Is Video the key to success in marketing?

Most people intuitively understand that videos are a more engaging and immersive medium than text, which means that they're more likely to capture the attention of prospective students.

Studies have shown that videos can increase engagement by up to 300%, increase ROI on marketing campaigns 3-4x, and increase conversion rates on landing pages by 80%.

However, not many institutions are taking advantage of video. So there is a huge opportunity for those who take action on video marketing.

In today's digital age, prospective students are bombarded with information about colleges and universities. They can easily find out about a school's academic offerings, campus life, and cost of attendance. However, it can be difficult for students to sift through all of this information and find the information that is most relevant to them.

This is why creating student experiences that are catered is so valuable. Because the institutions that can connect with students on that level, will survive the enrollment cliff.

We discuss this and other tools for success in Higher Ed with Dustin Ramsdell.
