Hello everyone I'm @wofaipeace by username and this is my entry to hive-open mic week 125 with the theme "nothing is impossible". I will be singing with my sister a song by Judikay titled Capable God. I hope you have fun as you listen to my performance.

Here is the lyrics of the song:

Uh oh oh oh oh oh oh

Capable God o

What can't you do?

What won't you do?

Nothing impossible

Nothing impossible

What can't you do?

What won't you do?

Nothing impossible with our God

You do not lie

You do not fail

What is hard for you to do?

It doesn't exist oh

It can never ever exist oh

You do not lie

You do not fail

What is hard for you to do?

It doesn't exist oh

It can never ever exist oh

According to your knowledge and your will for me

What you say you have done

I just need to align oh

Because you are not a man that changes your mind oh

Those that know you will trust in you

Not in Horses and chariots

By the arm of flesh

No man can prevail

No man, No man

No man, No man

My confidence is you

What is hard?

What is hard for you?

It can never exist oh

You do not lie

You do not fail

What is hard for you to do?

It doesn't exist oh

It can never ever exist oh

You do not lie

You do not fail

What is hard for you to do?

To do ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh

It can never ever exist oh

Those that know you will trust in you

Not in Horses and chariots

By the arm of flesh

No man can prevail

Ask Abraham and Sarah

And the Woman with the issue of blood oh

Nothing nothing hard for you-you-you-you

(Ask Mama Hannah)

Ask Mama Hannah oh

Blind Bartimaeus

Make you go ask the Israelites

Absolutely nothing hard for you

No man, no man, no man

My confidence is you

What is hard?

What is hard for you? It can never exist oh

You do not lie

You do not fail

What is hard for you to do?

It doesn't exist oh

It can never ever exist oh

You do not lie

You do not fail

What is hard for you to do?

It doesn't exist oh

It can never ever exist oh

No no no no no

Capable God oh oh

It can never ever exist oh

Hello everyone!!

I'm @wofaipeace by username and this is my first entry to Afri-tunes. Hope, I'm not late

I will be singing a song by Timi Dakolo with the theme: There's a cry

Here is the lyrics of the song;

There's a cry form a young boy, in a city running wild;

There's a cry from a mother, who just lost another child;

There's a cry from a people, who have nothing more to lose;

Everything that they lived for, have been wasted and abused;

;

There's a cry from a river, that has nowhere to flow;

And the pride of the river was lost so long ago;

And that cry is for a reason, that only heaven knows;

Where did they go wrong, how can we go on;

Only hope remains the answer.

There's a man on a mission, there's a desperate heart to rule;

He has love for the people, yet he calls the people fools;

He has guns for the people, on a promise yet to come;

So they kill one another, for a hope that never comes;

;

There's a cry from a river, that has nowhere to flow;

And the pride of the river was lost so long ago;

And that cry is for a reason, that only heaven knows;

Where did they go wrong, how can we go on;

Only hope remains the answer.

There are so many questions, when will all this trouble cease;

Like the war in Niger delta, would we ever live in peace?

I believe in the people, if they only have a chance;

There's a hope for the future, but the future is in our hands;

;

There's a cry from a river, that has nowhere else to flow;

And the pride of the river was lost so long ago;

And that cry is for a reason, only, only heaven knows;

Where did they go wrong?

;

There's a cry from a river, that has nowhere else to flow;

And the pride of the river was lost so long ago;

And that cry is for a reason, that I can't tell the why;

Where did we go wrong, how can we go on;

Only hope remains the answer.

There's a cry form a young boy, in a city running wild;

There's a cry from a mother, who just lost another child;

Here is the link to the song .Source

The song depicts a cry for peace and harmony among all and sundry. Let the killings, envy, strife end. A mother bleeds, a son cries. What do we stand to gain, why not live in peace and harmony for a better world and environment.

Let's collaborate!!

Thanks for always stopping by to listen to my song.

I love you!! Byee...

Mott the Hoople and the game of Life yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Andy Kaufman in the wrestling match yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Monopoly, Twenty one, checkers, and chess yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Mister Fred Blassie in a breakfast mess yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Let's play Twister, let's play Risk yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

I'll see you in heaven if you make the list yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Now, Andy did you hear about this one?

Tell me, are you locked in the punch?

Andy are you goofing on Elvis? Hey, baby

Are we losing touch?

If you believed they put a man on the moon

Man on the moon

If you believe there's nothing up his sleeve

Then nothing is cool

Tell me, are you locked in the punch?

Andy are you goofing on Elvis? Hey, baby

Are you having fun?

If you believed they put a man on the moon

Man on the moon

If you believe there's nothing up his sleeve

Then nothing is cool

Here's a little agit for the never-believer yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Here's a little ghost for the offering yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Here's a truck stop instead of Saint Peter's yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Mister Andy Kaufman's gone wrestling yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Now, Andy did you hear about this one?

Tell me, are you locked in the punch?

Andy are you goofing on Elvis? Hey, baby

Are we losing touch?

