Become your own master by listening to all sides and not judging all that you see, hear or feel but discern what is beneficial to you and in so doing you will begin to expend your energy in ways that serve you better. In this episode, i speak on the importance of discernment especially in the times we find ourselves. It is time for us all to take personal responsibility for our actions and how we use our energy. Be very watchful, do not jump to conclusions and be open to the idea that there are multiple sides to a narrative. Do not let your emotions be used against you and in so doing, you conserve your energy for something else that is constructive to the betterment of yourself and humanity as a whole. Do not be afraid, for in the grand scheme of things - ALL IS WELL.

My intention for this podcast is to inspire you and everyone listening to embody the qualities of love and compassion for humanity and all expressions around and within us. Life is a gift of creation that freely offers us the lessons we need to grow as spirits having a human experience on this Earth. In this episode, i speak on embodying what you want to see in this world by embracing those qualities. I speak on having gratitude for one's life and experiences as they offer us the opportunity for growth, expansion and letting go of fear.
