Just talking about how the "Family Court" system and the "Child Support" agency will screw any person that they can. This biggest mistake I made was actually thinking that the "Family Court" system is fair. They are not court, is not fair at all. The Judges do not care about you or your problems at all. They are going to make a ruling and turn that case into a moneymaker. You are about to have to pay for the support of any child, and there is no way to fix a problem with them. There is an amount that is going to have to be paid, no matter what. If there is an order signed by a judge, The "Child Support" agency is going to collect that amount from 1 parent and inject that amount into the other parent's account.

Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency or the "Family" court judges in the US do not care about the problems parents have at all. All parents get treated like they are criminals. Like right now, there is a named storm headed to Florida state. If my son was here, and we had to go to a hotel to evacuate from the storm, the American "Child Support" system would not care about anything but their money. They absolutely need to change their name because they do not care about these kids at all. For example: The "Child Support" enforcement [program in Florida knows that my son is in the foreign country of Greece and they DO NOT CARE at all. The county judge knew my son was going to the foreign country of Greece and he did not care either. So I get to pay $300.00 each month for a child that never talks to his father, and that I have not seen alive since then. The judge knew that before he signed off on him moving permanently to the foreign country of Greece and the current "Child Support" system also knows and they do not care!
This is the current "Child Support" enforcement program in America.
This was in 2027 this could happen to anyone in America, all you have to
do to qualify for this treatment, is have a child in America.

Just talking about how bad of a decision it is to have children. I do not dislike kids at all. The act of raising children is very hard and as parents we make mistakes and those mistakes will be held against us, hopefully by just the children. I saw a recent interview that I loved with Dr. Andrew Huberman and his interview of Dr. Becky Kennedy. I loved watching that interview and think she is right on the money. I also think she is very smart. I would say her IQ is above 150. Albert Einstein's IQ was 160.

This is what happened to me and could happen to anyone
then after this happened, I get to pay $300.00 each month
until December of this year or go to jail. This happened on May 31st, 2017.
After a parent sacrifices so much for their child or children
this happened to me. Once you make a decision to have a child in America
you are giving The court system the power to do this.
My son now lives in a Foreign Country and his mother is
a well known drug addict and all these courts and the child support agency
care about is that I pay them each month so they can get it to her
so she can get her dope.
There is nothing that can be done about that. No matter what always
at least get a DNA test. I did, it turns out that he is in fact my son.
If he was not, though, to bad for me. I accepted paternity.
I did not know this at the time. That has nothing to do with your
love for that child force a DNA test and do NOT accept paternity
until you see those results. The "Family" court system loves it when
parents accept paternity.

Just talking about how it is horrible that a Florida Judge allowed my child to move to the Foreign Country of Greece and I never saw him alive again. But he is still alive and just chooses to not talk to me. I am in the "End Zone" with child support payments because he is turning 18 in December 2024, and it is September 2024 as I write this, so that is a good thing. "Child Support" is well aware that I do not see my child and the judge knew what he was doing before he did what he did, and he doesn't care either. I have been really bitter about the entire thing, that is why I created this podcast.

Just talking about the mystery payment that I sent to "Child Support" on
07/11/2024 which got lost. I got an email from Amscot on 08/30/2024
that said, that payment was sent out, and I calculated that I will receive it on
09/06/2024 and I will just forward it to the Child Support Agency for the September 2024 payment. I also talk about in this episode how the decision to have children is the absolute worst thing a human can do in their life. I had a child based on information that I had from my youth, If I had known how bad the American "Child Support" system is I would not have ever had a kid. The "Child Support" system and the Family Court system are very wrong, and they do not care as long as the money continues to come in.

Just talking about the “Mystery” payment that I sent to “Child Support” on 07/11/2024
that got lost in the mail somehow and never made it to Tallahassee, Florida. I realized that
two weekends had passed, and I did not get a notification that it had been received by “Child Support” yet. So I contacted “Child Support” and asked them about it on a weekday. Because “Child Support” doesn’t work during the week, a parent can surely get arrested like all parents can on the weekends or killed like Walter Scott did he was killed on a Saturday afternoon in 2015 while “Child Support” was closed of course. Anyway, I waited the 30 days like Amscot says on their claim form and I sent in that claim form and Amscot’s $12.00 fee on 08/12/2024, and now it takes 5 days for classified mail to make it to the destination instead of two days like before, and it now also costs triple the price. So I sent in that claim form, and I am waiting for the money order that was “lost” in the mail to show up in my mailbox and when it does, I will send it right to “Child Support” as soon as possible. I put a letter in with the claim form advising that this is for a “Child Support” payment and if “Child Support” doesn’t get their money on time each month then I as a parent get punished. It doesn’t matter that this was completely the fault of the postal service, and it does not matter that all other Amscot locations have never had a problem like this. I as a parent will still get punished anyway. So I sent the claim form to Amscot on 08/12/2024 from the Post Office. I do not use the mailbox in that Amscot anymore. So the mail now takes 5 days to get to Tampa, even though it is only 2 counties away from here. Saturdays and Sundays do not count in those 5 days either. Then it takes some unknown time for Amscot to process that lost money order and then send me a new money order, Which takes 5 days also to come to me, then I will take it out of their envelope, and then take a picture of it with my phone next to the stamped envelope, then put it in that stamped envelope and send it to “Child Support” in Talassee which will take another 5 days. So for a $300.00 payment, for a child who lives in a foreign country, and never contacts his father, I have had to pay an additional $13.42 and wait for multiple weeks and drive multiple places to make sure “Child Support” gets their money, so my child's mother gets her drug money. Her drug money is very important!
I watched an episode of The Diary of A CEO recently and saw an interview with Seth Rogen. I love that dude, he is hilarious I think, and he smokes reefer too. He and his wife decided very early on in their lives NOT to have children at all, which is a very good idea in the first place.
There are so many reasons that having children is a bad idea in the first place. Seth is very smart. He says on that episode that NOT having children has enabled him and his wife to literally get up and go places and do things that they want when they want to do them. He also talked about his wife’s mother getting Alzheimer's disease 7 years before her death and when he described her state in that interview it was the most severe case of Alzheimer's that I have ever heard of. He said if you saw her, you would think her state was from a stroke or some kind of trauma and his wife was her daughter so they both had to deal with that, and it was very hard. She forgot how to speak, how to eat, how to go to the bathroom. A lot of people would say that she is lucky that she had a child to help her through that time in her life. I would say that it may have been that pregnancy that was the cause of her state in the first place. I do not know. I do know this, though. Pregnancy is extremely hard on the human body as it is. Just talking about the dumb "Child Support" agency and how I am in the end zone right now. I just have 4 payments to go and the September 2024 payment should be on its way to me now and when I receive it from Amscot, I will just forward it to The "Child Support" agency for the September 2024 payment. Then I will just have 3 payments left. I will be so happy when I have no payments left. 2025 I will be done with them and I am so ready to thrive.

