reminder - I care about you, I care about your business, and I care about your results! I'm brutally honest, but it's because I care and I want you to see the success you want! As you're listening today, I want you to go into it with the thought "What if she's right?"
Now... let's dive in!
Is your business marketing strategy actually working against you? When you're writing your posts, you might be telling her what you think she wants to hear, aka you oversell the potential. Or another thing I see a lot is people sharing about income but they're disguising it to make it seem like they made significantly more than they did. So when she joins she's expecting to reach the goal that was sold to her - but the work or the actual result is skewed.
Let's stop selling it as "easy" and share the work it takes so that when she joins she's ready to get to work! This means we get away from telling her she can work this in the cracks of the day, or from the bathroom. She's busy enough and doesn't want to add anything to the cracks.
The first thing to do is get clear on who you're selling to - the person that wants to make $200-$500/month or the person that wants to make $2k-$5k/month? That is what you are selling and your content, conversations, etc. need to reflect that! Decide who you are talking to and share with her how she will do it. Get specific with how many hours a day she needs and what her time will consist of.
When you shift your marketing strategy to this level of thinking, you will likely have fewer conversations, but they will be more impactful! Your team might be smaller, but they are doing the work and building the business. Not only are they happy but so are you!
This is a different approach and a new level of thinking, but it's what you need to start unlocking your 6 figure business!
If this resonated with you and you want to connect to see if my coaching is right for you, schedule your free 1:1 call today! Also, be sure to follow along on IG @leannemeiser for more helpful tips.
Today we are talking about building a 6 figure business... but that requires taking different action.
Most people start their NWM business as a side business, and they work it part-time. The actions you take might look like this - you're showing up when it's convenient, working your business in pockets of time, but then feeling guilty when you don't hit your goals. Maybe you're working from the bathroom, or posting the day of and don't have a plan. These actions come from the thought that you have a side business and have to hustle.
You might be thinking the only way to reach 6 figures is to do more of that work and our brain resists this wondering how that is even possible.
Instead of thinking of your business as a side gig, I want you to think of your business as a legitimate business. This new thought will help you take different action. You will start to plan out your time based on the results you want, AND you have a backup plan just in case. You also create boundaries - you do not need to work 24/7 if you work intentionally.
You create systems that work for you so when you are unable to work, your business still moves forward. You have a marketing plan in place that sells and delivers on your sales and recruiting goal. All of these actions only come when you think about your business as a 6 figure business. Let your brain go there and believe you have a legitimate business.
Since you are thinking of your business as a business, do you have a plan in place for this summer when the kids are off of school? Now is the time to start planning.
If this resonated with you, book a call with me and let's see if my coaching is the right fit to help you reach your 6 figure business! Also, be sure to follow along over on IG for more helpful tips @leannemeiser.
My business coach recently brought up a philosophy that I also use. It's the idea that as a mentor, business coach, upline, etc. we are 100% responsible for our client's success. However, that doesn't mean that 100% of our clients will have success. When someone on your team that isn't reaching their goal, it's important to look at your process and tweak it to help them.
The other side of this is, THEY have to be 100% committed to getting the result THEY want!
When I slow down and look at how I'm helping you, one of the things I've found to be missing when it comes to coaching network marketers in general is helping you see how to show up as the CEO of your business.
In mastermind I showed up knowing that I was responsible for my success and also responsible to list the areas in my business that needed improvement in order to get me to the success I wanted. My coach then took that list of things I wanted to focus on and decided if those were areas she could help me with. That is what I do with my clients as well.
We cover the fundamentals of network marketing but we dive deeper into the concept of how you show up as a business owner. Knowing you are responsible for your own success is the first step, but the magic happens when we dive into the areas you are struggling with and unpack how to solve for them. You need to know what return on investment you want to get, and then put in the work to get there.
I understand that this is an advanced topic but I think it's so important. Going into this next week, I want you to have the mindset that you are 100% responsible for your teams success - but at the same time you need to be recruiting people that are also willing to put in 100% to figure it out.
If you are ready to invest in your business and want to unlock this new level of thinking, schedule your 1:1 consult call now so we can identify the gaps in your business and decide if I am the right coach for you. You can also follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser for more helpful tips!
Today we're chatting about how thoughts can either serve you or hold you back!
One of my goals has been to simplify Network Marketing in a way that can take you from 'side hustle' to a six-figure business. In order to do that, your thoughts and intentions have to shift. Recruiting business builders needs to be a strategy (or in the model, a circumstance). The thought you might have around this is that business builders are rare, but how does that thought make you feel? Maybe it makes you feel blah or discouraged?
