Raffa struggled to find his way in school and decided to drop out and become a Blackjack dealer. While working, he made a conscious decision to start investing in real estate which he believed to be the means to reach financial freedom. He currently owns several properties and is working on his next deal. This interview was great fun and I believe you will learn a great deal from it.

There is a lot of concern today when it comes to buying real estate. A lot of what is holding people back from investing in real estate is the memories of the market bubble of 2008 where prices of properties fell to historic lows. Both Dave and I agree that we are not in a bubble and this video walks you through why you should invest today!

Shawn Walsh was the founder and CEO of a New England based IT company, that he started and grew to locations across four states, before being acquired by a national IT service provider. Shawn is a serial entrepreneur, having been involved in several successful businesses, but his true passion has always been teaching. He has taught at Franklin Pierce University, The New Hampshire Police Academy, and is a PADI Dive Instructor. Shawn splits his time between New Hampshire and Aruba, with his wife Staci, and is the father of 3 adult children. Presently as the CEO of his next venture, Encore Strategic Consulting, Shawn teaches business owners how to achieve higher profits, grow their businesses, and prepare for exit. Shawn holds an MBA from Louisiana State University.

Sofiely is a culturally competent provider who is solution-focused and strives to see growth in others. There is no size to growth. It happens in multiple sizes as not one size fits all.