Just talking about the payment that I sent to "Child Support" on July 11th 2024 that was due at "Child Support" on 08012024. That payment never showed up and it got lost in the mail. So I sent a claim form to Amscot with a 12 dollar money order and when I get that Money Order back from Amscot I will just send it to The Florida Distro Group for the September 2024 payment. After that payment gets to them, I will just have 3 payments left. I never send anything from the mailbox at Amscot I send mail to the "Child Support" Agency from the United States Post Office that is around the corner from the Post Office. I looked on the "Child Support" Website and they lowered their Non-refundable "convenience fee" from 3% down to 2.5% so my cost would be $7.50 on top of the $300.00 I already pay each month for a child that never contacts his father. Just talking about how horrible the current "Child Support" system is and my two cents on how I as a parent think that "Child Support" could be better handled.
The current "Child Support" system punishes American parents for having children. There is no other country that treats parents so badly, except for Canada. No surprise there. Canada copies everything the U.S. does, pretty much. Things are currently very bad with child support, and they are getting worse by the day.
If you are on the fence about having children, just do not do it! If you already have a kid or kids or have 1 on the way all you can do is start collecting evidence now, That is all you can do, because the law is on their side right now and all you can do is try to sway the judge or magistrate on your case even s little bit!

Just talking about how I sent in my payment to "Child Support" on the 11th of July 2024, and it seems to have been lost in the mail again and because I am a parent and I live in America it is completely my fault. Even though this is obviously a problem created by USPS. I sent this to "Child Support" already. I do this same process every time. I sent this to them and the responded and called the Amscot which is NOT the problem at all. But Child Support doesn't care at all.

Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency gets away with a lot of things just by using their badge from their employment at the "Child Support" agency. They get away with pretty much everything. Because the various agencies actually think that the "Child Support" agency and or the "family" courts actually are helping these children, in actuality they can't stand these kids, and they will say that they do, but they do not. Once a child gets to the age of 18 these family court systems and the "Child Support" agency don't care if they, the "Family" courts or the "Child Support" agency contributed heavily to their poor adulthood. They only care about the money that is generated off of these children when they are under 18. Once they touch 18 years old, that is the absolute end of the road. See ya and wouldn't want to be ya. These judges and magistrates know exactly what they are doing and they DO NOT CARE, these family lawyers CARE VERY LITTLE they know above all else what is about to happen. The "Child Support" agency definitely does not care about you as a parent, or your ex or these children, but they will lie directly to you about it though. Your best bet is to never become a parent in the first place. It is a lifetime of hardship, and it is very hard no matter what.

Just talking about how these judges do not care about much of anything at all. Let alone your case. Even if your case is ruled incorrectly by them and gets turned over on appeal, the parent and their child feels that because the parent has to pay money to the attorney for everything. I remember the last attorney that I had took $4500.00 from me and the very next day their "legal assistant" contacted me and asked me for money also. The spelled my last name incorrectly too as she proceeded to ask me for money. I was pissed off at her. She said that I had agreed to it in my contract. I looked at the contract that I signed and sure enough she slid a fast one in on me, this is how lawyers are. So I just paid that lady after the lawyer threatened to file a motion to remove herself from the case. That would really have sucked because with lawyers, money is a 1 way thing, if she would have done that there would be no refund at all happening. The mother's attorney did that also, I was all happy because my "Child Support" was getting lowered from 798.22 per month to $300.00 per month I would have signed anything. I signed a contract that changed the spelling of my son's last name AND first name. I would have never agreed to that. But I signed it and it was notarized by my attorney so it happened, that was a lesson. Lawyers want to part you with your money no matter what.

Just talking about the very horrible things that happen to parents in family court.
There are two events that life and society in America that are big mistakes, DO NOT MAKE THEM like I did, big life mistake number 1 to not ever do is get married. Have lifetime spouses have girlfriends or boyfriends forever DO NOT GET A "MARRIAGE LICENSE" in America it is most likely going to fail and depending on a lot of things you are going to end up paying a lot of money if you are lucky just once but if you have to pay alimony, it can be a forever thing just do not ever get married in America. The other Big life mistake is DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN IN AMERICA. I have a son and I live in America, and he lives in the Foreign country of Greece and because I live in America, I still am ordered to pay "Child Support" Each month, or they will suspend my DL and arrest me. They knew before allowing my child to move to Greece, they know about all of this, and they do not care at all. If you have children in America, these judges and child support will use them against you.

Just talking about how horrible the child support agency is and the family court system too! They know that they are horrible, and they do not care at all. Even when fathers find out late in the child's life that they are not really that child's father, the mother that has been collecting child support for that child's entire life gets in no trouble at all but can be sued in court though. That would just be more time and money for a mistake that was made by you when you were young and stupid. Your best bet would be to move on and just never make that mistake again. A male can be a father until he dies, so keep that in mind. If anyone in America engages in marriage, that is also a bad thing to do. These are things that I have learned in my life to be very bad. There are a lot of folx that will do these things anyway. Having children or getting married in America is just a horrible thing to do all the way around. I can't think of anything good that can come out of having an American marriage license or a child on U.S. soil.

