The mission of Student Activities is to promote intentional campus and community involvement, facilitate leadership development, and encourage student growth through active participation in student organizations, transformative leadership opportunities, and cultural and recreational activities that is outside of the classroom to broaden the student’s community college experience.

TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) is continuously looking for students who are devoted and committed to the demands and rewards of learning and furthering their educational goals through graduation and transfer. Each semester, TRiO SSS accepts program applications from interested students. TRiO is limited to the number of students it can serve but all eligible students have an equal opportunity to apply to the program.
The mission of the Counseling & Advocacy Center is to provide services which help students overcome life challenges to achieve academic success and attain their educational goals. We provide a full array of counseling services including personal, mental health, substance abuse, career, academic and relationship concerns. We offer crisis intervention including victim and gender advocacy, services for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender students, prevention and education programs, a Women’s Resource Library and aid for students with emergency needs through a clothing bank and food pantry and emergency fund.
