Jesper Løvendahl
Jesper's more than two decades abroad taught him that relocation is more complex than it appears. After struggling to lease a car in New York due to a lack of US credit history, he founded ExpatRide to address such challenges; the company now operates in 170 countries. His perspective as an expatriate has shaped how ExpatRide works with Cartus: not as a vendor, but as people who have been the assignee.
Beyond ExpatRide, Jesper founded DABGO, Denmark's largest international business network, connecting Danes abroad around trade and career opportunities. He was named a Copenhagen Goodwill Ambassador by His Royal Highness Prince Joachim of Denmark and has advised expats and HR teams on expat career success for more than 15 years. Jesper will soon release a book entitled, "The Expat Clone", focusing on this topic.

Andy has performed a number of roles throughout his global mobility career with Cartus, which followed his own time living and working internationally. After building his skills in both account management and transformation projects, when asked to describe his role today as Director, Sustainable Growth Enablement, Andy’s one word response is, “Questions.” Specifically answering the questions that our partners and the broader mobility community have for us, and asking our own in order to move our innovations in the direction that best serves our clients, as well helping to support the long-term, sustainable growth of our solutions.

James Conigliaro, President and Chief Executive Officer at Dwellworks, has almost 30 years of leadership experience in global mobility and real estate. At Dwellworks, he is responsible for the commercial engagement, service operations, and innovations of our global destination, temporary living and real estate brands, including Dwellworks Destination Services, Dwellworks Living, and Station Cities Real Estate Brokerage. James also directs the key strategic operational excellence and technology initiatives of the business in coordination with the Dwellworks leadership team and our subject matter experts and partners. James holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from The American University in Washington, DC. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and is a licensed New York State real estate broker.
Dave DickeyDave serves as President and Chief Production Officer of Guaranteed Rate Affinity. With over two decades of leadership in the real estate and mortgage industries, Dave is known for his ability to blend strategy with execution. Under Dave’s leadership, Guaranteed Rate Affinity has strengthened its national footprint through its exclusive partnership with Coldwell Banker Realty. Delivering high-performance lending solutions, he has helped shape the company into a powerhouse by driving growth with tech-forward innovation. Steve Frey
Steve is the founder and CEO of Oasis. Oasis provides extended stay travelers and relocating families with an alternative to hotel living by providing short-term, turnkey rentals around the global. Oasis’ global temporary living solutions are powered by their propriety Metis software, along with unique core inventory in 18 global cities through the Oasis Private Collection. Steve Frey has served as a past President and past Treasurer of Bay Area Advisors, a local philanthropic organization that support cancer research at Moffitt Cancer Center. Prior to founding Oasis, Steve worked as an investment banker with Gulf Atlantic Capital and spent 4 years as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Steve has an BS in Accounting from Florida State University and is a CPA.
Ryan McConnell
Ryan is the President and COO for Atlas® Van Lines. In this role, he leads the Atlas® Van Lines household goods division in the U.S., which includes transportation services, corporate marketing, revenue distribution, customer service, agency development, and information technology. In his more than 25 years of transportation and logistics industry experience, he has been involved in nearly every facet of the Atlas® business and has been integral to the strategic growth and innovation of the enterprise.

David joined Cartus in 1999 and has held a number of key senior management positions. Based in the UK, a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and part of Cartus’ executive leadership team, David is responsible for Cartus offices in EMEA, APAC, and South America. In addition to leading the teams supporting some of Cartus’ largest clients, David also leads several strategic initiatives, including our continuous improvement program. This ongoing analysis of our technology and service capabilities has been instrumental in developing our proprietary centralized mobility hub, MovePro360®, and integrated core/flex solution, Benefits Builder, among other technology innovations.
David also serves as executive sponsor for Cartus’ sustainability initiative, with formal qualifications in leading sustainable business and membership on industry-wide sustainability boards—including the Worldwide ERC® Sustainability Council. Lisa Johnson
Lisa is Director of Global Consulting at Cartus and leads the team in the EMEA and APAC regions. Greg Lindsay is the senior fellow for applied research and foresight at NewCities, a senior fellow of MIT’s Future Urban Collectives Lab, and a partner at FutureMap, a geo-strategic and climate advisory firm based in Singapore. He thinks, writes, and speaks on the future of cities and mobility for companies, governments, and institutions around the world. He is also a two-time Jeopardy! champion — and the only human to go undefeated against IBM’s artificial intelligence, Watson.

Before joining Cartus, Andrea worked in the banking and financial industry for 10 years as a loan originator and financial consultant. Daisy YangDaisy Yang, International Assignment Consultant, based in China, joined Cartus in 2016 after working for other relocation companies. In her current role, Daisy manages China-inbound and outbound international assignments as well as China domestic relocations for multiple clients. She also supports EVIP programs to deliver exceptional customer service to executive VIP assignees. With strong communication skills and the talent to balance the relationships between the client, their assignees, and Cartus supplier partners, has resulted in consistently positive feedback throughout her career at Cartus. Daisy received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Shanghai International Studies University. In her personal life, she enjoys travelling, baking, and spending time with family.

Prior to being named VP, Strategic Alliances, Cara served in a variety of positions at National Corporate Housing, including a National Account Manager and Regional Manager. Derek began his career at Armstrong Moving in 1990 as a summer student, working in the operations department, moving to a sales role after he left university. In 2020, Derek, along with his business partner, purchased Armstrong Moving. He was elected to the FIDI Board of Directors in March 2018 (the world’s largest global alliance of international moving and relocation companies) and is set to become President of FIDI in 2023. He is also a lead trainer for the FIDI Academy. Derek resides in Toronto. In his spare time he is the personal Uber driver for his two children’s sports activities.

He has more than 20 years of industry experience and used to be the chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce and president of the American Club. Michelle Low , Global VP of Supply Chain, Synergy Global Housing joined Synergy--a leader in serviced accommodation program management--earlier this year and will be based out of Synergy’s Singapore office. Michelle began her career in hospitality at several top hotels such as Shangri-La and Conrad where she held sales management roles before transitioning to corporate housing and global mobility with senior leadership roles at Oakwood and Cartus. In her latest position with Oakwood, Michelle was responsible for setting global strategic direction in sales and revenue distribution at the corporate level.