Because they can't do anything electronically except they transfer the mother's drug money to her electronically each month and they expect their money from the Federal Government each month, and they get their pay checks once each month electronically too. Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency is in reality a business, and they force American parents into a business relationship with them. There is nothing voluntary about the Child Support Agency. The only voluntary choice an American male has in the choice to father a child is if he incriminates a female, teach all your male children about this, it is extremely important. Once that happens in America, it is completely up to the female from that point on. The male has no lawful standing from then on. It is completely up to the female whether she wants to have the child or not have the child or take care of child support the correct way between the parents or through the government, the male has absolutely no control over any of that. Then when you get in front of a judge or a magistrate, they are going to have their way with you as an American parent. They do not care for the rest of the time that the child is under 18 you are going to be a slave to the "Child Support" agency and these judges know exactly what they are doing, and they DO NOT CARE.
Judge and me, 2017 that petition was answered by me and it was on time too. The judge knew exactly what he was doing, and he did not care.

Just talking about getting your petition to modify child support down as soon as possible because the Court System in America moves very slow. If you start a petition right now then maybe by next year at this time a court will actually take a look at it. Meanwhile, if you are pay an American based Child Support order you will be forced to pay the unmodified amount until any action takes place to change the current support order so keep all receipts until that happens and make sure language is added into any request to the court requesting changes get made retroactively to the date that this petition was started. I started my petition to modify my current order down from $798.22 per month down to its current cost of $300.00 in 2015 and in the same month
in 2016 I went to mediation and requested that all changes get made until the date that this petition was first started, which was in 2015 and that created a credit for me fom Child Support Enforcement,

Just talking about how the "child support" agency hold parents resposible for the USPS not getting the mail to them on time. For example: In January the "Mystery payment that was due to "Child Support" on January 1 2024 was sent via USPS mail by me on the 20th of December 2023. Now when I was a child this postage cost .25 cents and took two days. Now it is .68 cents and takes 5 days. So I paid my .68 cents and sent it to the FL distro Unit on December 20th 2023 and there is a 31st in December so that is a total of 6 days to get to the distro unit. It didn't show up at the distro unit that is in the same state as me until January 9th 2024, The "child support" agency was going to suspend my license and arrest me over a problem created obviously by USPS. I have a record and it shows the date and time of day that it was sent. The 'child support" agency holds the parents accountable anyway. This also happened on Easter 2024.

Just talking about how the Child Support Agency doesn't care about any of the parents problems. They will suspend my license without any hesitation, They do not care at all about my problems, they will arrest me, the same as anyone else they do not care.
I have a video that I am going to try uploading tomorrow and maybe that will help me in some way. I do not want to wait for anything but that is what I am forced to do.
Just yesterday when I went to the mailbox on top of the problems that my car already has, it is now blowing the code for the hybrid battery going bad. I thought that I had until next year but I guess not.
I read somewhere that sleeping on a subject does help sometimes. So I will try that it would be great to wake up tomorrow to an online sale of something, anything.

Knowing what I know now. I would definitely NOT have a child now. I am telling you they are an absolute horrible agency! I love kids, and their parents are cool too.
But these family courts are corrupt and the "Child Support" agency is also and they both get paid by the Federal government if they do good or evil and they know it too.

Just talking about how "Child Support" shut down my petition to modify my "Child Support" order because the say my request was returned to send. They have my phone number and they sent that document to me with no problem at all. I went to alter my address and their system wouldn't allow me to adjust it because it had already been "modified" that day. Again there is no arguing at all with those people because they think they are helping these children and the law is currently on their side.
So they are wrong a lot and they DO NOT CARE because if you are a parent in America then you are a criminal and "Child Support" is always right.

Just talking about how I have no income right now and the "Child Support" agency does not care about my problems at all. It does not matter that my child lives in a foreign country. It does not matter that he never called his father. It doesn't matter that the mother does not care at all about her portion of the judgment. I will give an example of both here. 1 of the good things I think anyway is the laws around Marijuana have changed a lot. For example, there used to be stupid laws around Marijuana and there was a zero-tolerance policy around it. Now, the laws have been changed around Marijuana drastically. Now Marijuana in America anyway is either medical or recreational or in some states, it is still illegal. When I was under 30, if your weed person had good weed then so did you. If your weed person had bad weed then so did you. I do not drink alcohol anymore anyway, or smoke cigarettes either. I just smoke dope that's all. it is cool though. Now, you go into a store and there are these things that I like a lot called vaporizers. They are about the size of a cigarette maybe shorter, by an inch or 2 anyway, when I was under 30 (in the 1990s) I heard of vaporizers and I saw one once and it looked a lot like a water bong. It was a large contraption. Now a bad example: When I pay my child support, each month I send it to them in the mail. A postage stamp used to cost .25 cents and it would take 2 days to send. Now in 2024 it costs .68 cents and takes 5 days to send. That changed a lot. Like bills that used to take 2 days to pay from your bank, now take 5, you are way better off just going directly to their website. This is just a small part of your ability to see that the entire global economy is based on inflation. Hyperinflation is a killer though, it has touched everything except salaries which are the same. Salaries should go up with inflation. The best thing a child can do right now I mean this moment, is locate a postage stamp or a page of stamps or whatever and keep it until they turn about 65. That stamp costs .68 cents now, when they are 65 it will be worth many thousands of dollars. Just the cost of a postage stamp alone will cost probably double or triple the cost that they do now.

Just talking about how the Child Support agency can do whatever they want whenever they feel like it, they are above the law. Everyone is either in business with them or they are afraid of them. The "Child Support" agency is wrong I think, but it does not matter the law is on their side. If I don't pay my "Child Support" because gas prices are out of control or because of hyperinflation the "Child Support" agency DOES NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSION at all. They think that by them being mean to paying parents, that is somehow helping children. When a child witnesses a parent getting arrested, the scars a child for life! Everyone loves it when that happens because everyone gets paid well, except for that parent, but who cares about the "obligor" anyway?

