Expert: Annelie Wambeek has been called many things, from gypsy, global citizen and third culture kid to intercultural specialist. An interculturalist long before she understood the term, Annelie was raised and educated across continents. As an adult she honed her cultural understanding through academic studies in Sociology, Cultural Studies and International Relations, as well as a career spanning both NGOs and multinational corporations. Annelie decided to become an intercultural trainer and speaker when she realised that her upbringing as a third culture kid could benefit diverse and internationally facing companies.

Mr. Sanford’s diverse corporate experience includes international sales, marketing, and transnational strategic business development for Fortune 500 companies as well as educational institutions in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He spent five years working in the automobile industry specializing in training Asian personnel working in the USA, Taiwan, China, Korea, and Japan. Expert: Ahana Banerjee is the co-founder and CEO of Clear. Having been accepted to Y Combinator during the final year of her Physics degree at Imperial College London, Ahana decided to turn down her graduate jobs in finance, leave her degree, and work to innovate in the skincare space with her startup, Clear. Clear is the integrated social commerce app for skincare - they’re bringing transparency to social media, making skincare more accessible, and taking a data-driven approach to improving cosmetic formulation. She wrote the code for Clear herself, bootstrapped to 4,000+ users, raised an $800k pre-seed, and now manages a global team of 6 people.
