Esther Choi Wiliams - founder of @fitblvd and @gooderfitness Platform - Esther came to fitness from a very different route. At UCLA, she studied music as a piano performance major. But from a young age, movement has always been her passion, from figure skating to cheerleading to getting her black belt in Hapkido and finally… weight training.
Esther started her fitness career at MSKCC Integrative Medicine Center, working with breast cancer patients. She currently runs her private studio gym from her home, where she sees clients both in person and virtually, which has expanded her reach to international clients. Gooder Fitness Platform was created out of need to support her clients who needed workouts in-between sessions, but now Gooder is available for anyone who wants to work out with Esther.
Family and faith are two pillars of strength that keep her grounded and in a mindset of servitude. To love and to serve others is her everyday purpose. “I want everyone to walk away from our training session not only feeling great from an awesome session but to be filled with that extra joy, confidence, and peace."