Just talking about how the current "child support" law is in the United States. I do not agree with it at all, but so what? I still live in America and I can still get my driver's license suspended and I can still go to jail so I pay because I have no choice. The way the law is right now in America says that "Child Support" payments have to be made to the distribution unit. So I stay in compliance. It doesn't matter how broke I am, the law applies to every American citizen.

Just talking about how things are way different now than how they were when I was young. There are a lot of things that are different but there are also a lot of things that are still the same. A huge difference is that when I was young there was a zero-tolerance policy toward Marijuana, and now there are Marijuana Doctors (in Florida fully recreational states are awesome but Florida is not one of them), and Marijuana dispensaries everywhere pretty much, it took a very long time, but finally we now understand that the marijuana plant has many qualities that are very helpful to humans! Also, when I was young "Child Support" was a part of a judge that could be ignored, now they throw people in jail over not paying their "Child Support" It was never advised to me about that change in "Child Support" I had to figure that out on my own. I didn't have anyone to tell me how and why to avoid the "Child Support" system. The "Family" Court system is also very corrupt and very bad also, These two things in America are very bad and the American government knows it, and yet the "Family" Court system has not changed ever.

and create a dedicated email address or folder on that drive, take pictures of anything related to their child or children, and store them in that drive. You probably won't use about 90 % of the stuff in that folder, but the 10% that is used is a HUGE help. I do everything in the courtroom myself, but if a lawyer is used they will love and use a lot of this information because it is so powerful!

Just the father talking about how hard it is to be a parent as it is. You have to tell your child that they are wrong and when they do not believe their parent for whatever reason, the the parent has to watch their child get hurt or go to jail or whatever usually because they are being hard-headed. I was like that too and my father told me and warned me but I just did what kids do. Also, like during covid? A parent has to go to work to earn money to feed their kids, and at the same time they need to be home with their kids it is VERY hard already to be a parent. Then you throw the abuse of the family courts and the "Child Support" agency in the mix and it makes the job of being a parent almost impossible.

Just talking about how these "family" courts scre parents over all the time
and do not look back. They completely know what is about to happen and it is never good. In America, if you get a marriage licence there is a 50 percent chance that the marriage is going to end up in divorce. If those parents have children or a child, these attorneys are going to use those kids against the parents. They are going to accuse 1 parent of molesting or otherwise abusing the child, even knowing it is baseless and never happened that does NOT matter at all. in the end the lawyers, judges and courts make a lot of money and the parents end up with very little except maybe a fat bill and future "child support" payments. These judges and lawyers do it all the time. It is big business in America.. The best thing to do is never get married or have children in America.

Just talking about the payment that I mailed in on 12/24/2023 that has not been credited to my account yet. I took a picture of the Stamped envelope and the money order that I mailed on Christmas Eve, when I log into the CSE online system, it only shows the November payment as the last payment that was received. Just talking about that Family Courts in America currently. Getting an American Marriage license or having children in America is a HUGE deterrent. The only way to not be involved in any Family Court matter is to not get married and not have children and if you do get married then to sign a prenuptial agreement. It is absolutely necessary it is NOT a plan to get divorced in anyway. It is the only way that I know of in America to save money on court costs and lawyer fees which are exorbitant.

The repercussions of this perceived bullying were profound, reaching into the core of my life and, most significantly, impacting the well-being of my son. The judge's decisions, driven by what appeared to be a lack of empathy or understanding, have left a lasting mark on both of our lives. The trauma of feeling coerced and powerless in the face of such authority has cast a shadow over the sense of justice and fairness that should be inherent in family court proceedings.
As a result of the judge's actions, my son's life has been significantly altered, and the ripple effects have extended to my own. After this hearing 6 years ago, I have never see my son alive since. In this episode, I talk a little about what happens in an actual "Child Support" hearing.
The main thing is that you need to get everything taken care of IN THAT HEARING because if there is anything on the judgment that comes from that hearing that needs to be changed after that hearing, it is VERY hard to get anything changed and it is also VERY EXPENSIVE for example, it my initial hearing where I didn't know about American "Child Support" I was given a judgment with over 10K in back "Child Support" and $798.22 per month for a single child and at the time, I was earning 40K a year. To get that changed to something more affordable to me was EXTREMELY hard. That back child support was already paid by me, so I didn't fight for that. I just wanted to $798.22 per month to be lowered. I only got that done I think because the mother still used the same attorney at the time and he was in the other room during PRIVATE mediation (always do any mediation with a private mediator, public mediation does not do anything but cost money) a NEW judgment was signed by a sitting judge that reduced
my monthly obligation down to $300.00 per month. When I sat down to meditate at private mediation, I stated that we were not going to mediate anything here unless we agreed that any and all changes made today are retroactive to the date that I first filed this petition, which was 1 year before (I got that from some YouTube video I watched)
this is the difference between public and private mediation my mediator's name was Amber Bowls and she was AWESOME! She got up right then with her paper that had my request written on it, she went to the other room where the other side was and she sold that to them! They agreed to that which prevented me from leaving right then. So we spoke about things and Amber went over and sold it to them, she would come back and say they will only agree to that if you agree to this. I would say yes or no. That went on for like an hour and a new judgment came from that and I was elated, to say the least. Then a few years later the mother could not afford to pay that attorney any longer (I think) so I had to deal with her new lawyer, she wanted to move with my son to the foreign country of Greece and keep me paying "Child Support"

Just talking about common myths about "Child Support" and here is another 1. If you give up the parental rights of your child, then "Child Support" will leave you alone. There is very little that can be done in any state in America to make "Child Support" leave you alone. If you give up the rights to your child you will still be on the "hook" for "Child Support" but you will have no parental rights to see that child.

