You cannot exercise the authority of the Word if you are not under authority of the Word. Fear presents itself in the life of every believer but we are being equipped daily to dwell in the presence of the Lord. Although the woman with the issue of blood suffered for years, she did not allow circumstances to discourage her as she reached out and received her healing in Jesus. May you as a believer grow in deepening intimacy with the Lord. In doing so, you will encounter Jesus, and the test you are experiencing now will become your testimony. May the Lord’s voice become your voice, that what you have received from the Lord you will take it everywhere that signs and wonders will follow you in Jesus' name. Shalom.

When you start declaring, heaven will post to your address the truth you have been speaking. Bartimaeus did not allow the warning of others to stop him from crying out to Jesus for his breakthrough. Are you serviceable? The Lord will not use an untested vessel. The process of pruning cannot be accomplished in human strength but when you lean on the Holy Spirit, He is able to renew and reshape everything in you to the will of Christ. Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall. Pride is the nature of the fallen man and is always endeavouring to ensnare the believer and then consequently destroy.
Therefore, what God’s children need is revelation rooted in a relationship with God that will help us see others through the mind of Christ. No more self-focus but let the mind of Christ be in us so that we can remain humble and obedient to the will of God in order to experience supernatural lifting and uncommon elevation.

There is a level without devils that can only be discovered when you know who you are in Christ Jesus. The Lord will do absolutely nothing until His people rise up to pray. To a greater extension, our city cannot be changed unless the people of God humble themselves and spend time to pray and fast. This will also enable you to layhold on things concerning you that God settled before the foundation of the world that you will only experience as you live your life under His command.

Prayer enables and argument disables. The Godhead is the perfect example of unity. There are no arguments amongst God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They honour each other, love each other, and defer to each other. We need to know this and walk in the same way in our relationship with one another. This is what being at the mountain top in prayers does. It helps you to maintain the right perspective so that you start to see things in the same way as the Father. Prayer and fasting will also do this in your life. You will emerge infinitely better, life transformed which will produce total transformation of our circumstances in Jesus Mighty Name. The Lord has reserved a number for us in the year 2024. The Campus of the City of Refuge, Melbourne, is a safe place, a place of shelter for saints, strangers, and sojourners. Although saints need to delight in the faithfulness of God in moving to the campus.The Campus is not a place of relaxation but a platform for Kingdom advancement. It is a tool given by God to fulfill divine purpose. Therefore, having the right attitude and the desire to serve the Lord will help in advancing the Kingdom and accomplishing this purpose.
We are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden. God has called you and I, His saints, to be salt of the earth and light of the world that draws in people to know Jesus.As The City of Refuge, we are a safe place, a place of protection and restoration for the broken who are seeking wholeness.So let our light so shine before men that they might see our good works and praise our Father in heaven.

Every believer’s faith will be tested but the Lord will steady their steps during the process that they will remain standing. There are important principles that one should learn in the process while they are standing. These principles are perpetual and can be applied to any test that one will encounter in Jesus name. Every believer needs to develop a breakthrough mentality so that no matter the situation, they will rise above it and walk in the dominion of God. In having such a set mentality, you will become unstoppable that no good thing will be withheld from you. The number 1 thing that stops people from breakthroughs is past experiences. The woman with the issue of blood did not allow past disappointments or the crowd to prevent her from a glorious future. As she spoke her expectations of healing, she acted upon what she believed by faith and was made whole. You, too, can develop and apply your faith to experience your breakthrough. What the world calls impossible is possible with God!God bless you.
The barriers and obstacles you experience as a believer are not meant to defeat you. The Lord allows situations, so you will be promoted. Therefore, you must develop muscle in the spirit so you can experience fullness of manifestation in the physical. You must develop a breakthrough mentality that will connect not only to the way you think but your lifestyle as a whole in the way you speak and respond to situations. When you develop in the way you see things and have vision, provision will come. You will lack no good thing to withhold you from breaking through in Jesus' name.
