Just listened through this album, had a same impact that is kind of like when i listen "prefuse 73" or "dabrye" or "flying lotus'' firstly. Forss's sound is constructed by some HipHop music pieces which are famous sampling sources or likely used by Hiphop musicians. That is why I have mentioned that Forss is similar to above electronic musicians.
You can feel a rough or course texture which is made by both cold medium laptop sounds and mild vinyl sources. Highly recommended!

After plenty of his experiments, Finally he decided to launch his own music label called “Nu Ance Records.” The First EP is already on the market, check it out and come to hear his sounds at Metro.The Second guest is “DJ Takuma” who has played at a lot of important underground parties and released several DJ mixes from one of the famous Japanese underground music labels “OIL WORKS”. Also he has produced music, so we can expect that his new sounds will be released soon.Lab’s resident DJs are also unique and play at various parties. Please pay attention to them, you can definitely hear the various sounds. And this time VJ is Senbon Studio, who creates a good mood and atmosphere. ■ DetailsIt's been about 3 years since DJ Kiyo has done djing on BUTTER last time, and this is the first time He wii appear on Club Metro. DJ Kiyo is one of awesome DJ in Japan. I think Japanese music scene can be proud of that. He was firstly influenced by HipHop, Jazz, Soul, Reggae music. He has released many classic DJ mixes which approached his roots (Hiphop, Jazz, Soul, Reggae music) besides good old classics and recent club music. Those DJ mixes are got a high reception by a lot of music lovers. Also He has produced music, different artist name as "DULO". Dulo is making BREAKBEATS~AVANT-GARDE BEAT/BASS MUSIC from his extensive knowledge and music experiment. Needless to say, such his long carrer is able to superb DJ performance. Please check his DJ out on BUTTER!Moreover, BUTTER's resident artists are also nice, one of them is MO-WAII, who performed by laptop live at last BUTTER and got like a MVP class reputation. Another artist is afro-beat band STEPAK-TAKROW, who released mini-EP recently. They are so motivated. Delano Smith is one of my recent favorite artist. His track is really soulful upbeat and which matches my recent music taste. I really love his album "An Odyssey." all the songs are seriously nice and make me very high. The track "Survival" is my most favorite track in "An Odyssey", If you drive a car a lot mostly nighttime or midnight, all songs from "An Odyssey" highly matches your driving. try it :)

Its been about 5 months since I made a sounds last time, now I'm back to make a sounds again.
Yep, This is the brand-new song called "Tsu-en". Actually, This song is inspired by the scenery of the calmest place called Uji, Kyoto. I went to Uji and ate some Japanese traditional food, looked at the window of the restaurant... I saw the beautifully peaceful summer scenery of Uji. That motivated me to make this song. If you think summer is too hot or disgusting for you, please listen this sound up and relax.

JUST OUTSTANDING! while watching this movie, I was so shuddered.
I think this is the uniquest art. It's modern, progressive and avant-garde creativity... I can't mention what this is... Because maybe this is.. like... exquisite nova? I dunno.
Anyways, This works is made for the promotion of the car called "civic" from Honda.
Exhibited in April 2011 Berlin, Germany. I wish I could go this installation.

Listened this one at first time is really shocked for me, like, wow, they are sounds like "NEW MASSIVE ATTACK & Bjork!" Naturally I looked for their info on the Internet. I found that they are released their music from Warp records. yeah, I see. their really sounds like favor of Warp Records.
This is one of my favorite their song, taken from the album "Red Light" which is worth listening and buying.
We are pleased to announce you that The Cheebacabra will be djing on July 13th at Club Metro, Kyoto, Japan. who is a reputable producer in US, and he recently released new album called "Pass The Information" which is created by his experience that such as taking a many sessions with high skill musicians, accumulating knowledge of music and skills... etc. Needless to say, the album is good quality, like modern fusion funk! Wax Poetics also comments this album - "their mythic notoriety will soon become ubiquitous." If you missed his DJ set, Probably you won't see his DJ again in Kyoto. Don't be pathetic please!
Another guest is "Q" who is the founder of Tokyo's deepest spot "Grassroots" from Higashi-Kouenji, Tokyo. His DJ style (Selection of music) is that you can feel an attachment of music, and very reliable too. Also, He got a high reputation from many music lovers in Tokyo! (the hardest place to be recognized as good DJ by people in Japan) Lastly, Our Residents DJs and some live unit & bands are really nice member. And sub floor will be open too. You can definitely listen various music! please plan on coming this party!!!!!