If you believed they put a man on the moon

Man on the moon

If you believe there's nothing up his sleeve

Then nothing is cool

If you believed they put a man on the moon

Man on the moon

If you believe there's nothing up his sleeve

Then nothing is cool

If you believed they put a man on the moon

Man on the moon

If you believe there's nothing up his sleeve

Then nothing is cool

If you believed they put a man on the moon

Man on the moon

If you believe there's nothing up his sleeve

Then nothing is cool

Here is the link to the song: Source.

The song is a country music and song that fantasies on believing that there's a man in the moon, a man out there which they had something before, maybe, a love affair but they are now losing touch and it is not cool anymore.

Thanks for always stopping by.

Hello everyone!!

I'm @wofaipeace by username and this is my second entry to Hive Open Mic week 123 with the theme: A better world for all. I will be singing a song by Michael Jackson titled heal the world Here is the lyrics to the song:

Think about—am—the generations and they say we wanna make it a better place for our children, and our children's children, so that they they they know it's a better world for them, and think they can make it a better place

There's a place in your heart

And I know that it is love

And this place could be much brighter than tomorrow

And if you really try

You'll find there's no need to cry

In this place you'll feel there's no hurt or sorrow

There are ways to get there

If you care enough for the living

Make a little space

Make a better place

Heal the world

Make it a better place

For you and for me

And the entire human race

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

If you want to know why

There's a love that cannot lie

Love is strong

It only cares for joyful giving

If we try we shall see

In this bliss we cannot feel

Fear or dread

We stop existing and start living

Then it feels that always

Love's enough for us growing

So make a better world

Make a better world

Heal the world

Make it a better place

For you and for me

And the entire human race

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

And the dream we were conceived in

Will reveal a joyful face

And the world we once believed in

Will shine again in grace

Then why do we keep strangling life

Wound this earth, crucify its soul

Though it's plain to see

This world is heavenly

Be God's glow

We could fly so high

Let our spirits never die

In my heart I feel you are all my brothers

Create a world with no fear

Together we'll cry happy tears

See the nations turn their swords into plowshares

We could really get there

If you cared enough for the living

Make a little space

To make a better place

Heal the world

Make it a better place

For you and for me

And the entire human race

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

Heal the world

Make it a better place

For you and for me

And the entire human race

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

Heal the world

Make it a better place

For you and for me

And the entire human race

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

There are people dying

If you care enough for the living

Make a better place

For you and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

You and for me

Heal the world we live in, save it for our children

Heal the world we live in, save it for our children

Heal the world we live in, save it for our children

Heal the world we live in, save it for our children

Hello everyone!!!

This is my second entry to hive open mic week #122# with the theme "emotions". I will be singing "Am I the only one" by Marc Anthony.

The song depicts a relationship that is experiencing a some loneliness maybe due to distance or a breakup. Here are the lyrics and the link to the lyrics as well;

Days have passed

And still no sign of us

Not a hint of what used to be

When you lived in that part of me

This blinding silence

Lives in every room

Of what once was a happy home

Now we're sitting here all alone

Could this be that it was all a lie

And we're just afraid to say good-bye

Am I the only one

Who sees what we've become

I see no sense in going on

Or asking what went wrong

We sit and stare at what could be

We both just grew apart you see

And through no fault of our own

It's our house but not a home

It's strange to know

There's truth in what I say

Baby, I know you feel the same

And the truth is

No one's to blame

Two lonely dreamers

Playing by the rules

All we thougth of

Was me and you

Now we're faced

With a simple truth

I'd love to say that this is all a lie

But that just means I'm scared to say good-bye

Am I the only one

Who sees what we've become

I see no sense in going on

Or asking what went wrong

We sit and stare at what could be

We both just grew apart you see

And through no fault of our own

It's our house but not a home

Could this be that it was all a lie

And we're just afraid to say good-bye

Am I the only one

Who sees what we've become

I see no sense in going on

Or asking what went wrong

We sit and stare at what could be

We both just grew apart you see

And through no fault of our own

It's our house but not a home

Days have passed and still no sign of us

Not a hint of what used to be

When you lived in that part of me.

The lover has waited days and weeks which turn into months to see if her lover or his lover could come back to fill up this emptiness but no trace of her. I feel so emotional as I sang the song, it reminds me of my uncle and grandma who had long gone without any hope of them coming back.

Thanks for watching my performance.

Till next time, bye!

Hello everyone!

This is my entry to Hive-Open mic week #121 with the theme, Family love.

I will be singing stanza one of "my daddy" by Dolly Porton.

The song speaks of an in-depth love a mother has for her family that she has to give her all to it.

Lyrics

Momma never seemed to miss the finer things in life

If she did, she never did say so to daddy

She never wanted to be more than mother and a wife

If she did, she never did say so to daddy.

Here's the source of the lyrics

azlyrics.com.

Family is the the human first community and circle and should be prioritize above all. Family can bond and as well as go all out for each other. There is nothing comparable to family love. I hope you get one or two things as you listen to the song.

Thanks for stopping by to listening.