Just talking about how the entire process of "Child Support" is a complete formality and is very bad for everyone involved. The person that invited "Child Support" into the family life is usually but not always the mother. They also usually end up with custody of the child and the person with custody is the person who loves "Child Support" because they always get paid each month until the child turns 18 in America. I was lucky the mother's attorney didn't wrap me up with "Child Support" until he graduated from college, knowing what I know now, I would object to that crap in its entirety. Anyway, the thing is that parents do not know much about "child support" until it is way too late. Having children is very hard, it does horrible things to the mother's body and it is already very hard for the father because he is automatically in charge of earning and disciplining the child or children. Now when a child is brought into this world, you have to also contend with the court system and child support and it all falls on these children. If one of the parents is ignorant enough to invite the "Child Support" system into the life of the family it is almost impossible to get them out of the family life and it is VERY bad for the child or children involved. This is just one way it is very bad. Let's say that you and your child are driving in your car one day. You get pulled over for a traffic violation, you as a parent did not know it, but your Driver's License is suspended because someone at the "Child Support" office made a mistake and suspended your DL by accident. The cop arrest you for Driving on a suspended and failure to pay "Child Support" which is a felony charge. That child has to watch as their parent gets arrested and goes to jail because of a mistake that was made by the "Child Support" office. Now how is that no traumatic for a child? Also, the parent has to go through the tragedy and publicity of getting arrested and going to jail. The police agency gets paid HANDSOMELY by the state "Child Support" agency for that, the federal office of child support" that is so not needed pays the state and the parent gets to pay a lawyer and go through all sorts of procedural events all because of a mistake made by the "Child Support" agency. Eventually, that parent clears their name after going through hell to do so. The Federal "Child Support" enforcement office, the state Child Support" enforcement office and the Police agency never turn their payments around. This happens all the time in America too. "Child Support" is for the kids. Yeah right, sure it is.

Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency accepts no fault until accurate documentation is provided. Like in the example of when the "Child Support" agency illegally swept my tax return in 2016 they denied any wrongdoing until I showed them
the letter I received from the I.R.S. that they had done so. I then showed them that in fact the "Child Support" agency owes me yes the "obligor" the "noncustodial" parent the pesky old father is actually owed money from the "Child Support" agency. They took several months to finally repay me. If it was me owing them money they wouldn't hesitate to suspend my DL and arrest me before the end of 1 month. But when they owe a parent money they take their sweet time. Because they work for "Child Support" they can do as they wish.

Just talking about how I build my own case, below is a link to the scanner I have and use all the time. I originally got it long ago for "Child Support" documents, but now I use it for everything. I use it for scanning in pictures of all sizes even small photos like wallet photos which I can do because it also has a flatbed. I use the document feeder for documents with multiple pages, if the document is something that I need to keep, I upload it to the cloud and throw away the original, except for things like car titles, which I scan in and send up to the cloud, but I store the original someplace safe. If you have now or plan to have a child in the future, you definitely need a scanner.

Just the father talking about how the "child support" agency tried to get law enforcement to get me out of the building when they could not answer my question. I was being completely peaceful and was not disturbing anyone. But if the "Child Support" agency wants law enforcement to arrest you, then that is exactly what law enforcement will do, the only problem was, that I was not doing anything wrong. If "Child Support" wanted me to leave, I would go not a problem at all, I didn't want to be there anyway, I was there to get an answer to a question that they could not answer.

Just the father talking about this recent U.S. Government shutdown that almost occurred, the U.S. Government kicked the can down the road again. (They are experts at that) So now they kept the U.S. Government open until November 18th, 2023. If the U.S. Government were to shut down again, the "Child Support" agency would love that. Because all the affected families' "Child Support" chex don't roll in like they usually do and they say "We still want our money" When the U.S. Government turns back on everyone gets paid their back salaries in one lump sum and these state "Child Support" agencies get paid huge amounts from the Federal Office of "Child Support" Enforcement so the Federal Office of "Child Support" Enforcement gets the money from the U.S. treasury who borrows it from China.

Just talking about what occurs in America during a government shutdown. During a government shutdown in America, there are a lot of families that are already going without things. The Federal Child Support agency does not care that there is no pay coming to these families and that is the way that the law reads right now. The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement says what is going to be accepted or not. THey rule everything and do whatever they want. They do not care about these children at all, they do not have to. They can literally do whatever they want whenever they want to do it. The constitution is discarded because it is over ridden by a law that says the best interest of the child is all that matters. The people that determine the best interest of the child are these judges and they never ever see or hear from the child.

Just the father talking about exactly what happened to him. This is a severely truncated version of what happened to me. This could happen to anyone in America. Just imagine what it would be like if this happened to you. Now there is not a single person that lives in the county of Hillsborough, but since they retained jurisdiction, if I want anything to happen with that "case" I have to drive to that county whenever the have an opening. So I just decided to struggle through until they are finished with me. I remember, one I was talking to this guy, and he said to me "at least your payments are going to end someday. He was paying $1200.00 per month in alimony and at that time, he was going to have to pay that amount each and every month until 1 of them died. Since that time Florida Governor Ron Desantis has worked with the Florida legislators to end permanent alimony, I do not know if that law works retroactively for cases that have already been decided or not, but at least going forward there will be no more permanent alimony. That was one of the reasons why I will never be married again.

about what a parent thinks. For example: If one or both parents understand the child's need for support, the "child support" agency does not care about that at all. If one parent is ordered to pay the other parent and does so for a couple years without a problem, and then misses a payment when they get a new job the "child support" gets paid for that and think that that parent is a deadbeat, it does not matter to them what the reasoning is. it is usually some sort of clerical problem, the :Child Support" agency is mandated by Federal law to start the enforcement process. I think that parent should be notified first. Usually once a parent is contacted they get it taken care of within 24 hours. The way the system is currently, the enforcement process starts and the state gets paid from the federal government handsomely too. If you look at these "child Support" agencies they have lots of employees which is very expensive and their offices are usually in some fancy government building, all of which is paid for by American tax payers. The entire "child support" system is very bad and definitely needs to be changed.