As believers, serving in the vineyard is not optional. Though everyone desires greatness, not everyone desires to serve forgetting that serving is greatness. Moses, Joseph & David are all veritable examples. Whilst serving is not always palatable and according to our plans, great power is usually preceded by great emptying. Your place of service is your spiritual address, stay there because therein your breakthrough is situated.
The Prophetic Word should not be despised by forgetting it. Instead, believers need to lay hold of the word that will guide them through the challenges of life. Therefore, write the word in your heart by meditating on the word of God. What you mediate on will become your dominant thought, which will determine your destination in life. God bless you.
We make choices all the time but as believers, we need to choose to be led by what the Spirit of God is saying and not believe the contrary situations we may see in the natural. As children of light, let us follow the example of our Saviour, Jesus who was not of this world but was living in the world. He maintained contact without contamination. When we embrace the word of God it changes the atmosphere around us. Dwelling in the spiritual reality will create the opportunity for you to live by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. In doing so the word becomes revealed to us, it makes us free from sin and death. Our reality as believers will be that we are walking and living in the truth of His word. God has settled things about us if we would get into His word Shalom.
Our children as young believers in Christ are called to be God examples to their peers in deeds and in their faith. Our youths are the bible that society will read. In these modern times young people need to be mentored in the Lord. In doing so they will remember the Lord so that they can be established in the Truth of His word which will prevent them from being easily distracted or deceived by the wiles of the enemy in Jesus name. Believers need to know that their Father in heaven is too big to fail. Therefore as believers never doubt His word which is as sure as the rain, it will never return to Him void. We all have the potential within us to become all that the Lord has preordained for our lives. The key to activating the God given potential within us so that it may come into manifestation is to Believe and Declare it. Only God can truly give peace to a human soul. This peace that comes from God alone is beyond human understanding and it signifies the harmony between our spirit and soul. Therefore when contrary situations arise we can speak the peace of God over it and cause a turnaround in Jesus Mighty Name.
What are your expectations for the year 2022? Your experiences in this year will be determined by your ability to activate the possibilities that have remained as potentials and turning them into realities with your fervent declarations of what God says about you.
The mind is the doorway to the spirit. If you don't guard your mind you will be deprived of the wisdom of the Lord. It is time for the church to arise and consistently advance in the Spirit so that we can come into full manifestation of what God has planned for His Church.
In your spiritual walk with the Lord victory belongs to those who are called, chosen and faithful. Faithfulness is determined by a believer’s commitment to actively work with the Lord and carry out His assignment. When you are faithful in your God given role, the Lord will give you what others are pursuing.
David was an outstanding king and a man beloved by God. Like David we too can live a highly distinguished life, the key to this is thanksgiving and becoming a true worshiper of God. In addition, when you develop an attitude of gratitude to God, you will unlock the fruitfulness of life. God bless you.
Contending for the faith is important because there are faith inhibitors which endeavour to hinder our spiritual growth. Let us therefore be aware of the temptations of this world and grow up seeking first the Kingdom of God and everything else will be added us.
The church has not been called to be passive but to be actively engaged and earnest in her walk with God. We must therefore be ready and willing to contend against faith inhibitors as we endeavour to enter into the fullness of all the promises available to us in Christ!
To contend means to fight for something that is both precious, important and is in danger of being lost or stolen. Let us therefore lay aside every weight that so easily ensnares us and keep our eyes on Jesus who has both started and finished the race we are in.
As a church our relationship with one another is based on covenant. The blood of Jesus that was shed for us to enable us ( the church) to enter into this covenant relationship as a family. Therefore we are empowered to stand together and fight the good fight of faith to advance the Kingdom of God in the nations of the earth.
Kingdom words are powerful and carry weight with creative ability. As children of the living God we ought not to be careless or idle with our words. We need to practice speaking words that will edify and turn situations around to the glory of God and for the good of His people.
