This podcast is about my own journey dealing with mental illness, ways I have found to cope with my own illness and trying to bring a more relatable approach to others with mental health issues. Now this podcast will not be just exclusive to mental health topics. It will be pretty much whatever I do decide to talk about that day. From what it’s like being a girl in today’s world, to movies that I love, shows I used to love, to things I seriously have come to dislike. Come join me in my world. Special guests will include my sister which is the complete opposite of me in every way. Come take the journey into the mind of a “crazy” girl like me, you might have some fun.
