1 Was I gentle in the situations I faced today? If not, why? Were my rationalizations prideful?
2Do I exhibit the same gentleness to others that God exhibits to me every day? How?
3Do people describe me as gentle? Or do they describe me as critical or brash? Why?
4Do I gently encourage people to “sin no more”? Or do I self-righteously cast the first stone?
1Have I lost control to dangerous emotions or a damaging sin? How do I know?
2Why do I have difficulties restraining myself from what I know isn’t good for me?
3Do others describe me as calm and collected or erratic and uncontrolled? Why?
4Is my first reaction to something a fruit of the Spirit or a loss of control? Why?

2What obstacles are there to my faithfulness? Why do I have difficulties trusting God?
3Am I satisfied with spiritual evidence, or do I always depend on physical evidence for my beliefs?
4What areas of my life are not completely faithful to God? How can I change them?

1Does the kindness I show to others reflect God’s kindness to me? Examples?
2Do I seek to gain from the kindness I show, or is it pure kindness? How do I know?
3Do my kind acts have the components of mercy, love and compassion? How so?
4When I am truly able, how much do I sacrifice for others instead of showing selfishness?
Goodness self-examination questionnaire
1 Is the “good” I do based on God’s standards in His Bible, or society’s standards and standards I’ve created?
2How do my actions show God’s right way of life? How do my actions show God’s law?
3Would God call what I am about to do “good”? If yes, what evidence from the Bible shows it?
4Am I just? Am I fair? Am I obedient to God’s commandments? Am I generous in doing good to others?
