Having worked with Serena, both in a group coaching environment and one-on-one basis, I wanted to share her genius with you all.
While guiding us through her own healing journey, she shares the importance of looking after yourself, setting boundaries and how to set your own intentions in 2021. Although recorded in December of last year, the topics we covered seem to be more relevant than ever, especially with the news that we’re looking at life going back to a version of normal, by this summer.
