What will your future self say?
Five or ten years from now, where do you see yourself? What thoughts run through your mind?
A thought can change the path that you are on or make you stay on the current one. By changing your thoughts, you give yourself room to grow and become more than you are today.
Dear younger self...
what would you tell your younger self?
On this episode, thoughts shared are:
do it afraid,
do it now,
*tomorrow is a chapter that is yet to be written so focus on today.
Do you believe in yourself? Do you truly believe in yourself? Let go of the lies that you keep replaying in your mind, e.g. person X doesn't support what I do; so that means I'm not good at what I'm doing. Believe in yourself because you are a diamond!
You are not defined by your past, pain, mistakes or weaknesses. There are deep reservoirs within you that you are yet to know. However, you cannot actualize these deep reservoirs of potential if you place limits on yourself and others.
Embrace the process. Life is a natural series of changes therefore, embrace each moment of change and be brave when you find yourself in uncharted territory.
Overthinking won't add an hour to your life but distract you from the present moment. Know that your steps are being ordered by God.
More love less hate. It's time to ask ourselves if we are living out love. it's not a feeling but an action. Are we loving those in our lives including those different from us?
It's time to accept your life as it is. Where you are is an accumulation of decisions that you have made. Are you willing to accept your life as it is?
Will you continue pursuing your dreams? Your dreams are here to serve others and make an impact on this world.
This season feels like we are lost at sea but there is a blessing in disguise where new lands and territories will be discovered.
Words have power. What are you saying to those around you? Make your words a gift instead of a burden.
Use your gifts, passionately and cheerfully. Your gifts are needed and they are a blessing to others.
Don't despise small beginnings, as small things eventually become big things. Like a seed planted in the soil, you too are planted and you are growing.
Shift your focus to this present moment and ask yourself what you are grateful for? #gratitude #thanksgiving