When situations in the natural look challenging always know that there is no hopeless situation in God. For with God nothing is impossible. Especially, when you lay hold on the prophetic word from the Greater One, then you will personally experience what others call impossible.
God wants His church to grow and develop their relationship with Him. In doing so, you will no longer walk in darkness but in light. The relationship between the Father and the Son is solid and unbreakable. Therefore when we come into covenant relationship with the Son, we become partakers of the immutable word that will become a reality in our lives.
Walking with God involves building your relationship with Him. Building your relationship means that you are hearing and obeying the voice of the Father. The more you obey Him, the greater the rewards and the outcomes.
The secret to manifestation of the Kingdom of God is relationship with the Father. Relationship is the currency of the Spirit. When you are in relationship with God, He becomes your Father, the One from whom all blessings flow. You will also be able to declare a thing and you will not be denied.
God's love is described as Agape. It is the love that created you and it never changes. God's love never ends nor gives up. The challenge lies with us when we give up by not believing His word. May the Lord give you the grace to not give up because He is a faithful God and He will perform His word in the lives of those who believe.
Culture is the sum of attitudes customs and beliefs that distinguish people or society. For the church, one of the most important features of the culture of the kingdom is love because God is love. As you walk in love for God and others you will experience the manifestation of His power in your life in Jesus name. God bless you.
Language is an expression of culture and thought patterns. In the same way, the Language of the Kingdom is an expression of the Kingdom of God and the thoughts of God. The language of the Kingdom is therefore the Word of God. And as many as will receive the word, to them He gave the authority to become the word they have received!
The Lord has given this message to do three things:-
- Repair what the enemy has damaged.
- Renew our minds, so that as believers we are no longer walking in darkness.
- And finally, restore us back to where we ought to be in God!
Locating the word of God is important if you want a change in your situation. In bringing heaven down to the earth, the word must become more real to you than the situation you are experiencing. It is in your believing the word that the situation will end according to the word you are declaring.
Our divine assignment is to bring heaven down to earth. Jesus did not come to establish another religion. He came to establish the kingdom of God on the earth. We believers are ambassadors of that kingdom to bring to pass his will for the nations of the world.
You cannot have dominion without abiding in the Vine. Man lost five key things as a consequence of the fall. One of which was his assignment. As believers our assignment is tied to our purpose. Therefore you cannot understand your assignment without walking in the dominion mandate.
The future you do not see, is a future you cannot have. Revelation was designed to unveil to us our provision. Therefore when we act solely on information we limit the supernatural from being made manifest our lives.
Whatever you see on your inside will become your experience on the outside so in the kingdom perception is everything. Your perception must change to what the word of God is says about you. The kingdom of God is the dominion of God and wherever there is dominion, you have the manifestation of the blessing.
When kingdom potential is released, you will have the ability to produce a garden wherever you are in the world but, if the power of God is not in your heart, then you cannot produce. The kingdom of God is within those whose lives are yielded to the influence of the kingdom.
God wants the church to be united and grow to manifest His glory. Therefore there must be no division among us. The Lord is looking for hearts that are yielded to Him to use for His glory. As children of God we must be yielded to those in authority over us so that God can work in us and through us for His good pleasure.
We ought to walk with God by faith and not by calculation. Gideon trusted in the Lord, and God did a miraculous work through him. God’s plan is the best, our role as believers is to trust and obey Him.
Building on the Lordship of Christ, and your obedience will increase your capacity for sacrifice. To experience more of His power you must deny yourself. The gates of hell cannot prevail against a believer who is walking in the revelation of the Word of God.
The believer’s life must be built on the revelational knowledge of who Christ is. Submission and obedience will produce His authority in your life, and if you embrace His correction then you will enjoy His direction.
God desires a people to dwell in, and the church is God’s dwelling. In this message, you will find 7 pillars that will enable you to build accurately according to pattern. The first pillar reminds us that God builds from the inside to the outside, and therefore He wants us to know Him, while the second pillar emphasizes that True revelation comes from the Father.
