You don’t need to be a coach or set a formal coaching session to be a coach. They discuss the three spectrums of coaching; indirective and directive, the personal development and goals, therapeutic or performance based and what it takes to utilise all three effectively. Simon highlights just how much of our working life we spend communicating and the fact that we are hardwired to do so.
