Her and her husband Ryan said the same thing trying to get their newly purchased bed frame from Costco in their small SUV. Brilliant ideas come from situations like this!

In the past couple of years, the statistics of solo traveling has increased since 2010. However there are still women out there who won't travel by themselves let alone go to dinner by themselves in a local restaurant. Meet Alessia, who was one of those women who did not like to go anywhere by herself. However, after a break up and the courageous leap to travel alone, she is now coaching other women to get out there.

WHO WILL YOU MEET: Rebekah Ball, owner of GotMatcha
What is matcha? It is green tea powder brought from Japan that has been in the stores and coffee shops since the early 2000’s. However, its origin begins during the Song Dynasty (900 - 1200). While China goes onto using green tea leaves, Japan continues the green tea powder in a Zen-like ceremonial setting for focus and other wellness benefits.
So what’s so special about Matcha tea? Our guest Rebekah Ball, known to her friends at the Matcha Mama, talks about her start with matcha, its health benefits, and her company GotMatcha. She also talks about Chagit, a company owned by her husband Tulsy. Chagit products are from the chaga mushrooms which grows on birch trees in extremely cold weather. Its health benefits have helped people with inflammation, lowers blood sugar, and lowers cholesterol. The combination of the matcha and the chaga mushroom is extraordinary for your health and well-being.