Now, from that feeling what actions do you take? Likely you aren't sharing boldly about the business opportunity or with excitement. You might even start to have the thought that your team doesn't want to work so you decide to go recruit from another company. These actions likely will not get you to that original goal of a six-figure business.
But, you have choices with your thoughts! Can you transition your intentional thoughts to -> business builders are created instead of rare? Doesn't that make you more excited?! That thought means that everyone has the potential to become a business builder. Now, when you take action from that thought you get into problem-solving mode.
I hear it often "well it just takes time" but honestly I don't think that's the case as I learned when I invested in my coach. You have the result to a problem someone is facing and it's your job to articulate how you will help them get to the solution they want. When you do this, time is no longer a factor.
As you are building your business, pay attention to your thoughts and regularly ask yourself if your thoughts are serving you. I am always here to help you with this process! As we are coming up on the end of January I want to touch base with your regarding your goals! I connect with women on Instagram that are in Network Marketing and I love hearing about their goals - but often times they say, "I just want to be consistent and add value" or "I want to grow my following," and while these are great actions to take, they aren't goals. Let's dive into this...
My coaching style uses The Model which can look different than what a lot of Network Marketers are told. The Model looks like this:
Circumstance - this is neutral (aka a fact, not opinion)
Thoughts about the circumstance
Feelings from that thought
Actions taken from feelings
Results
When we use this for your business we insert your goal into the circumstance line and it needs to be measurable. Consistency, for example, is an ACTION, not a circumstance. You need to first get really clear on your goal. After you set the goal you can create a process (actions) to get you there. The key here is to be willing to set the goal and then tweak the thoughts, feelings, and actions until you get the results you want.
This is what I LOVE to help my clients with, and I can help you too! Book your free 1:1 consult call today and be sure to follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser where I share more helpful tips.
PS. Don't forget to snag your free posting guide here!
Today we are diving deeper into the systems you need in place in order to help your team!
When you are talking to your team about selling, your first step is to help them see that there are people out there that want the product. My process looks like this (and it's easily duplicatable with your team):
There are two parts of this process I want to highlight today:
-> Posting on social media to start the conversation - If someone engages on your post they have bought into starting the conversation with you.
-> Your process should ensure your customers get the results they want - People don't buy a product, they buy a result.
So, how do you help your team post on social so they sell the result? This process is customizable and unique to each person because each of your team members will have a different audience that wants different results.
The other point we covered is how you help your team continue to serve and retain loyal customers. This step is often left off but it should be one of the most important steps because it leads to retaining customers.
Looking at these two steps in this way is up leveling business building. It is not a process you create overnight. You will continue to tweak it and update it to help you and your team see the success you want.
Be sure to follow along on Instagram where I share more @leannemeiser and if you're ready to implement this process and want to strategize, reach out and schedule your free 1:1 call!

This is a topic I am so excited to talk about today!
In Network Marketing you might hear that you are not responsible for your team's success aka, "work with the willing." But those thoughts remove your control and limit you. They're also likely causing you to look outside your team rather than working with your team. Test this out by using the statement "I am not responsible for my team's success." Then ask yourself how you feel and what actions you take from this place...
My philosophy is different -> "I am responsible for my team's success." When you use this statement you feel committed and you show up with curiosity. You'll also evaluate who you work with on a higher level. When I see my clients reaching their goals and helping their team (through duplication) I know they are ready to hit any goal they set.
But the issue comes up when the process you're using doesn't lead your team to real results, and then you don't reevaluate why it didn't work for them. You assume it's because they don't want to put in the work, rather than tweaking your process so that they do get results.
When you take responsibility for other people's success, you also see more success and that doesn't come from having to hustle.
If they are still on your team, they are willing and it's your job to figure out how to help them. That's where I come in - I can help you create the process and system! Click here to schedule your free 1:1 call and follow along on IG @leannemeiser for more tips.
Happy New Year!
My mission this year is to help you define your big goals AND reach them. I want to help you consistently recruit to your team and help them have success.
When we talk about a duplicatable system, I'm talking about creating a guide that you can hand to your new team to help them reach their first big milestones. One thing I love is numbers and determining where you unlock true financial freedom. All of this is done with a strategy that feels good to you.
In 2023 I'm opening up spots to work with me so if you are interested in getting on the waitlist you can use this link to book a free 1:1 call with me!
When we're talking about adding to your team, the first step is determining who you want on your team - remember they need to have a desire first. So, let's focus on the people who are open to Network Marketing. Next, ask yourself what obstacles are in her way - tip they are probably similar to the ones you had when you started which makes you the perfect person to help her. These questions and thoughts are what you'll use to create content so that she starts engaging with you!
