Well: Mindfulness Minutes delivers effective methods to improve focus and reduce stress at a time when uncertainty and disruption are the daily norm. These sessions will be led by Tina Runyan, PhD. Tina is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and, in addition to her role as Behavioral Health Clinical Director at Well, Tina serves as a Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and as a Clinical Health Psychologist at UMass Memorial Medical Group.