The Church is the force exercising dominion on the earth through the blessing that is made manifest in the lives of believers, and there is a calling of God upon our lives. It is not about the number of people in a church building, but rather the transformation happening in the lives of the people that constitute the Church of Jesus Christ. Hence, you must build yourself up according to God’s accurate pattern for your life.
Whatever you think can become your reality. Let the Word of God therefore become your dominant thought because your thoughts control your life. God is interested in us becoming so we can do His will. We should therefore allow the Word of God to penetrate our hearts so that we can live accurately according to His pattern.
Believers need to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and thanksgiving. We have been called to represent and 'Re-Present' Christ wherever we go. Culture is a spirit that first dominated us before we were in Christ. Therefore, it is important that as believers we build ourselves up according to the pattern of Christ that we may have dominion and be established.
Every God-given plan is God-governed. God wants to build the lives of believers in discipline and character. When you build according to pattern, grace will be released into your life, and satan cannot prevail where God is building.
Our lives should be built according to pattern, Jesus being the foundation. As believers, we need to take heed how we build our lives. When you build your life according to pattern of God, ensure that you train those who are following you.
The mountain top is a place of divine encounter and supernatural manifestation. A place of experiencing the glory of God.
There are things concerning you that are already settled in Heaven. When the prophetic word is released, the limitation is not with the Giver. It is the receiver who has to believe the word so that it can take full effect in their life.
An exceptional life of faith was evident in Abraham. He believed God who change his name and as he walked with God declaring his new name, he was able to become the father of a great name. The word of God you believe and declare over yourself will open doors for you to become as you live a life of faith that is worthy of imitation.
The story of the Canaanite woman is one of the most outstanding stories of the demonstration of faith in scriptures. A woman who never gave up in spite of the apparent hurdles that she faced. Her desire and her heart to see her daughter healed, coupled with what she heard about Jesus turning situations around made her to continue to hold on till the very end. Her faith was just one of the two that Jesus commended in His entire ministry while on earth. We can do the same. She remains today an eternal example of faith that would never let go.
In order to be exceptional you must first learn to be humble because the Lord gives grace to the humble. As believers we ought to increase our capacity so that we can become men and women of stature and not status. Status is physical but if you want to live a life that is exemplary you must first carry stature in the spirit.
Faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. God wants His children to be an example to their generation. All you need is a word from God which will change your life forever.
Do not lose confidence on the word that has been given to you, as there's a great reward at the end of your process. If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. As believers we are not of those who turn back, we believe until the word becomes our testimony.
Strongholds can stop you from becoming who God said you will be. Therefore if you don't dismantle stronghold, you cannot possess what God has for you. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but are mighty in God for the pulling down strongholds. Walk in this truth and possess your possessions.
Contend means to defend, to stand in opposition, to assert, to faithfully uphold all of which lines up with warfare. We need to fight the good fight of faith and uproot whatever God has not planted in our lives. Our lives must line up with what heaven is saying about us. Therefore it is time to contend.
God speaks so that things will happen. Start to be like your Father and frame your situation with the word. Look at your situation and start to declare the Word that God has already declared. Your words are as powerful as you make them.
The picture you do not see is the future you cannot have. God's name is also I Am meaning that He is the God that is present in your situation. God is able to make any impossible situation possible. It is your year of unending, countless, limitless possibilities, the moment you key into this word it will become your experience.
We must always be grateful, showing gratitude to the One who gave us all we have. Thanksgiving consists of being full of appreciation in your heart to God. If we want to receive more from God and experience more in Him, we need to develop an attitude of thanksgiving.
On a construction site, the process of building and putting together different parts is evident. There are different processes taking place on the site that believers also have to grow through. One of the many operations on the construction site is team work. As believers our common goal is to see others come to God.
The Lord is not finished with you, the complete picture is yet to emerge. Do not be satisfied with where you are at, you are still under construction and it is only the Apostolic Grace of God that can enable you to recover lost ground.
