Version en Español En Venezuela, muy cerca de mi ciudad hay un pueblo que se caracteriza por su artesania, entre eso, las hamacas. Yo las adoro!

Hace poco me mude y en mi nueva casa no habia donde ubicar una hamaca o "chinchorro".. Asi que decidi instalar en uno de los cuartos lo que aqui llamamos alcayatas, y son para colgar las hamacas..

Para ello use multiples herramientas, en mi casa desde que tengo uso de razon han existido ya qu mi papa las usa desde la cuna diria yo...

Comentare un poco sobre las herramientas que utilice.

1. Una de las cosas principales que necesitaba para la tarea era un taladro percutor, para poder perforar la pared de bloque ya que con un taladro sencillo no se podria.
2. Escalera: es necesario colocar altos los puntos para colgar la hamaca,
3. "Ramplugs" y tornillos: se utilizan para poder fijar los tornillos a la pared.
4. Taladro no percutor: para ajustar algunos de los tornillos, utilice los que tenia por que tenian diferente cabeza, asi que algunos los tuve qu ajustar manual con destornillador.

El trabajo la verdad me tomo aproximadamente media hora luego de ubicar todo lo que necesitaba, la escalera esta medio mala asi que mi mama me ayudo para que no me fuera a caer jajajaja

La ropa aunque no era la mas adecuada como no era un trabajo muy exigente no me cambie ya que era la que utilizaba durante el dia.

En fin, el trabajo siempre lo valdra ya que, ¡Podre utilizar mi hamaca!

English Version In Venezuela, very close to my city there is a town that is characterized by its handicrafts, among that, the hammocks. I love them!

I recently moved and in my new house there was no place to put a hammock or "chinchorro"... So I decided to install in one of the rooms what we call here "alcayatas", and they are to hang the hammocks...

To do this I used multiple tools, in my house since I can remember they have existed since my dad used them from the cradle I would say ....

I will comment a little about the tools I used.

1. One of the main things I needed for the task was a hammer drill, to be able to drill the block wall since with a simple drill it would not be possible.
2. Ladder: it is necessary to place high the points to hang the hammock,
3. "Ramplugs" and screws: they are used to fix the screws to the wall.
4. Non hammer drill: to adjust some of the screws, I used the ones I had because they had different heads, so I had to adjust some of them manually with a screwdriver.

The work really took me about half an hour after locating everything I needed, the ladder is kind of bad so my mom helped me so I would not fall hahahaha.

Although the clothes were not the most appropriate as it was not a very demanding job I did not change since it was the one I used during the day.

Anyway, the job will always be worth it because I will be able to use my hammock!

What is it like to live on a farm raising goats? Are Goats Crazy?

Te has preguntado alguna vez: ¿Como es vivir en una Granja criando Cabras?, sospecho que no lo has hecho, pero es mas probable que se hayan preguntado si las cabras realmente son locas; y si, lo son.

Have you ever wondered what it's like to live on a farm raising goats, I suspect you haven't, but more likely you've wondered if goats really are crazy; and yes, they are.

Junto con mi familia criamos cabras, algunos no las verían como mascotas pero tu comportamiento es tal cual una mascota y no un animal de cría. Cada una tiene un carácter y comportamiento distinto, te reconocen, unas te adoran y otras te odian.

Together with my family we raise goats, some would not see them as pets but your behavior is just like a pet and not a breeding animal. Each one has a different character and behavior, they recognize you, some love you and others hate you.

Foto de mi propiedad / La pequeña de la primera foto y yo Cuando iniciamos en la labor, existían muchas cosas que no conocíamos, cometimos muchos errores. Empiezas a conocer como debes resguardarlas, ya que si son de diferente rebaño, se pelean entre si. Resulta que hacíamos corrales distintos para cada una, continuos y ellas saltaban de uno a otro como les daba la gana, los esfuerzos no se veían resultados.

When we started working, there were many things we did not know, we made many mistakes. You start to know how to protect them, because if they are from different herds, they fight each other. It turns out that we made different pens for each one, continuous and they jumped from one to another as they pleased, the efforts did not show results.

Foto de mi propiedad / "La enfermera" alimentando sus morochas Cada mañana se ordeñan, cada una con un protocolo distinto para tal ordeño, como existían algunas que se dejan ordeñar fácilmente (ordeño manual), otras parecía que entraban a una cámara de tortura, pateaban, cachaban, buscando desesperadamente alejarse del contacto humano.

Every morning they are milked, each one with a different protocol for such milking, as there were some that let themselves be milked easily (manual milking), others seemed to enter a torture chamber, kicking and sniffing, desperately seeking to get away from human contact.

Foto de mi propiedad / Ordeñadero Artesanal Rustico Poco a poco pudimos hacerle un ordeñadero con materiales de desecho de la granja, que ayudaba a controlar un poco. Luego las cabras salían a caminar por toda granja, a buscar alimento (Semi estabuladas). Lo que les permitía hacer y deshacer ya que tenían acceso hasta a áreas sociales de la vivienda, tanto como si nos descuidamos las encontramos dentro de la casa en el comedor, acabando con el mercado recién llegado de verduras, como otras travesuras.

Little by little we were able to make a milking parlor with waste materials from the farm, which helped to control a little. Then the goats went out to walk around the farm to look for food (semi-stabled). This allowed them to do and undo as they had access even to social areas of the house, so much so that if we were careless we found them inside the house in the dining room, finishing with the recently arrived vegetable market, as well as other mischief.

Foto de mi propiedad / "Tiramisú" en una de sus tantas travesuras A pesar de todos estos cuentos, llegan a ser parte de la familia, cada parto, cada cría, cada enfermedad, llevaba la dedicación y amor como para cualquier miembro de la familia, lo que construyo momento especiales y adorables con estos animalitos del monte.

In spite of all these stories, they become part of the family, each birth, each offspring, each illness, carried the dedication and love as for any member of the family, which built special and adorable moments with these little animals of the bush.