Just the father talking again about how I was railroaded in court several times. You would think that a parent in court has equal power to a lawyer. There is no comparison. I have been run over in the courtroom many times because I have no legal experience other than getting beaten down in court by lawyers and judges. It is an easy win for a lawyer, a pro se litigant? A parent? There is no match, a lawyer will always beat a prose litigant, and judges hate them, which makes it even easier for a lawyer to win. I keep going to court though and getting whooped, if you ask me, which no one usually does, A child-related case DOES NOT BELONG IN OR AROUND A COURT ROOM AT ALL. I do think and understand that children should be supported financially and in every manner possible, but there should be no lawyers or judges, or court hearings at all. There should be a complete and separate system for instances surrounding children. I also think the "Child Support" Enforcement Agency should absolutely change its name because it cannot even stand the system itself. They also cannot stand these children, but they can stand the money that comes from enforcing "Child Support" Their name should be altered to something like family maintenance the name Child Support is something that is between the parents. Because the system is NOT working right now for anyone except the "Child Support" agency. And the current system is extremely lucrative for the "Child Support" agency. Today, I switched the intro and outro of the podcast episodes because they are different. The intro is now a recording of the Florida State "Child Support" agency (public employees of the Florida Department Of Revenue) and the outro is now a (St. Petersburg police officer also a public employee in my car during an Uber trip that they requested which is public transportation.) They are both really good. The intro was recorded by me and is only 30 seconds of an over 2-hour session that I recorded of them while they are in their public capacities. It is unimaginable that these are the people that are in charge of the "Child Support" office. This is a supervisor that you hear talking and she has a signed judgment in front of her, and she is logged into my forced "account" and has the ability to see things that I cannot. Also, these people either did not know or stated to me that they did not know of their employment by Florida state.
There have been multiple times that I was owed money by the "child support" agency
and just because parents are forced to make immediate payments to "Child Support" they swept my Income Tax Return once and they were like "Oops, I am sorry" and they were going to keep it! I finally spoke with this lady and she got me my money back less like $110.00 because she said there were "court costs" there were no court costs, I didn't argue though, because most of my $1700.00 return was coming back to me.
If I waited to pay them as long as they wait to pay me, I would be in prison not jail, prison because they take multiple months.

Just talking about the actual court hearing that every parent that is about to have to
pay the "child support" agency must go to. A lot of people go into that hearing unprepared. It is not anything like Criminal or Civil court. The paying parent wants to advise their lawyer to get the payment as low as possible, depart from the guidelines, and do whatever needs to be done to get that payment as low as possible. With what I know now this is what I would say to my lawyer. "With my income, in your experience how much do you THINK (BALLPARK) I am going to have to pay monthly? They will probably say something like a thousand dollars. I would say hell no! $500.00 a month max and then you will go back and forth when you come up with a monthly number that
will work for you, then go to court. If not, get a continuance until the lawyer and the client are on the same page. You need to have this conversation with them though. because for whatever reason if you as a parent can not come up with that amount because you lost your job, or someone robbed you or your bank filed bankruptcy, no matter what you will need to pay or your American Driver's License will be suspended and then you will be arrested for a felony. The laws are written for the benefit of the child support agency. Not for the parents.

I just am talking on this episode about my love for Mike Rowe and I have a meme on my phone that says the following which is very true ("We're churning out a generation of poorly educated people with no skill, no ambition, no guidance and no realistic expectations of what it means to go to work.") That is so true! These children turn into adults and have no skills at all. If my Son stayed in America I would have broken my back to make certain that he had the skills he needed to survive as an adult out here. It is VERY hard and my Son would need to see that first hand. After he left in 2017, I spent about the next year wondering, why me? Why did this happen to me? Then I thought about it for a second, YES that judge made the wrong call there, and yes his mother is a dope head. Now though, that I got everything and every one possible out of my life, I can rebuild it. So that is exactly what I did. I changed my phone number and when anyone asked me for my phone number, I told them they could email me because I was not giving my phone number to anyone. I change it now, like each year. I rarely answer my phone now. If somebody gets my phone number let's say, they call it. I will not answer it now lol. If a detailed message is left, I may call them back. Hopefully, though they will leave an email address and we can communicate that way. If I call them back that is probably the first question I will ask them, then we can just email going forward. If they say something to me like "I don't have an email address" I will just create one for them.

Just the father talking about how it does not matter to anyone that the child was not planned, or that the father was sleeping around, or that the mother was unfaithful. A DNA test should always take place immediately, that test removes all doubt. After the DNA test is completed, there is a mother and a father and support should be established between them and only them. Going forward there is obviously going to be other adults in that child's life. That needs to be understood by both parents. This is usually where the breakdown occurs. This point is why there is a "Child Support" Agency. Both parents need to be on the same page about their child or children and THEIR needs. Nothing else matters. It is not easy at all, but it is very simple. This all goes back to the teaching of children. The "Child Support" agency does not help matters at all. They create further stress on both parents because of the financial element. It is that stress that families can definitely do without. There is plenty of stress on that family already. There is no mechanism in place that even attempts to help families through that.

Just talking about how a parent can be put on "Child Support" and can be pulled over and arrested without any knowledge of their license being suspended, and can go to jail and they have never done anything wrong. This happens all the time to parents, it doesn't really matter if you knew or not. It is up to that officer whether or not you go to jail. so let's say you look like someone that officer doesn't like. The folx at the "Child Support" agency do not care, these judges or magistrates don't care either they are just doing what their told.

Just talking about how there is a need for a scanner for any parent that has a child or children. It is so important to have some type of document management. I suppose a parent could make a cell phone work. The cameras on cell phones especially now is/are very good. A parent could probably get away with using a cell phone and I would use the sun as light. Sunshine is the best form of light period. Perhaps a table next to a window with direct sunlight and the google drive app on your phone. I do not know about getting rid of the originals though. That's what I really like about having a scanner but I guess a parent could get away with using a cell phone. There are times when I use my iPhone 7 Plus to snap a document or a sign with a phone number on it or whatever. I always look at the picture I just took to make certain that I can read whatever it is that I just took a photo of, often I can't read it and I delete that photo and take a new one. I keep doing that for as long as it takes.

