In this episode we visit a familiar passage of scripture in the first chapter of Colossians and I share commentary. I also talk about keeping our eyes on Jesus when things are difficult around us. He is the one constant.

Today, I'm sharing how I use journaling during my quiet time and a small section of my journaling from this morning.
In this episode, I talk about a passage of scripture in Nahum that my pastor recently shared with us. In the passage, Nahum declares that God is good, even though the circumstances around him were not favorable. How was it possible for him to do that?
When I asked the Lord what our role was in these days, He said, "Love fiercely and without restraint, and to go all in." I believe this is both reflective of our outwardly ministry to those around us, and I also believe it is a call for us to target that love and all in mentality upwardly. I share my thoughts here.