Reminder, of the questions to ask yourself:
What does she want?
What obstacles are in her way?
How am I going to help her?
For number 3, you might not have all the answers yet but I want you to choose the thought "I am the one to help her because I am the one committed to figuring it out." Take your list and use it to prompt your posts each day. She will start to engage with you and this allows a conversation to open up organically.
I know that you want a big business and you are ready to see success, but you might need a new strategy and that's where I come in. I'm excited to work with you in 2023! Schedule your free 1:1 call today and follow along over on Instagram @leannemesier.
If you guys have been listening to the podcast for a while you know that I like to have a thought playing in the background of my mind and then I bring that to you! My goal with this episode is not to create that anxious energy that we are being bombarded with this time of year, but rather, let's think about where you want to be at the end of 2023. What will it take for you to get to that place?
In order to do this we need to identify where you need to grow! This might look like accepting responsibility for the success of your team. This way of thinking is likely different than what you've heard in the past, but when we shift to this way of thinking we start the growth process we need in order to get to our goal.
It's important to remember that this is a year-long commitment and there will be times when it is not easy. But if you commit to showing up every day, even if it's not 100% every day, you will move towards your year-end goal. My challenge to you is to coach yourself through this. But if you need help send me a message and we can chat more about it.
The important thing to remember is that results will take time, they don't happen overnight. While on a coaching call recently someone said, "I'm doing all the things but it's hard to hold onto the belief when I'm not seeing the results." And the response from my coach was, "Leave space for mystery and magic in your business." That is your reminder that you can do all the things AND leave space for things to happen.
As we wrap up, I want you to identify where you want to be at the end of 2023, how you want to feel when you get there, and what skillsets do you need to develop to achieve that goal in the way that you want.
I hope you have a wonderful rest of the year! I'm excited to chat with you next year and as always you can schedule your free 1:1 call here and follow along on IG @leannemeiser. Happy New Year!
Today we are going to talk about transitioning into becoming a Team Builder!
This comes from my thoughts around how we can change the industry of Network Marketing. People that are skeptical about Network Marketing typically see others selling a grand result with very little effort, and we know that isn't true. My goal as your coach is to help you build a deep and successful team by recruiting 4+ business builders a month while helping them to build and duplicate!
I'm envisioning a conversation with you one year from now where we are celebrating you and your team hitting the highest ranks and making the income you each desire, and all of that came without a ton of hustle. It happened by you showing up and sharing truthfully what it takes to build a business.
In order to make this happen it's going to take a different way of thinking - you are responsible for your team's success. This is Network Marketing 2.0! Your team is willing to do the work, you just need to figure out where you lost them.
Doing this is going to take a few things:
Create processes around recruiting
Create a process around getting your team what they want
Learn the process to create successful processes
The beauty of Network Marketing is the residual income and one direction we're headed in 2023 is the ability to add business builders through an email sequence, meaning someone is ready to join you before your first conversation!
When you build your business this way you are able to create an income without the "hustle" and in a way that feels aligned. I'm excited to do this with you! If you're ready to start in the new year, schedule your free 1:1 call here to snag one of the 5 spots I have open in January, and follow along on IG @leannemeiser!
Today, we're changing things up a bit and really focusing on helping you create a thriving team!
When you are helping your team be successful it's a different skill set and you need to be clear about who you are bringing onto your team and how you're supporting those already on your team. A big part of this is creating systems that are duplicatable!
The first step is re-engaging with your current team. Start by asking yourself, "where did I lose this particular person?" It's important to take into account the various life circumstances they are facing (maybe they got a new puppy that is adorable but also taking a lot of their time... that's my situation right now). It's not that they aren't willing to do the work, they just have some kind of doubt somewhere. So, start engaging with them as a friend and check in on them!
Once you've reconnected, let them know that you are planning for 2023 and ask them what they would like to do with their business. Remind them of their original goals and ask them if that is still something they want. Once you know this information, ask them to share all the obstacles that would keep them from achieving those goals. When they share this info, this tells you the work you need to do to help them overcome these obstacles.
This is where you get to up-level as a leader! As I was planning for 2023 I had YOU in mind. I want to work with the woman that wants to put in the work to support her team so that everyone sees the success they desire. If you are listening and are ready to build a successful team in 2023, use this link to schedule your free 1:1 call so that we can get started in January! And as always, follow along over on Instagram @leannemeiser for more helpful tips!
Today I want to chat with you about a concept I've been learning about - Committed vs. Interested.
Showing up consistently is great, but when I work with my clients we set a very specific goal and we work to set up a strategy that works for you to help you get better results in less time. We want you to show up consistently to get you a specific result.
