We jump into a new series this week and look at Jesus in John 4 as He sets an example for us to love people who aren't like us.

Translation: I've made many mistakes and like to wipe them away.
She ends up trying to right her wrongs by doing good, in her mind the more good the more wrongs washed away. She wants redemption.
Many times as Christians we do the same. We try to be good enough and do enough good works, we think we can redeem ourselves.
There is only one who can redeem and wash away our sin, our red, and that is Jesus on the cross! Saved by grace, not our work!
