As we start a new year, we are hopeful for a better year and eager to grow, develop, and so on today, I am talking about the importance of stepping out of the past to enter the future. If you think about it, every year has been pretty much the same what makes these days any different is the way we live them. For us to truly experience the new things this year we need to truly let go of the old and fix our gaze on the things ahead of us.

This is a rather contradictory episode but still very similar to the last few episodes of Kingdom Clout. This episode we talk about all the condemnation Jesus to take off your life. Be it sin, curses, generational curses, addiction, lust, financial issues or whatever you have in mind, Jesus took that burden for you to walk in the freedom and authority that he gave us his children. Too often we claim to have our faith in Christ and his blood but then go and live life as unaware weak and infirioir. Jesus has set as free and good has given us authority and dominion so its not a matter of us breaking generational curses but its about walking in truth and faith that Jesus broke all curses over our lives. The next few episodes will be a deeper dive into this topic as well so stay tuned.

Yesterday I turned 20 and it's been something Ive been worrying about and stressed about for a while simply because it seems the older I get the harder this life thing gets. But now I am nothing but grateful and excited to see what God wants to do with my life in this next chapter and the greatest gift I've ever received will always be getting to know my maker. So I hope to anyone who is worried about anything this episode will remind you of who your father is. That he is with you in all things and he loves you more than the birds in the air that don't starve and more than the grass of the field which is always dressed. After last week's episode about purpose, it only felt right that we talk about how our beloved home (South Africa) is standing in discomfort and trials waiting for us the church, and the chosen people of God to make a difference. Now more than ever we need to have faith that is alive and is visible to those watching us because the current state of the world is very saddening but we were called to be the light yet we are not shinning. So this episode might not feel as nice but that's because it will challenge you to step into the greatness God has reserved for you.
Matthew 5:13-15 speaks of how our very presence as the righteousness of good should bring light and scare away the darkness.

A very testimony based episode and very personal episode about my battle with a particular sin for the last month or so. Its an episode about how much God really loves you and how personal that love is for all of us and also that "his grace is sufficient for you, for his power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9). He will do anything to love you and his power is his love and grace, nothing you can do or no mistake you can make will separate you from that love and grace. Ill be dropping an episode a day until this series (the YOU NEVER HELD HIM UP series) is complete.