So first you need to commit to a result goal, and second, you need to believe the goal is possible for you. After you do these things you have to create a strategy!
This is something that I am working on as well. My coach asked me "are you interested or are you committed to achieving this goal?" My answer was that I am interested because I will do everything except DMing people. I thought because I didn't want to send DMS that meant I was only interested in achieving my goal. I had to take a step back and realize there can be a different strategy that still gets me to my goal and feels good to me.
Maybe you can relate. You hit your first goal without really having a strategy but now you're ready to build and you want a wat that feels good to YOU!
So how do you commit to the process that utilizes the strategy that works for you?
First, if you aren't hitting your goal, ask yourself if you are setting a specific goal and next ask how do I feel about my goal? Finally, lay out a strategy that works for you. As your coach, I help you with this! I love working with women that are excited and ready to build, but maybe need a little extra help to get to that next level. If you're ready to connect use this link and schedule your free 1:1 call and be sure to follow along over on IG @leannemeiser for more tips!
Today we are chatting all about the "Belief Triad" and specifically about the three areas of your business that make up YOUR Belief Triad!
When you think about someone purchasing from you there are a few things to consider:
All three of these things are important to her making the purchase. Recently I had an interaction with someone on Instagram where she did not take these into account and rather than building a relationship with me she messaged me wanting to make a sale without first considering if I had trust in HER (even if I was interested in and believed in the product). She was missing one of the pieces of the triangle.
The lesson from this interaction is to serve the people that are interacting with you. Ask questions, build a relationship, and continue to share about your products through your posts and stories. The key here? There shouldn't be an agenda. If you continue to share, show up, interact and connect, the sales transactions will start to come naturally. And a reminder that we don't have to share EVERYTHING. It's OK if there are certain parts of your life you keep personal.
A final tip to wrap this up... Don't ask without permission and that permission comes by you posting and opening up the conversation. Talk with her to ask if she's interested and go through the Belief Triad to get to the sale naturally.
When you go about it this way and meet people where they are you not only make sales but also build trust and find your next team members!
My goal for December is to help you set your business up for success in 2023 and one of the best ways I've done that in my own business was by hiring a coach for extra support and accountability. If you are interested in working with me next year let's chat now so we can make a plan.
Use this link to schedule your free 1:1 call so we can strategize on how you can bring in more team members and help them see success. My pricing will be going up in January so now is the perfect time to lock things in!
And as always, be sure to follow along over on IG @leannemeiser for more tips!
As I prep for December, I've been thinking about the obstacles people face when building their businesses in the month of December. The main one tends to be time... It's such a busy time of year, so many things are added to our calendars and you might think you'll take your foot off the gas and pick back up in January. When this happens you fall out of routine and lose that habit and momentum you've worked so hard to create.
So let's take a deeper look at this obstacle of time. A lot of people struggle with posting on social when they get busy, however, my philosophy and what I teach is that your customers/team members come from the people interacting with your posts. Therefore, posting is really important.
I've heard from a lot of people that they struggle with knowing what to post or who their niche market is. My goal for the month of December (and beyond) is to simplify this and make it an easier process for you.
Rather than getting so specific on WHO your niche is, I want you to consider what RESULTS she wants and how can you help her. After you nail that down it's time to start thinking about what is holding her back from buying or using the product. Make a list of these things and start addressing them in your content.
Your content is an amazing tool where you can make her feel heard and understood so she is ready to buy.
If there is a topic you are struggling with please DM me on IG @leannemeiser and we can chat about it and work through it together!
Can you believe we are one week away from Black Friday?! Today we are chatting about making sales because in this season (and every season) I find that people have two thoughts around sales: "I don't want to be salsey" and "I want to hit my goals" - sound familiar?
Both of these thoughts are focused on... you! Shift this to focus on what SHE wants - "Everyone loves to buy, no one wants to be sold."
I'll share a few examples of positive and negative buying experiences I've encountered.
From these two experiences, the difference was that one person was trying to serve me and one person was trying to sell me. It's crucial to meet someone where they are and make it about them.
People do want to buy and you want to make a sale, but how do you do it in a way that feels good?
This time of year I would be focusing on selling the product from now until 12/23. Help people fall in love with the product. Then the last week of December the focus shifts to bringing on team members after they've fallen in love with the product and they see how they can build a business too.
If you're ready to learn the process of selling in a way that you love, schedule your free 1:1 call so we can connect. And be sure to follow along over on IG @leannemeiser for more helpful tips!
Today we are talking about working from a feeling of curiosity - before we continue, grab a piece of paper and a pen!
