OFX EPISODE 32: NICK RYKER DEKAFIT CHAMP If Nick has proven one thing, it is he knows how to deal with adversity. This guy is legit tough. Nick went from looking ready to break into the top ranks of OCR to battling and overcoming severe health issues, and then making a triumphant return in the DekaFit arena.

OFX EPISODE 29: HYROX US CHAMPIONSHIP 2ND PLACE, DYLAN SCOTT. He isn't Canadian, but we had to have him on for a special Canada Day release. This guy is awesome. Last weekend, Dylan announced his presence on the Hybrid Racing scene. He took home 2nd place at the Hyrox US Championship and proved that his tall lean build can pack a ton of power. He breaks down the event along with his very unusual take on training. This guy has a great future ahead of him, and we can't wait to see him in action again.

Julie-Anne is a Canadian Olympic hopeful in the 5000 meters. This year, she has set 5 consecutive personal bests and broke the 15 minute mark. So to break it down, this woman is damn fast!
