A chatty episode about unplugging, pursuing a simpler lifestyle, and tips about how you can do the same and create a life centered around the things that matter to you. (p.s. Most of my episodes will now be around 20 minutes long; todays is very chatty but my intention is to make them much shorter - but this is a good one for sure, so you’ll definitely want to tune in!) Today we're talking about diet culture, the impact of it, and how to counteract it by creating a positive relationship with food + your body. Full disclosure: This is a long episode. I actually say in the episode that I plan for it to be thirty minutes, but it ended up being way longer. I recorded part of this episode before a meeting and part of it after, and just felt like there was so much I had to say on the topic so it ended up being much longer than I originally thought. So you'll hear me say that it's probably only going to be thirty minutes - and then at the thirty-minute mark promptly realize that's probably not going to be the case, lol. :) Hope you enjoy!
