How to operate in relaxation:
Restlessness and Activity, Action and Relaxation
We have an inner restlessness because of the ambitions, some sense of compulsion, social protocols that we follow some things.
We do all the things without addressing this restlessness are just ‘activities’.
Activities are algorithmic, they can be procedurized but they cannot stop the restlessness.
They consume a lot of energy because of the act as well as bearing with the restlessness.
‘Action’ is something that we take by having an inner understanding, an inner urge.
Action is something spontaneous, something new every time.
Relaxation is something which should happen after the action as the restlessness is gone.