Just the dad talking about the importance of having a scanner if you decide to have a child. A scanner is an absolute necessity when having a child for all kinds of reasons. A good scanner can be used to scan in pictures and important documents basically it can be used to scan in anything. It is definitely a big help in keeping a home much cleaner. If you create a process around uploading all important documents to the internet and then throwing away the originals that alone goes a long way toward being organized. Between that and the ability to look at account history and payment history online, that is a big step in paper reduction.

Just talking about how the "Child Support" agency does not care at all about the problems that they are creating. If a parent that pays the "Child Support" agency is ever owed any type of money from the "Child Support" agency. They do not care about any money that is owed to a paying parent. A parent that pays if it is the mother or father of a child in Amerika is basically a criminal in the eyes of the "Child Support" agency. When the the "Child Support" agency is determined to pay a parent money that was wrongfully paid to them, they do not want to give it back. But if a parent that is ordered to pay doesn't have the money to pay the distribution unit, the "Child Support" agency generates a lot of revenue from parents that just can not afford to pay the "Child Support" agency for whatever reason. the "Child Support" agency does NOT repay like they demand payment. They will never say that, but it is the absolute truth! When I was a child if there was a money shortage everyone in the home knew about it right away, and we understood what that meant. Today a parent cannot lose their job because no matter what the "Child Support" agency needs to see that a payment was made so they can know if that parent should be added to a report requesting payment from the federal government or not. That is really all they care about. Once a parent accepts paternity of a child they have only 3 months to deny paternity it does not matter if the child is biologically connected to a parent or not. There have been many cases of parents finding out that the child they have been paying for all along is not their child. It doesn't matter. A parent only has 3 months to say that child is not theirs! After 3 months goes by, if that child is not yours, too bad, you are paying and dealing with the "Child Support" agency for the next 18 years. So always, always have a DNA test done as soon as possible. Even if that child looks just like you do it anyway. its affordable especially knowing what a parent will have to deal with in the future. I had a DNA test done on my son when he was 8 years old. He is in fact my child, but if he was not, that would be too bad for me. I would have to pay no matter what for 18 years. At least I know that the money that I am ordered to pay is for a child that is biologically connected to me. Even if the money that I pay goes right into the drug trade lol. The "Child Support" agency doesn't care at all about where the money goes, they actually think that they are helping kids.

I got to thinking. I have a lot of pictures of the mother doing drugs and just being herself. A person would think this is plenty to get the "child support" agency off my back, but it is not, they do not care, and the courts do not care either, so what if I struggle? It is just 1 person. I think about the time when she was pregnant and I caught her doing drugs, She was 6 months pregnant when I caught her. That means that she had been doing drugs the entire time so far. That is very bad. I am a male and I know how important those 9 months are. Usually, mothers know too. When a person is addicted to drugs, especially opiates, they do not care about anything except getting high. So when my son came out with two arms and two legs and was crying. I was elated. So if I have to deal with the child support agency until he turns 18. It sux really bad, but I can handle it. I suppose.

Do you think for a single moment that the child support agency would care at all about that? They would not. It doesn't matter that a parent can not work, they do not care. that the "Child Support" agency put on there when I was owed almost $3000.00
from them. Because they are the "Child Support" agency they can put whatever they want on anyone's credit report, and I usually am pretty successful getting fictitious derogatory negative items removed within a month from my credit report, I was able to get the amount owed to the "Child Support" agency corrected down to zero but I was not able to get the words "Child Support" completely removed from my credit report. The "Child Support" agency in Amerika can and do whatever they want. The people actually believe that they are doing a good thing for these kids.

I speak in this episode about how the Child Support law in Amerika says that both parents are responsible for the support of their children. I have seen probably close to 100 instances of Child Support through the government and I have only seen a single case where the mother is responsible for payments to the father. Just talking about these "Family Court" judges. How they DO NOT CARE about making a bad Judgement if they ruin a child's, or a parent's life. These family court judges have immunity against wrong judgments. Family Court Judges and Magistrates reside in a world where everyone treats them like they have superpowers. Everyone in that courtroom treats judges like they are Gods. They get huge salaries too. The lawyers are always like "Thank you, Your Honor" even when the judge rules against them.

They have really good health insurance, and they probably retire really well too.
They retire and get an even better salary because of their experience being a lawyer and judge. All they have to do in "Family Court" is make a judgment. It does not matter if it is a bad judgment they are treated well no matter what.

As the father of a child in a foreign country, I talk here about what can and will happen if you are stupid enough to become a parent in this day and age. I say it is way better to travel around the world and focus on your own life. Becoming a parent in today's day and age is a horrible Idea. The fact of the matter is that if you have a child there are going to be very tough times ahead. For example the covid19 pandemic. Companies were laying people off right and left. Then there were the companies that were allowing people to work from home. I don't know about your family but most families take time to adjust to things like everyone being home together. A lot of families can work it out, but there are a lot of families that cannot in the time allotted (which was nothing) Do you think for a single moment that the child support agency cares about the problems of other families? Let me help you. They do not. The child support agency closed its doors to the public during the pandemic but still expected all parents to continue paying them on time. On or about 2009 my very first interaction with child support was horrible. I did not know how treacherous the "child support" agency was. The order I received was for almost $10,000.00 in back "Child Support" and $798.22 USD per month for the single child that I have and at the time I was making like $40,000.00 dollars per year. That pushed me right into foreclosure. Does anyone think that the "Child Support" agency cares that they pushed me into foreclosure, they do NOT.

