Daisy is the most incredible 15-year-old girl you could ever meet. she is taking on her plight with cancer with such courage and strength.
this is a real story from a real experience that is currently going on please take heed especially parents who unfortunately are in a position with children with cancer.

what would you do if your 15 year old child was diagnosed with cancer only to be told that the diagnosis was wrong and it was a different form of cancer, to then be bullied into a treatment which had been disclosed to you could potentially kill your child or make her infertile or cause a heart and this list goes on and on.

We discuss the power of our breath and share a number of benefits and experiences incorporating breathwork into our lives
we change ourselves all the time often to please other people. when we make changes from our soul to please ourselves it makes us happy.
Last night we had a very powerful conversation on Lads Talk Health which leads on to all the work we do with our clients on #cancer and healing
Cancer is one of the biggest killers globally right now and it impacts everyone. It is now said that 1 in 2 will have cancer and this is very worrying especially when we are making giant strides forward with science, understanding the body and the technologies we now have out there
If it's not us that has cancer, we will all know of someone who has, and that means we still all have a role to play when helping loved ones and closest to us
There is such a lack of understanding of what cancer is and just the word "cancer" completely scares people. Please understand if people have cancer, it does not mean death, and from the lack of understanding, so many people are treated differently as people do not now how to approach it.
The conversation yesterday brings so much awareness to this subject and everything we discuss is through experience.
What we do really well at Lads Talk Health, is share information, experiential information.
This allows people to gain knowledge and also gives them the opportunity to go and look further into it.
When people are met with such a shock with the news that, firstly they have cancer and suddenly, "death" and "act now" gets thrown at you, life changes very quickly.
As we all know making decisions under stress can often lead to making a choice without being 100% sure, and that is a horrible feeling.
We equip people with countless bits of relevant information, resources, experts, and science to at least give the individuals and families the opportunity to make a more informed decision as to what they do next.
We also provide support and coaching throughout their journey so that they can be at their most resilient, to handle whatever is coming their way

A slightly different topic today, however, this is a topic that we both dived into years back and we both credit this to a big part of our spiritual journey Question everything is something we encourage everyone to do, spirituality for us, is finding our own truths, based on how we feel. We spend so much of our lives seeking things from the external world, when all of our health, happiness and feelings come from within We are not here to preach or tell you how things are, we are explaining how many of the topics we discuss do not add up, especially when it comes to things we are told as facts. Our ask is to be open to a different perspective and to check into your ego whilst watching this. Please take the time to answer the questions yourself. At first it will seem madness and stupid, however when you look into the official narrative and try to challenge it, its hard to find your simple answers. Although this may seem off topic, it has fed into many other areas of our life. ie the Pharma industry are certainly not here to protect us and when working with terminal illnesses, it is important to find your own truth and not just accept, what we are told, it can be a matter or life and death. What this topic also does is allows you to start connecting all areas of your life and learn about so many other areas. Enjoy and let us know your thoughts.
We are around it all the time, whether it is us or people we know
This subject however to speak about is almost a no-go. It’s frowned upon by society and the consequences can be quite bad if people knew what we get up too
We like to talk about all of the great nights we have with our mates, but we often keep in the darker side and the destruction it causes us
Our health, our relationships, our happiness, our friendships, our performance, our finances, our mental health, our suffering can all be impacted by excessive use of drugs and alcohol
There are many people out there that want to stop as they know deep down it is not serving them, but find it hard to do. When we keep ignoring the issues, it will soon catch back up with us
The one thing that we need to do more is talk.

Tonight’s conversation was about alcohol. I stopped drinking 3 years ago after getting into lots of problems and it really affected my life and many people around me
It has been a journey and I have learned so much along the way.
My life has completely transformed in the past 3 years and I believe that removing alcohol has been a major influence in my growth
It’s a topic many of us can relate to. We help people become more aware of their drinking and really allow them to take control of their decisions