In case you didn't know, I used to be in network marketing for 15 years so I've seen all the changes and shifts. I realized that the difference between one person seeing success and another not is their mindset. So let's dive into that.
On the left side of your paper write:
C (circumstance)
T (thought)
F (feeling)
A (action)
R (result)
Let's use your goal and add that into the circumstance line. You'll have lots of thoughts that surface around this goal, but what we want is to narrow it down to thoughts that lead to a feeling of curiosity. Some of these thoughts might be "people want this" or "they have questions that I still need to address." All of these thoughts should lead to action from the feeling of curiosity.
What do these actions look like? Start with posting about the business with your questions (previously discussed) in mind. Then move on to adding to your network and get curious about who you want to connect with. Build relationships with the people you connect with.
Go through this model we just outlined and fill in your goals. Get curious and start asking questions and see how it can transform your business.

Welcome to November!
I've spent the last week on Instagram sharing about how to prepare your business for success in November, and today we're going to dive deeper into that. It's a busy time of year, so let's get you ready to go!
Goals: Get very specific. Ask yourself, how much money do you want to make? Break that number into product sales, adding new team members, and team volume so you know where the money will come from.
Actions: Once you get specific on your goals, you need to be talking to the right people that are bought in (people that have engaged with you). To get people engaged, you have to be posting about the product and business.
When: Get your calendar out and mark it so you know when you'll be talking about the product/business and what specifically you'll share. Then, add time to your calendar to actually write the posts and make the graphics. You'll also need time to add to your audience and engage and talk to people.
I know this can feel overwhelming with the numbers, but take a step back and look at the plan. And of course, if you need help reach out to me and schedule a free 1:1 call here so we can determine your goals, actions, and schedule. You can follow along on Instagram @leannemeiser where I'll be sharing additional info to help you this month!
Can you believe it's the last Friday of the month?
Today we're going to chat about a strategy you can implement to evaluate your process and make November your best month yet!
One thing I'm finding lately in a lot of my conversations is that people don't like setting goals. I'm going to challenge you to create a goal but not tie your success solely to that goal. If you don't reach it, it doesn't mean you failed, it means we need to tweak your process along the way. Here is how we do that:
First, celebrate what went well along the way to your goal. Get specific.
I posted 12 times about the business opportunity with a call-to-action
4 people had objections
Second, what didn't go well? Get factual.
Posted 12 times but felt like I was begging
Couldn't overcome objections
Third, what do we want to do differently next month?
Have more conversations to create more engagement or have the same number of conversations with improved content
This is a high-level overview of what I dive into with my 1:1 clients - how can we get you better results with the same amount of effort? I would love to help! Schedule your free consult call with me today by using this link and follow along over on IG @leannemeiser for more helpful tips!
I've been really thinking about the goal we set at the beginning of the month to sign 4 new people to your team, and what might be holding you back from reaching that goal.
One thing that came to mind is that you might be struggling with the confidence that you can help the people joining your team reach their goals.
A lot of this comes down to overthinking and overcomplicating. But really your main job is to be their mentor.
And how incredible is it that you have this gift of a business that someone can do from their phone, on a schedule that works for them!
You also get to decide what type of person joins your team - are they resourceful, want to build a business, and work well together? When you bring on people like that, you don't have to worry about making sure they succeed (they will figure it out) but instead you get to work WITH them.
Of course, you still need to help them so let's dive into how you do that:
Remember, you're limiting yourself on singing people to your team because you're letting self-doubt get in the way. This topic is usually something I would cover with my 1:1 clients but I thought it was important to share it with you too! If you'd like to learn more and dive deeper, use this link to schedule a 1:1 call with me! And of course, don't forget to follow along on IG @leannemeiser where I share daily tips.
I hope you are loving our focus this month of signing 4 new business builders!
We are halfway through the month so I thought it would be good to check-in. Maybe you haven't signed your new business builders yet. Don't panic - the goal of this challenge is to help you create processes that when implemented, have you signing 4 new business builders EVERY month (this isn't a one-time thing).
As I was preparing for this podcast I realized that when someone tells you they want more info, that's where you might be getting stuck. I know a lot of people have teams that have created a recording or a webpage for people to go to when they have questions. But I'm going to share my take on why I think it's important to sometimes recreate the wheel.
First, it's so important to understand what questions she has from the start. There's nothing worse than spending a ton of time crafting the perfect response when you don't even know what SHE needs to know to make her decision. We also need to be careful of information overload which can sometimes come from sending them to a recording. With this method, they might come back and say they aren't interested but we don't know where we lost them. Last, if you only offer a standard call, that might not work with their schedule and immediately they are out.
