Lesotho born Tśimoloho Pearl Lekaota, affectionately known as Tśimo, was raised in the Free State province, (South Africa) where she began her career as a songwriter for local upcoming acts as a teen. She later on developed a love for the stage after joining various choirs, as well as church's worship teams. Through this she learnt to connect with the music and engage with an audience in a unique way, and this led to her decision to pursue music. Today, Tśimo is an active songwriter, vocalist, theatre practitioner, and music composer and arranger for musical theatre productions. Through out the years what remained constant was her love not only for the stage, but for the audience and the immediate connections formed through art, especially music.
