Today, I am sharing with you a practice from the book "Existential Kink" by Carolyn Elliot, combined with some energy clearing magic I added, inspired by Christie Marie Sheldon. The so-called "deepest fear inventory" has been absolutely amazing for me when it comes to discovering and resolving hidden fears and beliefs I never even thought I had!

Meet Virginia Robin: As a reformed lawyer, Virginia Robin worked for 25 years in a profession that solved problems using judgement. In 2013, I met Rae in Paris, as we were both auditioning for the Paris Opera Studio. Fast forward 10 years - and Rae is staff member in education of the Metropolitan Opera House in New York.

On March 20th, 2023, the world lost one of the most amazing opera singers of all time: Virginia Zeani, the mother of my voice.

Conscious does not mean conflict free. [read that again] What I am sharing here is nothing new. It is a simple truth. You've probably heard it a million times. AND YET: In the field of "conscious" people, I have been witnessing some relationship and communication patterns that make me cringe. "If there were truly attuned and sensitive, they would know..." Choosing to not speak at all, or choosing the worst possible moments to speak. Not observing and owning your emotional state, speaking from a place of unrest, instead of a place of peace. Here's something I've learned in my relationship that will - if you truly take it to heart - also change yours!

In this episode, I openly share with you how I became the coach/healer I am now. What have I learned during the last six years and what were some of the most important lessons for me? Did I make mistakes?
This whole episode was inspired by a message I received this morning from a client of mine. I woke up to a 9-minute-long voice note from her and at first, I thought, OhmyGod, did something happen? Turns out she took all this time to express how much she appreciates our sessions and her amazement at how it is possible that we dive so deep during each session.
Now, this episode is not to celebrate myself, but to share with you some thoughts I have on my work and growth as a person and healer.