So what do you do to provide more info to someone that is interested in knowing more? Start with asking questions:
Some questions they might have are:
(Bonus! These questions can all be content that you post about on your page.)
With my clients, we work through all of this but then we take it a step further and dive into overcoming objections. If that's something you are looking for then use this link to schedule a free 1:1 call so we can see if working together is a good fit! Follow along over on IG and DM me @leannemeiser if you have specific questions!
Welcome back! As promised, we are spending this month focusing on helping you sign 4 new business builders.
Today we are going to dive deeper into what you are selling - hint, if you want to add business builders, you have to stop selling the business as a hobby.
Start by taking inventory of your current team. You might think that no one wants to build, but without more information, that's only your own thought and can lead to you not helping them. To combat this, write out everyone's name and then reach out to them to see how they are and ask what their goals are. Dive deeper with them and get curious. If they aren't seeing the success they want, ask them what they think is preventing that and really listen.
The next step is to think about who you want on your team. For example, I work with women that want to grow a dependable and consistent income and are committed to their goals. Who do you want to add to your team? Shift your messaging to talk to that person. This will not only help you find your people, but it'll also help you step into your role as a confident leader.
Your people are out there and they are ready to join you! Use this link to book a free 1:1 call so we can dive into the specifics of your business and get you recruiting 4 new business builders this month!

Today we are talking all about our October goals and surprise, I set a goal for you!
In October you are going to recruit 4 new members -YAY! All of my October content here on the podcast, on my IG page, emails, etc. will be focused on helping you reach this goal.
Did your brain take a pause when you heard that - maybe you started to think of all the reasons you can't do it? Take 5 minutes to write out all your thoughts around this. Let your brain run wild...
Now, let's start thinking about all the tasks that need to happen for you to sign 4 team members in October. I'll break this down into 5 high-level categories:
Someone needs to know about the opportunity - invite them or they reach out to you
They need the info about the business
Address their objections/concerns
They say yes or no
You get them started
Diving deeper into these categories, I advise my clients to build their content so people reach out to them - but this means you have to post and share about the business opportunity. Next, they need the info. You can share this in many different ways - be sure you ask them what questions they have so you can point them in the right direction. This leads to addressing their objections/concerns. Note that this does not mean you are convincing them - the goal should be to get to a yes or a no, depending on if it's a good fit for them. If it's a yes then the next step is having a process for getting them started!
By signing 1 new team member each week in October you'll reach your goal of 4 new people for the month. If you start to see you aren't hitting that weekly goal, take a step back and evaluate your process. And of course, one of the biggest challenges you might face is the belief that this is possible for you. Changing your mindset is the key to building and growing your business.
If you knew without a doubt you'd sign 4 team members in October, how would you show up? Now, go show up as her!
Be sure to let me know if you're up for this challenge - DM me over on IG @leannemeiser and follow along as I share resources and recruiting tips! Also, every week I send out an email so if you'd like to be added to that for even more helpful info, message me and I'll add you!
There's been a common theme coming up during my conversations with my clients this week when we're are talking about their goals - "I don't know how to do that."
Our brains are wired to search our past for proof that we've done something before, and if we don't have that it quickly goes to the thought that we can't do it. I'm going to share a few strategies to help you overcome this doubt.
Look to others that are doing what you want to do - if they can do it so can you!
Go into your back office and look for proof that you've reached this goal before, even if it's not in the same timeframe you want to reach it now.
Tap this quote where you can see it as a constant reminder: "I won't know how until after I do it" - Brig Johnson
I'm big on sharing strategies, but it's your mindset that will get you to your goal. When I'm on my 1:1 client calls I'm always listening for those thoughts that might be holding you back. Once we know what the thought is we can solve for it. If you've been struggling with your mindset and want someone in your corner to help you move past that, let's connect! Use this link to schedule a free consult call and be sure to follow along over on IG @leannemeiser.
Today we are chatting all about reels and diving into the messaging behind them. One trending reel in particular that I've seen going around a lot has me thinking about the true message some of these reels convey.
Before you share your next reel, ask yourself "how does this make me feel and how will it make my next customer/team member feel?" If the response is that it doesn't encourage you or makes you feel yucky, you might reconsider it.
The reel I heard recently that didn't sit well with me talks about the need to support your friends like you support celebrities. While I am all for supporting friends and women in network marketing, this reel felt accusatory and placed the success of someone's business in the hands of their friends and family.
When we break it down, I don't believe the intention of the message was to accuse but rather to encourage those we love to trust us in the same way they do other big businesses. Although we might recognize this, others that see us post it might be turned off or even offended.
