Unmute Yourself with Ismail Sisters

UnSilencing Women

3 Episodes

Saba Ismail and Gulalai Ismail are two sisters who had worked for over years on women empowerment, peace and human rights in the North-Western Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan. Through their organization Aware Girls, they had mentored Malala and thousands of girls like Malala who understand that if they don't speak out for their rights, their world won't change. Through the podcast, the Ismail sisters aim to amplify the voices and issues of women central to the conflict and post-conflict communities.
