I interviewed Heather Lovell, from the Instagram account @allstrugglesarereal She gave some amazing advice on how we can help survivors heal from trauma. We don’t discuss any details from our assaults, but rather focus on the healing journey post-assault & how we can best navigate that confusing, painful time. I hope your mind is opened this week & you feel empowered to help those around you who are struggling. If you are a survivor know that you are loved, worthy, and beautiful! Here we are again. This episode I dive into what the 2021 is going to hold for the podcast. I think I say it one hundred times in this episode, but I am "so excited" for the line up of women we have this year. I hope that these stories can inspire you, uplift you, and change your perspective. I hope in the year 2021 you feel empowered to listen more and judge less.
This episode I also discuss my issue with New Year resolutions and how I like to approach this time of year. I go over the lessons I learned the REALLY hard way in 2020. I tell you what I am glad to be leaving behind and what I am excited to be bringing with me.