As a consumer myself, I tend to purchase from people when I have a problem and I see them sharing the solution. That's why my style of coaching is to have you figure out someone's problem and share the solution through your content. And something always playing in my mind is "it's not about me, it's about them."
When we look at business this way it's so much more fun and we're showing future team members that they too can be successful!
If this episode resonated with you I'd absolutely love it if you'd leave a quick review or share it with a friend! And as always, I'd love to connect with you over on Instagram @leannemeiser!
Now that we are getting back into routines with school starting, I thought it was the perfect time to chat about managing your business time!
The first step to doing this is recognizing you have an actual business. After you identify your business as a business, you can start making the appropriate time for it.
The three things I see happen most with network marketers are:
They don't make the time for their business.
They make the time but don't know what to do.
They make the time, and know what to do, but don't stick to it.
Today we unpack how to solve each of these, and I share about utilizing a "time budget" which I use in my business. I'll share how I structure my business to help give you some ideas.
I always start with a planner and the one I've been loving is by Ink and Volt (linked below). On my calendar, I start with personal responsibilities and then I add in business hours. Next, identify the work that you'll do during your business hours (tip - the work you do should move you closer to your business goals). Finally, it's time to make sure you stick to your calendar. A great way to do this is to pick a day that you can make things up if needed. For me it's Fridays. That is the day where if I missed something throughout the week I can make it up.
As your coach, we review your 6-month business goals, look at your calendar and add the daily tasks that you'll need to do to make those goals happen. I would love to help you! Use this link to book your complimentary call where we will review your business and see how we can get you moving towards your goals!

If you follow me on Instagram @leannemeiser you saw that I was in a three-day Master Mind last week, and today I'm sharing three lessons I learned while participating in that!
A quick backstory. We've been preparing for this Master Mind since April. They were all-day, intense sessions, and to be honest, I was working through some imposter syndrome before we started. Rather than let that paralyze me, I kept reminding myself that I earned my spot and I was worthy of being in there. I am so glad I followed through because now I can sit here today and share these lessons with you!
Example for your business:
Adding new customers - learn how to post about the product in a way she can connect with
Track conversations and get better results from the people responding to my posts
Turn cold connections into paid customers
Lesson #2: Commit to your goal!
And just in case you need it, I BELIEVE IN YOU!
I will be in your corner, challenge you, and help you get there.
Lesson #3: "Everyone wants me to win" - changing my thoughts from competition to everyone wanting me to win
If you think about it in that way, you'll view feedback in a new way and grow.
Bonus Tip: With so many amazing people working together and supporting each other the world can truly be transformed!
Are you ready to see massive growth in your business? If so, schedule your free 1:1 consultation with me today using this link: https://calendly.com/leanne-meiser/consult?month=2022-08!
This episode is a follow-up to a previous episode about posting from her perspective. We dive into the "model" which is the tool I am certified in and help my clients use to grow their business: Neutral Circumstance -> Thoughts -> Feelings -> Action (taken from feeling) = Results
You are able to post from her perspective because you've probably felt the same feelings she's feeling regarding a particular circumstance. Have you ever gotten a message that sounds like, "It's like you are in my head"? Obviously, you can't read her mind but you can relate to her, and when you post from her perspective you'll start to see more people reaching out to you that are ready to buy/join your team!
Let's look at your business as an example using the Model (in the correct way):
-> Neutral Circumstance = Your Business
-> Thought = I'd like a bigger business
-> Feeling = Determined or Curious
-> Action = Utilize Posting Strategy
-> Result = Connect with more people and business growth
If you haven't seen these results, I encourage you to look at your model. Are you jumping ahead and putting the action where the circumstance should be? I'll include a PDF here that you can print!
I absolutely love working with my clients using this model because there is so much opportunity! We work together to insure the feelings you have lead to the actions you need to take in order to see the growth you want.
You are a business builder and although checklists can help you stay on task, you need to remember why you are showing up - to build a thriving business, not just complete the checklist. With my coaching, we use the model to post from her perspective and build a business YOU love!
As always, I'd love to connect with you over on Instagram - you can find me @leannemeiser. Feel free to send me a DM or book a free consult with me!
Today's episode I dive into my own personal experiences and life - something I don't share a ton about but wanted to give you a peek behind the curtain.
Picture me last weekend, looking around our house and thinking "this is out of control!" Everything felt chaotic and as I looked around I was wishing for things to be in order, less messy - anyone with kids (or even those without kids) can probably relate.
I made the decision to be the woman who has a clean, organized house, and that worked...for the first few days. But when old habits started to creep back in I had to really dig deep and get uncomfortable now so that I didn't revert back to the way things used to be.