I was just thinking today, that there are a lot of things I do payment-wise to pay my monthly "Child Support" on time. Paying used to be less of a hassle for me. Since I caused an inefficient issue one time. I sent the funds from an account that did not have the funds in it when the "Child Support" agency went to credit the payment to my account with them. With any other institution, they have an NSF process for that. I pay my bank like 30 bux and then I pay the institution like 30 bux on top of making the original funds available, not with the "Child Support" agency. They do not tell you this but, you are forever banned from making a no-fee payment to them ever again. You now have to pay a nonrefundable 10 percent fee to make payments to them going forward.
The Mainframe IPL absolutely had to occur right at the hour that the time change occurred. The only people that could reboot that thing worked on the day shift. So every year, twice a year 2 people had to come into work at 2AM, they would put in an hour and a half and leave there at 2:30 or 4:30 AM.

The "Child Support" agency thrives off of those two traits. Yes, I am saying, somewhere in that family, either the paying parent or the receiving parent ignorance and low income exist. Think about that. If there is low income then some way should be thought up on how to earn more money. If a child is born the parents have a duty to that child, end of discussion. It is really horrible that a spouse would do that to another spouse, but because there is now a child created by these parents, IT DOES NOT MATTER! The parent that is ordered to pay hates it and the parent that receives "child support" loves it. So when there is a complaint, usually the question of who is that parent is raised. If there is a complaint from the parent that is paying, it is just dismissed as "the paying parents always complain" to me, that shinanigans are what other parents go back and forth about. I AM A PARENT THAT PAYS FOR MY CHILD AND THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT THE "CHILD SUPPORT" AGENCY IS PURE EVIL. True child support is something that should be decided between the parents. A lot of times for whatever reason the parents can't do anything productive, in that case, a mediator of some sort should step in, and they certainly should have authority over BOTH parents. The amount and due dates should be communicated, understood then signed by BOTH parents. When and if that date is missed once, or twice, the paying parent should be moved into LEVEL 2 support which is the system that is used against all parents now. Being moved out of level 2 should be able to be done after a year or 2, like a reward. I know I have always paid for my child, and as long as he is in Merika and I could teach him some stuff, I wouldn't have a problem paying and I would love to not have this system sending me letters and sweeping my tax return on accident all the time. Being a parent DOES NOT mean you are a criminal. It is said that prejudging anyone based on their race is bad and I agree with that, but prejudging people because they are parents is worse I think.

Just talking about when the "Child Support" agency owed me money. They even had original copies from their own clerk's office that they owed me money. Still, they made me jump through a lot of hoops hearings and all to get the money that they knowingly owed me. The "Child Support" agency does not pay obligated parents money owed to them from the "child support" agency. They DO NOT CARE that you pay under duress on time. They do whatever they want because after all "it's for the children" so then they know they can do anything they want whenever they want to and also get paid for doing it.

into business with the "child support" agency. The "child support" agency is made up of humans, and those humans make mistakes ALL THE TIME. Whatever happens as a result of obvious mistakes made by the "child support" agency, the "child support" agency will just say "oops we are sorry". It doesn't matter how much trauma the children, or parents went through because of that obvious mistake, the "child support" agency IS NOT EVER HELD ACCOUNTABLE for those mistakes. The "Child Support" system in Merika today treats each and every parent as a criminal.
Just me the dad talking about how the "child support" agency doesn't care about any problems that you have. Me and my elderly mother and are here in Ellenton, FL in the path of Hurricane Ian and we are NOT leaving our mobile home. We are hunkered down. We have charged everything. I took before pictures of everything and uploaded them to the cloud. I remember in 2004 Hurricane Charlie was supposed to make landfall in Pinellas County as a cat 5 storm and in the last 30 minutes, it turned and hit about 100 miles south of Pinellas County. If Ian does any type of destruction here or NOT we are as ready as we are ever going to be for this storm. I have been here for over 35 years and not a single storm has come close to the destruction the media and the news says.

There is no way to know ahead of time if a parent will be ordered by the court to pay monthly child support . The way it works in Amerika and Canada is like this: all a person has to do in Amerika to be forced to transact with the child support agency is have a child in Amerika, that is all.

The child support agency can and does whatever they want and completely get away with it because the masses think "it's for the kids." It is not for the kids the child support agency will say that they care about the kids but that is a big lie. The Child Support Agency goes against the constitution and they get away with it because they says its for the kids.
Just me talking again about a recent power outage, and the fact that the "Child Support" agency will do what they can to make parents think that they care when in reality, the "Child Support" agency never does. They may say they do, the "Child Support" agency may say that they give X amount of dollars to some children's foundation or charity but they do NOT.

I just went through the tracking information on the package I sent to Greece on July 20th, 2022 to my son's Mother today is 08/17/2022.

Just talking about the process of getting your child support lowered. In America we do not
have universal healthcare and to afford health insurance just for myself, I need to get my "Child Support" lowered, the mother of my child and my child live in Greece and they are completely covered. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get that done.
Also, my payment was sent from St. Petersburg Florida to Tallahassee Florida made it on time
so my son's mother can purchase her drugs for the week anyway.

St. Petersburg Florida on Sunday 06/26/2022 to Tallahassee Florida which is due on 07/01/2022. I don't know if it will make it on time. It is VERY important that the child's mother gets her drug money in Greece on time.

Strictly from a parental standpoint, I am pretty certain that the decision to outlaw
abortions for every circumstance is a huge mistake.

I look over this judgment all the time. This is the order that the judge signed knowing that it was literally tearing a family apart. My child was sent overseas. While I am still ordered to pay child support. It all happened so fast that day in court, that I did even consider child support payments. I have talked to him for a total of about 5 minutes since he left. He knows (like his mother does also) that there is nothing I can do about this. As I look at this transcript from the very short hearing that day. I am pretty sure this is mostly my own fault hindsight is always 20/20. I don't like to tattle on anyone. I knew the mother drove to court on a suspended license, I knew she was a drug addict when I met her, while I was with her, I knew also that she was high during her last court appearance, I really think she is still a drug (heroin) addict. I never said a single word to anyone or in court about that. I realize now (that it is way too late) but I am done protecting her!