How does this relate to your business?
Maybe you have an idea of the tasks that you need to do in order to reach your goals. The first day you sit down to work is great! But then day two comes and you have a sick kiddo and things don't go as planned. Do you throw in the towel or do you decide that you can adjust both your schedule and your expectations and still reach your goals?
Ask yourself, "how can I make this work for me?"
You don't have to make crazy changes to see big results. Take the time to define the roles you are currently in (wife, mom, business owner, etc.) and how you want to show up in those roles. Then determine the tweaks that need to be made to get you there.
I'd love to connect with you! Head over to my Instagram @leannemeiser and you'll find my free Dream Life Roadmap in the link in my bio. This is a great place to start where you can take inventory of where you are in your life and where you want to be!
As always, if you found this episode valuable I'd love if you would leave a review and share it with a friend!
Most of us have probably heard the phrase "you need to get uncomfortable to grow" and while that has some truth, it's important that we take a look at the actions that surround that discomfort. Today we'll dive into the model I use!
Here is a sneak peek of the model:
Circumstance (neutral) -> Thought about that circumstance -> Feelings -> Action (or inaction) -> RESULTS
The key when using this model is recognizing that our thoughts will trigger a feeling, which then trigger an action, and those actions (or lack of action) are what trigger our results. I share about cold messaging as an example and how for me, cold messaging triggers a feeling of gross which makes me not want to take action. That particular strategy (cold messaging) didn't work for me.
Typically when we don't feel aligned with the strategy we're using, we end up doing EVERYTHING else instead. In the example I used for cold messaging, instead of sending the messages I often found myself diving into personal development. That was also on my list of things to do but I started using it to avoid the thing I didn't want to do - cold message.
So how do we go from being uncomfortable in a gross way to uncomfortable in a growth way? That's what I work with my clients on!
Let's change the way we look at things. Instead of thinking we have to cold message everyone, we switch to only messaging those people that engage on business related posts. You might ask, how do I do that? Here is the strategy I layout so you have enough people engaging on your business related posts and can therefore still achieve your goals:
Following these steps allows you to be more strategic and get uncomfortable in a growth way. So, as you sit down to work this week I encourage you to pay attention to your thoughts and what feelings those trigger. Do you wake up excited to take action, and do you actually take that action?
My job as your coach is to think of things differently - I am a problem solver and that's what I'm here to help you do! If you are ready to change up your strategy and step into uncomfortable growth, let's go. You can book a free consult with me here!
Thank you for joining me this week and I look forward to talking to you next week!
Can you believe we're already in the first week of August? With a new month usually comes new goals, and in today's episode, we dive into how we can invest in our business in order to help move us closer to those goals.
Determining what to invest in can be tough. Maybe you've been there. You invest in something at the recommendation of someone else but you don't truly see how it can impact YOUR business and YOUR goals - you just know it's worked for someone else so it should work for you, but you don't end up making your money back.
Before you invest in your business there are a few steps I always recommend you take:
An example I share is: You currently bring on 5 new customers a month but you want to bring on 10. What skills, processes, etc. do you need to get there (and I don't mean hustle harder)? Improvements to your social media, marketing, and mindset work are a few things you can invest in. This might look like hiring someone to help with your social media, a course related to marketing, or a business/life coach.
Once we pair our weakness with an investment we have to decide how we want to see that return on our investment. That might look like investing in someone to help you in your business. This allows you to see your return on investment in the form of time. As a coach, my goal is to save you time by teaching from my own experiences so you can jump past the trials and move your business forward.
The last question I ask is, how will you finance your investment? Most people look at this from the perspective of what they've already made in their business, but I'm going to challenge you to look at it differently. Maybe you haven't had a $5,000 month yet so you think investing that amount isn't doable. But the fact that you haven't gotten there yet IS the reason you should be investing in your business.
A good method to follow is: pay yourself 50%, save 20% for taxes (this is not tax advice), and 30% should go towards your business investments. If you want to pay yourself more, you need to make more, and your investments can help get you there.

Today, we're taking inventory of the recruiting side of your business.
How many people you're adding to your team and how many are growing a business!
These 2 silos are a little more intertwined than the customer side.
I want to help you achieve better results in your business. I know that this is the time of year when people review their mid-year points and decide to abandon their goals for the year and start next year or hustle their way to their goal. I have a better process that doesn’t require starting over and definitely NO hustle. In fact, you’ll find that you have more time and I’ll have to coach you on the idea that you’re doing enough! How amazing will that be?
If you're ready to build a business where you can guarantee your results, I'd love the opportunity to chat with you. You can set up your call right now! Click here!
